I love this gym! The variety of exercises everyday work so many different parts of the body. Plus it’s so amazing to have personal trainers creating workouts for us and then helping to correct form as needed. I highly recommend this facility for people looking for small group fitness training.
I just attended my 31st class, and I love Kineo. I have been recommending this group training studio to all of my friends. I started attending Kineo in August because my personal trainer began working at the studio. I quickly developed great rapport and good relationships with the staff and many of the other members. I think the membership prices are very reasonable for the unlimited class package. I appreciate the way the team focuses on well-rounded Health and fitness. Every week is designed so that you work hard and get the necessary overload to progress, but you don’t burn out. It is constantly changing as well, so you won’t get bored! They use the MINDBODY App and it is very easy to schedule classes and track your information.
I’ve been going to Kineo Fit for more than a year now, and I have so enjoyed becoming a part of the community! Workouts are different and new everyday, and designed in a way that is best for your health and body! The trainers are all so helpful, welcoming, and always provide modifications to exercises if you need them. Since joining Kineo, I’ve been able to establish the most consistent gym routine I have ever had because all I have to do to guarantee a great workout is show up!
I love working out at Kineo Fit! I moved to Colorado Springs last fall and had taken a few months off working out and felt horribly out of shape and discouraged. When I walked into Kineo Fit the staff was super friendly and inviting. I got set up with a heart rate monitor and then they walked through the exercises for the day, demonstrating each clearly with modifications (which showed how knowledgeable they were). Then we were off to the races. The classes are structured differently every day which is great for someone who likes to work out 5-6x a week. They share the type of class being run each day will be so youre prepped! (Some days are higher intensity than others but thats what makes working out there sustainable while still challenging!) I also really appreciate how theyve gone virtual during the shelter-in-place and am excited to see that continue for those who cant make it into the studio. That said, the studio has become my haven; its where I can disconnect from work, outside stress, etc. The community is the best; most people I see consistently every week and the majority of members have been going for at least a year or more so that says a lot! Im so grateful to have found Kineo Fit and highly encourage others to check it out!
Do you know that feeling when you’ve pushed your body so hard you don’t think you can do one more thing? But then someone challenges you to do something you’ve never been able to do before, and they tell you they believe in you? And then you actually do it? That’s just one reason I LOVE Kineo Fit! Im in my late sixties and have been using Kineo Fit since June 2013. I attend three times a week and like working with the different trainers, who I think are excellent--smart, attentive, and caring. I especially enjoy how sessions vary between strength, power, and endurance, each one providing a unique focus, and each helping to promote physical fitness and a good mental attitude. Its very nice having a group to work out with. The equipment is great; the environment is always clean; the private shower rooms are great. Kineo Fit offers a number of fun and interesting activities and trainings besides the workouts. Its a fine organization.
I’ve been consistently going to Kineo Fit a little over two years now. I’m just now writing a review because I can’t even put into words how much this place means to me. I have tried several gyms and “at home” workouts and Kineo is the only thing I have stuck with and look forward to doing. The workouts are so thoroughly planned out, expertly explained and, most importantly, fun and challenging. This workouts make me feel stronger, more confident and look better! I’ve seen amazing improvement in my cardio health, allowing me to do longer, tougher hikes and things I never thought I would do, like trail running or mountain biking.Aside from the workouts, Kineo has a such a profound community. It truly feels like a family every time I go. I have never seen anything like this at a gym. The owners are the nicest, truest, most caring people and will know you by name the second time they see you. This place has changed my life in so many ways, only for the better.
I love this gym. I am amazed every time I do something outside of the gym how easy it is because of the workouts at Kineo. The trainers are fun and encouraging and I dont get bored. They also offer yoga twice a week, which is a fabulous addition. Im so glad I found this place. I have been a member for over 2 years and I love it!!
Absolutely LOVE Kineo workouts, and their trainers. Its a very positive atmosphere and a great workout for both beginners and seasoned athletes. The owners are extremely welcoming to newbies and returning customers. You feel like you become part of the family. I highly recommend Kineo!

I have been working out here for six years, three times a week. I am not a gym rat so it is great to show up, work out hard using their pre-planned workouts with heart rate monitor, and then leave! Days rotate between types of classes-I suggest hitting all of them regularly, even if you dont love a certain type, ie power, mobility, strength, strength-endurance or ultra.
I cannot say enough positive things about Kineo! I love the concept of the group training studio; its welcoming and encouraging, not matter your fitness level. The trainers are exceptional and the workouts are always upbeat and enjoyable! (Okay, the *results* of the workouts are enjoyable; the workouts themselves are butt-kicking if you put in the effort...but thats a good thing in my opinion!) I would recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in becoming more physically fit and having a bunch of fun along the way!
Kineo Fit has been a fantastic all around fitness center thats conveniently located and allows me to get my day started each morning with a complete body and heart workout! Working out at Kineo Fit is Ina group setting, but with an individual training session feel. Each class participant is observed while working out and instructed on proper form, encouraged and cheered along through the workout by the instructors and classmates. The instructors are knowledgeable about physical fitness, nutrition and weight management. There are always extra events at Kineo Fit outside of the classes such as bike rides, hikes, walks/runs, fitness challenges, special guest speakers, etc. Kineo Fit is a place where sessions are challenging, fun, diverse and a place where age doesnt matter-the workout meets the needs of all adults and they are addictive!
The workouts are never the same so you dont get bored. The group setting and heart monitor allow me to push myself to achieve results. The friendly, welcoming environment makes it easy to focus on your own personal fitness.
The staff is all so friendly and I love the variety in the workouts. Its never gets boring and each class challenges me in a different way!
I have been working out at Kineofit for 3.5 years and it improves every year. The owners and trainers are involved in continuing health education and the dynamic of the gym grows and changes for the positive as they implement more current training techniques and expose clients to the latest research backed information about how to stay healthy and injury free! Nicole, Keith and the rest of the trainers are so dedicated to every single member at Kineo Fit. The environment that they have created is second to none. My wife and I are active but have always struggled to be constiatant with going to the gym. Once we joined Kineo that was a thing of the past. The workouts are amazing! They encourage and coach you every step of the way. I cant say enough about Kineo! We are members for life!!

I really like the small group atmosphere and the great instructors. The equipment is nice and new and the location is excellent with amazing views of Pikes Peak as walk out the front door after your work out!
Kineo Fit provides a full-body workout every time that pushes me to the limit and is much more time efficient than working out on my own. Kineo Fit has not only improved my fitness level in every capacity, but has also eliminated joint pain and overuse injuries I experienced prior to joining. I highly recommend Kineo Fit!
I dont enjoy exercise. I exercise because I know it is good for me and I understand I need to do whatever I can to be healthy and active as I get older. When I exercised before, I would tell myself it could be worse, I could be in a Nazi concentration camp. I never, ever feel that way at Kineo and I have been exercising there for almost 3 years, ever since they opened. The classes are designed to be challenging on an individual level and the trainers are excellent at modifying an exercise to fit any limitations an individual may have. It is also fun to workout with a group that you see regularly and get to know over time. At age 65, I am proud of how healthy and active I am and I know how much of that I owe to Kineo.
Everyone here is so kind and made me feel welcomed right away. I love the workouts and always feel like I am being pushed. I would recommend to anyone:)
These workouts were hard and truly kicked my butt. I complained the whole time but afterwards I felt great this group training workout session is like having your own personal trainer while getting to have your friends suffer right along side you, its the best of both worlds!!!!!!

This place is good. Clean, friendly, and not intimidating as they really work to create an encouraging atmosphere for everyone (not just size zero workout-aholics). Emphasis seems to be placed on being healthy, active, and challeneging yourself. The workouts offer variety and so do not get boring. Also variation in the workout music played (varies by instructor), so that everyone can find an instructor and workout music to their taste. The only down side I can see is that the schedule, specifically who is teaching what class, does not become available very early, so if you want to take a class with a specific instructor you cannot plan your week in advance as they dont post that info until what seems like Sunday night of the week in question.
My wife and I both have been at KineoFit for almost 7 months and have really loved it. For 2 people who dont enjoy working out at all, thats saying a lot. All of the instructors really push me in a healthy way physically in cardio, weights, and my diet. I have seen marked improvement in my overall health and look forward to getting better everyday. I recommend this experience to anyone who asks and could not be more pleased with my investment here every week.

I cannot express how incredible Kineo fit is! Everyone should come for at least the free week and see what its all about. Keith Jackson and his staff have created something completely unique that offers phenomenal workouts, the feel of a personal trainer, and a community all at once. YOull get a workout in whether youre new to working up a sweat or if youre as fit as they come! Ive been a runner for 20+ years and a crossfitter for nearly 5 years, and I love these workouts.

Stopped in to take advantage of their 3 classes for $30 and was not disappointed. They consist their classes depending on what workout program modality will be focused that day (power, mobility, strength, etc).Workout is an hour and consists of 2 parts: cardio and WOD. Equipment is top notch with woodway treadmills and kinesis cable machines. Showers are available as well.Overall, great staff and experience! Will definitely be back when I’m in the springs area.

I am one of those people thats paid to keep the lights on with gym memberships I did not utilize in the past. Ive done the first half of the C25K a dozen or more times. I have never found anything that worked or that I stuck with before Kineofit. I jokingly refer to it as P.E. for Adults, but thats exactly what I need: someone that has spent waaaaay more time and energy than I ever will figuring out what I should do each day, showing me how to properly do it, and then holding me accountable for it. I always wanted to do work with a personal trainer, but could never afford it. Kineofit is the perfect solution! I am stronger, feeling better and more engaged with my body than Ive ever been, and when I had my annual physical and bloodwork after just 6 weeks of going here, my doctor was beaming as she asked, WHAT are you doing differently? Keep doing it! I love it here and love that Im doing more than mindlessly paying to keep the lights on this time!
