The best gym center EVER. So many different stations and options from Pool to sauna hot tub - to escalate -tennis basketball courts - yoga - Pilates - friendly staff. JARED AT THE FRONT DESK IS THE BEST. Always helpful friendly and stands out from the others in terms of really representing the company well. Way to go Lifetime. Loved it . Came through Toddy and brought my family. Enjoying tones. Great space .

Brent was our sales guy, what an outstanding gentleman! My fiance & I chatted his ear up. Weve been gyming with Lifetime since summer of 2020, we couldnt be happier! Only down side is business is picking up so the gym is more packed. It can be a bit overwhelming to try to work out, especially when its jacuzzi time. Hopefully you guys fix your other jacuzzi soon. Other than that I love you guys! I get to crush it on the stairs, equipment & weights. The sauna is such a bonus, the eucalyptus essential oils are a game-changer! Also cant wait for the pool to open!

I do not recommend using them. There were so many problems. We paid for a science summer camp for our boys and they spent two days watching movies. Our boys begged us not to go back by the third day. We never received our personal training sessions that we paid for. Our first one hour sessions was 35 minutes and then our trainer said she was too busy to do more questions. The tote bag, bottle and whatever we were supposed to get never happened. We got nothing for our money! They did not call us back although we left several messages for them. Then, while trying to cancel our membership, Maria was extremely unprofessional and rude. If I wasn’t sure about canceling our membership before, speaking with her definitely let me know I was making the right decision.

I would have given this location 3 stars based on their facility, but decided on 1 star because of the terrible customer service of a few of their staff members. This obviously does not include their entire staff, but considering one staff member became confrontational with my wife I wish I could give zero stars. After we signed up many of the selling points that we loved turned out to be untrue. It is also difficult to keep up with what is allowed and on what day. When staff came to let us know we were treated as if we were purposefully trying to get away with something. One staff member even saying “sorry you couldn’t get away with it this time”.There have been some great moments for this gym. One because of a gentleman in the pool area named Stephen and his willingness to help, but unfortunately the majority of the time we have been let down. This facility has so much potential, but is falling short because of their staff. On a side note, the childcare area smells like urine.

I especially appreciate that I never have to wait to use any of it.Although I dont take advantage of the classes, there are many types for all interests and are scheduled throughout the day. My wife takes them several times a week and she loves them and the instructors.Ive had several sessions in the spa and I enjoy its relaxing atmosphere and the way the staff helps me feel comfortable and pampered. My favorite parts of the club are the steam room, dry sauna and jacuzzi. They are perfect endings to a hard workout or just a stressful day at work.

Not great if you are a family with kids. Daycare is unorganized and toddler toys are visually dirty. There are no separate classes, facilities, or activities for different age groups. Most of the time all of the kids were on iPads at pickup. That’s if you even get in, as the daycare and kids fitness classes are at capacity daily with no reservation system.Outside of the daycare the salon/spa is tiny with hardly any services, the pool area is lacking, and some of the fitness classes cost extra on an already pricey membership. After struggling here for over a year we made the decision to switch to Villa and couldn’t be happier! Lifetime in Colorado Springs has nice facilities. However, they lack in terms of customer service. They are unprofessional and phone call return has been sparse. Nicole, in particular, needs to work on her communication skills. She is demeaning and her attitude would be described as mercenary. While everyone is clearly in need of making profit during these tough times, it is unfortunate that some employees feel the need to profit to cover their monthly quotas. She had the nerve today to tell me that the club has been operating full steam for the past 6 months. All of us locals know that this is far from the truth and a cover up of the closures and mandates that have been taking place in Southern Colorado. With an improvement in customer communication this place would make significant strides.

Life Time is easily the most poorly managed premier gym I have ever belonged to. I used to belong to a LT in Austin and it was amazing. The CS LT is clearly trying to drive as much revenue as possible with zero regard for members. To do so, management has pushed all their gym equipment to a smaller and smaller footprint. You actually cannot walk down some of the machine aisles at times when someone is working out unless you dodge the equipment. Additionally, there were two machines with broken seats that were never fixed the entire time I was there. In the year I belonged to LT, I never once saw staff cleaning anything. This Gym teaches paid classes in the middle of the workout floor instead of dedicated rooms so other member have walk through the class to exit. Just a huge mess of a gym. I thought they might clear up space with C19 but they really didnt do anything. If you are a lifter, this isnt the place for you.

I have been a member at Lifetime for about 5 years and have always been very pleased with the clubs hours, the quality of the equipment and the amenities they provide. The staff has always been very friendly with me and continue to do so, overall the facility is very clean. The reason I am upset is because they have reduced their hours of operation to 5-10 on weekdays and 6-9 on weekends. I have been informed this will soon be changed to midnight on weekdays and 11 on weekends, however this is still very frustrating to me. I understand that few people utilize the gym at these hours however I have always enjoyed having the option to go so late and have done so many times. I feel this is especially upsetting because Lifetime continually raises their membership dues and yet are now cutting out part of the service that I pay for monthly. I can almost guarantee they will be increasing these rates again soon, as they have been steadily raising them about every 6 months for a few years now. I pay a premium price to come to this place I love very much, but they have stripped away what has always been in my opinion one of their best features. Very disappointing.

Hmmmmmmm, The epoxy sealant in the steam room seems like it needs to be replaced or removed and have something else in it’s place perhaps (it is mushy ie probably off gassing volatile organic compounds that most people wouldn’t want in a confined airspace with high heat. Black staining also isn’t a good sign and it seems really stinky in there compared to many other Lifetimes. It isn’t just rust stains in here. I have other concerns but am tying to be polite and work with Lifetime internally if their Corporate office would have the common courtesy to stay in touch with me.It’s been almost a month since I last contacted them though and NO follow up whatsoever. A bit disappointing to say the least. Thinking I just need to reach out to their CEO about how I can help them improve many of their Clubs and have a better customer retention rate.I’m pretty sure the steam room has sign off mildew / possible minor mold issues. Not appropriate given how much that charge in member dues and the inherent health risks.I’ve been waiting since December 10, with frequent follows up (on my end) to find out the status of another club that was severely overdue for having it’s wood replaced ie severe wood rot and not even a solid foundation for the flooring.Hopefully the construction teams and auditing department can become a bit more diligent in the future.Hopefully corporate will learn how to follow up with people properly. I gave them my number and email and it should be on file! If they properly followed through on what they said they would, I could have tried to address things in a less public manner which had always been my preference. If I knew concerns where being taken seriously and not just brushed off, I would most certainly do so.I’m sorry but this is a problem with MANY of their clubs through the U.S. not all but many. To many people have gotten comfortable with their jobs.I suggest hiring more Veterans or people that are a bit more meticulous with daily maintenance, and cleaning and are not so lackadaisical. This is one of the most expensive gyms in the country. People don’t want to pay $160 a month for run down facilities, when there are clubs that cost a fraction of the cost that are at times in better shape.Yes there are MANY Lifetimes that are in excellent shape. However there are also many that need a serious overhaul pronto. Sauna and Steam Rooms are the perfect breeding ground for mold if not properly maintained.I bet you the cost on a lab test / inspection that the steam room here had problems.Trust me my nose picks up on this far better than the average person.I caught a VERY serious problem with the Boca Raton Diamond club that no one else caught not even there internal auditors noticed. Probably because they don’t take the time to go in there and actually lift the wood and thoroughly inspect for black discoloring ie wood rot etc.I pray to God quality control department catches wind of this. Apparently Health Inspectors don’t actually check or test for molds. Not all molds are clearing and blatantly obvious. However black staining in a damp and humid environment usually isn’t a good sign.

This is a true lifestyle club. As such anyone looking into a membership should know it is geared for ADULTS. Although there are things like rock climbing walls and a pool facility for teaching youth- This is not a facility really aimed for kids. The expectation is that if you have children under 18 they are to be left in the daycare center or simply left home and never unsupervised. This irks some people, but it is THE reason my wife and I joined and remain members. Yoga classes are really well done. The spa service is truly first-class although not cheap. We figure you get what you pay for though. There is a cafe with good healthy food choices and the service staff is very professional. Locker rooms are professional looking and always being cleaned. pool is best in the area. Sauna is excellent- maybe even a little too hot at times. Haven’t had times to explore all other options like the bb courts yet. In the summers the outdoor pool park is a madhouse, so we typically avoid that, but this is the best health club in the city- period. Membership us not cheap, but worth the price for quality and atmosphere.

Today I built up the courage to try a group fitness, something I was very nervous of trying as it pushed me out of my comfort zone. I was trying to find the correct studio of the class and could not find it. The studio was not clearly labeled, so I asked a personal trainer where the correct studio was and he was very rude and condescending to me. Once I got into the group fitness room, the instructor was not helpful in explaining the equipment needed for the class. I had to ask other people for help. This trip to the gym made me feel unsupported and like a burden. I felt stupid for trying to do something new. This is not the kind of culture I want to be part of when trying to work on bettering myself.

Have been a member of this gym for about 5 years. I would say maybe about a year ago, they started having thefts in the parking lot and vandalism to people’s cars. They temporarily hired security to monitor the parking lot, sent out a short email and then when they felt the problem was “handled” they stopped using security. Well about a month or so ago, the same thing happened again. Someone vandalized my car along with about 3 others in one night, shattering windshields and all. Being that they were negligent, I spoke with management, assuming something could be done. Not much was offered to me and I haven’t seen anything else done to correct the issue except for another email. Do not use lifetime unless you like to overpay for your membership and then want your property vandalized while using the facility. They only care about collecting your money here, not dealing with some of the real issues they have.

Awesome facility with so much to do, always super clean and sanitary the facility is 24/7 and very large so no matter what time you go its not really crowded. The spa is amazing and has very talented staff who know what they are doing, cafe always has great food and drinks, tennis court and rock wall are also awesome and always maintained. Staff are super nice and the one problem we did have with a staff member they management is always willing to listen to comments or concerns and they seem to take things very seriously like that so dont be afraid to talk to them if you have a problem. Overall a really nice place!

FELT UNWELCOMEDVERY UNFRIENDLYShould be 0 stars. Walked in the door with a good attitude, very excited to join the gym and the people who work up front wouldn’t even say hi, they just stared at me..The older lady up front (working night shift ) was rude to me for no reason and acted like I was a burden. She told us we couldnt get a tour or even look around the facility, which isnt even a big deal but she just had an attitude with me & wasn’t being helpful. Idk if she was having a bad day or what. She even told me to, “have a good night” in a sarcastic tone of voice when she clearly could tell I was upset. All I wanted was someone to be friendly and helpful! Honestly not a whole lot to ask for.

A member for 7 years. Great facility with lots of free classes, indoor pools, climbing wall, steam rooms, spin rooms, cardio rooms and the latest equipment. They also have 8 indoor tennis courts which I use 3-4 times a week. The tennis programs for kids are great - ask for Jae or Sean, two of the best tennis pros.

We’ve been with Lifetime for five years now. First in Austin, TX then Colorado Springs. While I always felt like the equipment was up to date, there were lots of classes and the staff was nice enough, my largest complaint is the CHILDCARE. Since we have been at Colorado Springs Lifetime (over 2 years now) my children have gotten sick OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. My kids don’t go to school, they don’t go to church, they aren’t in any playgroups. We took advantage of the gym daycare as a way for them to socialize and try different classes (which we have to pay for even if they don’t use them *thats another issue*). We are usually the first family in the morning to arrive and occasionally I’ve seen them cleaning the nursery items but I’ve only seen them cleaning the toddler toys ONCE. One time. In two years. Think about that. While they may have protocol for how often they are supposed to clean I don’t think anyone follows it. My kids picked up the stomach bug TWICE in three weeks. The only place they went was to the gym daycare and home. I scrub my house daily. For the amount of money I’m paying to have my kids in there I would expect they could afford cleaner that can be used multiple times a day. Not only that, but compared to other Lifetimes we’ve been to there is hardly anything for the kids to do there but play with a few balls and run around (eventually running into each other, which is how my son got a massive bloody nose). There isn’t a jungle gym outside (like other Lifetimes) or inside (like other Lifetimes). There’s a basketball hoop that’s way too high for the majority of the kids and once a week (if the staff feels like it) they pull out a bounce house (that probably never gets cleaned). I could also mention that when my daughter was in the infant room the staff let her scream for over an HOUR. When I got there she was in a swing, facing the wall, soaked in sweat and was screaming her lungs out. All while the girl working in the room sat in front of the ONE OTHER CHILD in the room who was perfectly content, with her back to my daughter. My four year old even asked “why is Sissy all wet?” I spoke to management and was less than impressed with his response. Which is what you’ll find if you have any complaints at Lifetime. Bottom line... it’s overpriced, crowded and the childcare is very unsanitary. After five years... I’ll take my money elsewhere.

This place will nickel and dime you any way they can. Considering we live in the digital age, it’s kind of funny that they can start your membership and take your money immediately but the second that you need to cancel it takes months. Definitely will NOT be returning to lifetime/recommending lifetime to anyone.

Best gym in town facility wise, great classes, rock climbing wall, water slide outside. but a bit pricey, the staff will say anything to try and milk you out of more money than you already pay per month while attempting to cast doubt on anything you say you do or use thats not through them directly. All of their stores on site are way over priced (marked up protein powders, $60 for a t shirt that costs $2-4 to manufacture etc.) Also you cant even use the rewards points they give you on 9/10 stores they have plus the ones you can use it on they wont let you pay completely in accrued points. Would recommend the gym itself but dodge the extras the company tries to get you interested in. Better to do your own research and get your own equipment for there.

Way overcrowded. Most afternoons there are several cars circling the parking lot to find spaces. They closed the outdoor pool early so now everyone has to share the indoor lap lanes with the senior pool aerobics class in the mornings and the kids swim team in the afternoon. You’re lucky to get a lane to yourself for your workout. Most days I have to share, which is fine except I’m supposed to be doing all these drills in my workout schedule and can’t do any of them when lane sharing. I pay $98/month for one adult, & most days I’m frustrated when I go in due to lane shortage. Not worth the money.

I have only been going here about two weeks but this place is great! Came from Golds Gym and have no regrets. Machines are usually open and there are a lot of them. There is a stretching area, lots of cardio machines, a good free weight selection. Parking isn’t an issue. Employees are friendly and helpful. It is everything I was looking for in a gym.
