I really like the Vasa Gym. If you happen to have Silver Sneakers on your health plan..they take it there. They have all the machines that you need for your workout routine. They also have: tanning, dry sauna steam room and a hrdo massage for sore muscles. (using water). They have great instructors to keep your on track, physical training Instructors, nutrition, weight trainers, and much more.....low, low price.....Learn to value yourself and got healthy.....call them our go today!

I am excited to be a member--VASA has so much energy inside! I am impressed with how clean it is--surprisingly so. Tons of equipment, tons of weights, and (again) tons of energy. I love the sauna area and the massage chairs after a workout! I havent needed the tanning YET but i bet i sneak in a booth this winter!

Im a member but helped my daughter get a membership and the manager who helped us get her registered was great! He was very friendly and asked a lot of great questions to get to know us and what our goals were. He offered a lot of great advice as well. Hes been the best weve encountered so far. Thanks for a great experience for my daughters first time!

I signed up at VASA to play racquetball. I got a notice the other day (about 72 hours in advance) that VASA was going to be getting rid of the racquetball courts to replace them with something else.The only reason I came to VASA was to play racquetball.VASA wants 30 days notice to end your membership, but theyll get rid of amenities like racquetball and give you 72 hours notice. The image attached was sent to me from another member, VASA didnt even have the decency to directly notify me, although I have an email address on file with them.If I had been told the racquetball courts were going to be removed some time in the next 30 days, I never would have signed back up. Terrible communication, very unprofessional.The notice attached was sent 7/30, the courts were unavailable as of 8/4.Barcode # is 1850862VIm not having a bad experience, Im having no experience, because the only part of VASA I experienced is behind sheets of plastic after less than a weeks notice. I left a review three days ago to the same effect, but it appears to have been removed.11 days later, no contact from VASA. Ill update if/when I hear anything.edit: I got an update asking me to change my review. I asked if they were going to offer racquetball again, or get rid of all the fees/charges related to signing up only to have the amenity removed a few weeks later.The answer appears to be no, so the review stays at 1-star. If you expect me to give you 30 days, I expect the same.

This location is filthy. The floors of the building are nasty. The womens restroom particularly NEEDS HELP! Each time Ive gone into the womens restroom it looks like it hasnt been touched in weeks. Who wants to wash their hands with molded caulking around the sinks. The counters and the floors are always covered in hair. I refuse to walk into a gross fitness center, where I invest in my self-care. Also, a few of the machines seating is cracked and therefore very uncomfortable to even sit on. Some of the cardio machines are shaky and noisy as well. With the amount of traffic that comes in and out of this location, there should be an INCREASE in housekeeping. Its more worth my time to drive to the Nevada location where its Beautiful and Clean and Motivating!!

Absolutely hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. Not only is the staff friendly and amazing but everyone there is super nice and supportive if they know you or not. Seriously great vibes all around here, very empowering and motivational. No one categorises anyone. Everyone knows we’re all there for a goal and we’re all here for it!

I love it at VASA! I have never had a more fulfilling gym experience anywhere else. I am not an athletic or morning person, but I find myself wanting to be both now that I am at VASA.

I love VASA so far! I needed a gym that was inexpensive but offered child care and I’m so glad I found VASA! Especially being newish to fitness I had no clue what I was doing but the classes and free consultation for PT were super helpful!!Love this gym!

The gym has all the extra amenities that I love such as the pool, steam room, massage chairs and everything that you need to have a productive workout experience. It’s always clean and the staff is always willing to help. Other facilities in the area don’t offer these things which I use as a reward (instead of a greasy burger) after a good workout. Membership is also very affordable.

I am just getting back into going to the gym and I have only been going for a week so far. I’m weird about going to the gym by myself and I expressed this when I signed up. The staff were really friendly and helpful and they give me a thumbs up of encouragement whenever they see me in there. The equipment is in excellent condition, it’s really busy but, everyone has been friendly and courteous. If your looking for a gym, this is a great location and facility!

Just joined and I really like it so far. The staff have been really nice and helpful. I switched from the YMCA cause it offers more and is half the price. Love the cinema roo. And the hydro massage chairs are amazing!

VASA is clean, convenient, upbeat and has a great schedule of classes throughout the morning, day and evening. It feels good to be in an upbeat (did I say clean??) and bright environment to work on goals. Highly recommend.

The group classes are great, but the gym is always packed and weight machines are few.

I want to commend both Brett and Luke at this Vasa location. Brett was extremely professional and thorough in my free training session today. And when I called back after I left to talk with somebody at the desk, Luke was very polite and professional on the phone. I appreciate the fact that he introduced himself on the phone when he answered it. There were two times when I called and someone answered and didnt identify themselves by name and when I asked them their name they hung up on me as if I was some kind of a salesperson or something. Its only right when you are in a customer service position and answering a telephone that you identify yourself from the outset. So far our experience has been overall very positive at this location.

Had a great introductory training session today. Love the gym, good equipment, music not terrible, hydro massage chairs are a revelation.Get your butt to the gym.

Moved out of state but had a gym membership here for a year. I signed up during the holiday deals. By far my favorite gym in the springs. Membership cancellation was pretty easy too, just did it online. Always a friendly and helpful staff :)

Clean, plenty of equipment and space to workout with. I like the pool and sauna. So far, so good!!

My husband and I used the steam room and the hot tub. Everything was clean, people were nice, and employees were helpful 👍

The ladies who work in the KidCare are WONDERFUL! Always so sweet to my kids, they understand the age group varies and my two are a little older than most kiddos in there when they come but the girls always find ways to make it fun while they’re in there. Thanks ladies! The front desk staff is always smiling and helpful when you need them

The personal trainer we were set up with is very knowledgeable and explains everything we are doing thoroughly. The staff is all very friendly and helpful.

I joined Vasa (everyone was doing it!) because I needed to get into water for exercise before my spinal fusion surgery. It’s been pretty amazing so far. Lots of options for exercise, weight lifting, and overall care of your health.Thank you, Vasa for having an affordable option!

Great fitness facility for a great price.I love that they have everything you need from Olympic weightlifting to fitness classes and pool, at a very reasonable price. Staff are very friendly and respectful and people are nice too.

Very disappointed today…drove about 20 min with my little daughter to this Vasa because there’s NO kids care at the one on Fillmore and when I arrived there, the kid care was closed…my daughter was very disappointed too, because she loves to be there…

Great gym, great equipment, and cost effective! I love the cinema room, they put on good movies and have seasonal ones during the holidays. Parking can be a little nuts after 4pm. I recommend planning your workouts for before 4 or after dinner time to avoid that (it has been way better with covid).

Great gym, with all the amenities you could need! Price is not bad at all. Recommend doing a trial to see for yourself!

VASA is clean. Only downside is that there should be more of them and with the fitness membership you should be able to bring a (1) friend or family member but for an additional $17 a month you can bring two other members….Watch out for peak times because it is packed!

The gym always looked crazy packed from the cars in the lot but its not. Its big, its spacious and its filled with happy people enjoying their life. I really like the place.

Started out at 5* but now 3* due to new policy of turning swimming pool into a daycare for 12 & older kids while their parents work out. An adult woman & myself were each swimming in a lane while 2 bratty kids were sometimes playing inthe third lane or jumping into our lanes or swimming across all 3 lanes. Since I sometimes need to swim in the evenings, may end up switching to another gym/ pool unfortunately.

Great equipment but it is always crowded and hard to get a good Workout in in a fair amount of time

Great gym, everything feels new and clean. It shows with how popular the gym is as most times it gets full. However the gym goers also notice that and are very reasonable in letting you get your reps in.

Went to do water aerobics and it was the best class Ive ever been too. Love the massage.

I closed my account with vasa and paid them what they requested to have my contract canceled and no further payments charged to me. I did this over the phone and I was told that I would not be charged anything more because I settled my account and now a year later I have a $166 charge on my credit report that vasa never informed me about. Dont sign up with vasa they will screw you over if you ever cancel your membership!

VASA is a pretty sweet facility. Considering how busy it always since its so close to Ft. Carson they could have longer hours as to avoid the constant crowds.

I feel they kind of bait and switch you on the start up fees. They have horrible Sunday hours but the price is cheap.

I would give them a 0 if I could. I read all the reviews about they charged me a bunch of fees. I immediately thought Oh that could never happen to me - I would never allow fraudulent billing. Theyre corporate literally knows nothing and wont help you. I keep asking them to validate the debt because I dont owe it and instead of giving any answers they sent me to collections. The collections agency theyll send you to is also completely fraudulent. Go google Aldous and Associates and read the reviews. Thats who you deal with if they decide they want you to pay a bunch of fees :) Ya the gyms got a lot of cool amenities but its not worth the headache.

I’ve never been one to stick to working out, but VASA makes me feel welcome and they offer a wide variety of classes that keep me coming back for more. My personal favorite being the cycling classes! I am new to cycling but the instructors are so awesome. CJ, Justine, & Ashleigh are amazing and they make the classes fun for all while encouraging you to push yourself. Anything you need, they have there for you.

I’m a brand new member so take that into account.I just left my rinky, dinky, dirty, teenagers-always-on-their-phone-run-gym in my small mountain town that will remain unnamed because I was fed up. I tried, I really did. Anyway, I decide to try Vasa and I’m in heaven. It is extraordinary. All their workers seem to be friendly and accommodating. Their equipment is new and generally very clean. The pool is small, but amazing. They have a steam room, sauna, and hot tub. As a bonus you can get Hydromassages and tans. The cinema workout room is a trip. And if it’s not enough they open at 4am and stay open until midnight Nonday-Friday. I really don’t have anything to say negative other than the lockers are very dirty and even when I try and clean them they seem permanently stained. I think it’s a problem with the company that made the lockers. Give them a whirl! I can’t wait for one on the Westside.

I absolutely love this gym. I have been with them since they opened, and have always had good customer service with them.The child care there is absolutely phenomenal. Both of my daughters go there when it’s open, and they are constantly begging to go back. If you’re looking for a gym with childcare, this place has mine and my kids heart.The gym has all the equipment I need, and the atmosphere is great.When Covid hit and I wasn’t able to work out while wearing a mask due to my heart condition, they paused my account with no problem, and let me resume it as soon as I was able to safely.I absolutely love this location, and am so happy with everything there.

The place just isn’t good for serious lifting. Like most modern gyms it’s too heavy on machines. There’s only 2 squat racks and 2 deadlift platforms in the entire gym. The free weight area is too small for how many people they have. And it feels more like a social club than a gym, with guys flirting with girls and taking up equipment for way longer than they need to. Never coming back.

My personal trainer Jarrod has been amazing to work with. He has helped me reach goals faster than I ever anticipated. He has a knack for changing things up so youre never doing the same thing and always checking in to see where you can improve. The parking is too small otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Uplifting staff. Lots of new or well-maintained equipment. Clean gym. Tons of great group exercise classes with the most amazing instructors. Great quality for reasonable price.

In February i opened two accounts. one for me and another for my daughter who came to visit because according to VASA staff members, as a guest member you do not have access to all the amenities, and I wanted my daughters to have access to all amenities. They said that i could cancel the account at any time before three months to avoid paying the annual fee. So today after only one month i called to cancel my daughters account since she is gone. To my surprise they said they need to charge a cancelation fee that I was never told about, and they will charge me with the the annual fee because they said they require a month notice and therefore they needed to charge me with all the charges coming up within the next month. Please be aware so you do not get fool and surprised.

I love Vasa It’s one of the best gyms I’ve been to. I got receive so much service there for a reasonable price. The best thing I enjoyed there was the spin classes with my girl Ashleigh. She murder every session. Please check her out if you go to this gym.

Cheyenne Ave Vasa is way too cramped, not good lighting and the staff seems more into talking about guess than helping anyone. I wish they would add racquetball to the N Nevada location and my world would be perfect. The N Nevada Ave is state of the art, clean, Spacious, Welcoming, Organized, great lighting, 3 green areas, diverse and just amazing. Only going to Cheyenne one for Raquetball. The Cheyenne Gym reminds me of a Golds Gym.

I called to ask I think a million questions- Jadd answered the phone and was very patient as I asked him to explain the policies MULTIPLE times. He was awesome and made me feel like this gym and their services would be accepting. So thankful for you!

Gym is a good price for services offered. However, staff was unavailable to give an orientation tour upon signing up for the gym, and was unable to help with a glitch in the app when incorrect group classes were shown for my “home gym”.I wish the sauna and steam room weren’t co-Ed, but it is nice to have the option to use those extra amenities when desired.

It’s a great gym, most of the members go to work and make progress. Very great environment.

Liars & thieves! Vasa has charged my account without my knowledge or consent for over $400 and refuse to refund any ofy money. I stopped payment on my account during covid. Vasa reactivated it without my knowledge. Completely unacceptable. Another huge company stealing money from people. Never give them your info, they will steal your money!

I used to go to the Nevada ave location and liked it. I go to the gym specifically for the fitness classes and pay extra for it. The first time I went to this location the Zumba instructor pulled her hat down over her eyes, turned off all the lights, and was dancing in the dark - it was impossible to see the moves she was doing or follow along. It was frustrating and not fun at all and it is hard to make Zumba not fun! The second time I went to this location I got out of bed at 4:30 to make a 5:15 body pump class on a Monday morning and the teacher did not show. Not worth coming here for the fitness classes. Plus they have hidden fees out the wazoo.

Highly recommend it’s an excellent gym and facilities are very well done. Everything you need in one place.

I was shopping for a new gym, and got the 3 day free pass online to try out 24 hour fitness. I went in first day and worked out. The cardio equipment is out if date, the belt slips on multiple treadmills, bad enough that I almost tripped. The rest of the gym is mediocre, or slightly below average at best. The temperature was fine for someone sitting at a desk, but way too hot for working out in.Went in for the 2nd day of my 3 day trial, they told me they no longer do 3 day trials and I needed to sign up.So I went 2 and a half minutes down the road to Vasa Fitness. They gave me a 1 day pass, their gym is up to date with functioning equipment, nice inside, far more to do, cool temperature inside for working out, and they are about $15 cheaper per month. I signed up for vasa same day.

I really love VASA gyms because of the inside pools. I love the gym but the only thing is wish are virtual class because I sometime I dont like going to class because the open glass walls. But, over all an amazing gym for beginners and Gym rats

Ive experienced many gym environments over the past 30+ years. VASA provides the best value with all of amenities they offer...for ALL budgets. For the investment, they have something for everyone...from the beginner, to the elite trainer.

I would give 5 stars but precovid the basketball courts were closed pretty often. And a few machines were down also. You can’t beat the price for the quantity of workout equipment.

The gym itself is great. Lots of equipment, clean and friendly staff. But the problem is it is so packed. The few times I have gone I have not been able to do the workouts that I wanted to do because there were so many people. One time I couldnt even work the muscle group I wanted because it was that insane in there. Idk if they need to increase how long they are open or stop letting in new members but Im seriously considering stopping my membership since I cant use any of the equipment anyway. This would be a great gym if It was actually accessible.

Definitely my favorite gym and location! I especially enjoy cycle with Ashleigh. She always keeps me motivated and makes our workouts great. Check out her class the next time you check in!

My wife opened an account with vasa a few months ago and was told that she could cancel during the 3 month period without any additional fees. Well to her surprise Vasa charged her account double one month for no reason. She noticed it and called immediately for a refund. Well, instead of the vasa employees being helpful and all she got was a very rude employee going back and forth with her on her bill. She demanded she speak to a supervisor to cancel due to the fact that they overcharged her and the employee got apprehensive and put her on hold for over an hour until finally she got a hold of a supervisor. Things only got worse, they tacked on a cancellation fee that was never brought up to her plus she would have to pay one month of the service. Out of the 3 employees she spoke to on the phone, all were very unprofessional and rude. Beware before signing up here

Vasa is where I found my love of spin! If it weren’t for Ashleigh and her classes and positive attitude I wouldn’t still be a member. That being said the management is a bit young and sometimes it shows when there are important issues to discuss and in how they treat their employees. However because of trainers like Ashleigh I will continue going. Kid care is also a bonus for us working parents!

Super happy with this location and the fast that kids area is now open.

Of the two Vasa gyms in Colorado Springs, this is probably the better one. They could use more power rack set ups, but other than that fantastic!

New to working out..... the employees are non judge-mental and the people who go there are accepting of all kinds. Never have a problem there, everything is clean, and neat. I went to another gym for like 20 min and went back to VASA because that’s where I feel comfortable.

I am new to the country and I was very pleased to find this GYM has everything I want including a pool and at a very affordable price.

Best gym in town!! They have something for everyone! From basketball and racquet ball courts, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tanning beds, massage chairs, cinema (so you can work out while watching a movie), every workout machine imaginable, freeweights, and all sorts of training classes to get in on. Everything is very clean and all of the staff is very friendly! At both locations actually. But this one is really close to my house and I like this one a little better anyway because they have racquet ball and the other one does not.. 😉🤗

Employees were rude talked smack about patrons and were super aggressive when asked questions z I was literally afraid to ask anything from them becuase they so aggressive and rude. I went once and didnt even make it past the front door before several experiences made think it wasnt worth it. When cancelling it was such a hard process to do it it literally took 2months to get cancelled dont go here unless your a dobruh with aggressive natures

I absolutely love vasa next to Cheyenne mountain! They keep it really clean and everyone is super nice! I specifically love the spin classes! Ashleigh and CJ’s classes I enjoy the most! Very uplifting and fun! Even if you’re new, they make you feel like you’re a part of the spin family! Definitely recommend this gym 💕💕💕

Great gym with great facilities but I would recommend one or two more squat racks (not smith machines).

Joined several weeks ago, and so far so good. There is a nice variety of equipment (even though I have to wait for quite a few of the more popular items) which I get, we are right next to a military base and everyone goes there because the gyms on base are even more crazy when it comes to Covid. One complaint... is why can the pool be open but the saunas cannot? This was the second most important reason for joining this gym. Just impatiently waiting on the sauna to be open!! Overall a good gym, just waiting for the BS to be done with.

The staff is always genuine and friendly and theyre all obviously doing their best for their patrons during these strange times. I had a billing issue and they helped to resolve it immediately. Im grateful to have found a place like this!

Cj and Ashley coach the cycle class that I go to. Their energy is always on fire. Its a straight dance party. And of course I cant forget about Jay at the front desk. His smile is contagious and is always on top of it.

Sauna only gets cleaned 1x a week, if that much. Under benches dirty. Steamroom only has 1 level Poor design. No rinseoff shower in wet area. People jump into pool to rinse/cool off. People do not obey the rules. No better then 24hr.

My wife and I cancelled our membership with nothing left owed per customer service 1.5 years ago. All of a sudden, I receive a bill for over $200 stating I owe money 2 months ago for canceling my membership. I asked for them to show me proof of what the bill was for and they instead sent me to collections. I don’t recommend this gym. Poor business and communication. Shame on you.

One of the trainers named Bob is pretty rude. Whatever is his personal vendetta with me is, hes welcome to sit down and talk to me rather than approach me in passive aggressive ways. It seems that when it comes to trainers, you get really nice ones and then you get the entitled, rude ones.

The spin classes are my all time favorite here. Ashleigh is amazing at what she does and pushes you to do your best!!!!

Good costumer service. Clean and affordable. Massage chairs are nice. Can get busy during peak house and I’m not sure if they regulate those that set appt times but I like it here. Wish the pool was deeper. And you’ll notice it’s more of a fashion show for a lot of women instead of actually working out.
