On August 3, 2021, a technician from All American Mechanical identified as KEVIN arrived at our hotel to repair one of our A/C units. This technician went above and beyond the call of duty and did an exceptional job in completing the repairs. As a hotel manager for over 20 years, KEVIN is by far one of the most professional technicians Ive worked with throughout my career. His expertise in air conditioning is amazing and his timeliness in completing the repairs was remarkable. Kevin should be commended on his outstanding work, his expertise in the field and his exceptional guest service!! Hopefully this technician can mentor others at to match his exceptional service! I had recently moved into an apartment and there was a serious issue where the HVAC unit was not out putting any air conditioning. So I raised my concerns to the apartment complex manager and they had this company come out. The service technician who came out wasnt very thorough. He inspected the HVAC unit and the thermostat. We raised our thoughts that it might be needing the freon filled up, however the technician would need to access the roof to check. This technician refused to go up and check on the freon levels. When I explained the issues of what was going on with the unit, the technician claimed that with apartment units like mine, I couldnt set the thermostat below 70 degrees. I told him that, I hadnt been in an apartment like that before where that would be an issue and he got sort of snippy and said Well thats just how it is. He did a few things after that and then left. However, the AC issue was still not fixed, which did not make me happy, or the apartment complex manager happy either. So we had to have a different company come in and that company actually took their times to check the unit and resolved the issue that was causing the AC to not put out. I was not impressed with the experience from All American Mechanical company and the service technician.

I just had Joe service and check my furnace and A/C unit. He is honest, professional and reliable. He explained everything he was doing and did an outstanding job. I will have Joe out twice a year to maintain my units. He will also do all future repairs and replacements. I’m so relieved I found this outstanding company! If you are looking for a reliable and professional company All American Mechanical is your place!

Trev was our tech this past Saturday (June 12) for our AC unit. It hadnt been dropping the temperature for about a week. Trev arrived at 9am and what looked like an easy fix, turned into an all day project for him. Trev patiently did what he needed to do to get our unit working right again. He was also very professional and courteous of our home. I would recommend Trev and AAM with any HVAC needs!

Highly recommend All American. They do quality work and are ethical. The other company wanted me to replace the furnace when replacing a part was all that was needed. I appreciate their honesty.

Tried to rip me off. I called these people because my association recommended them to work on my water heater. In February 2021 They sent a technician out named Sean McDonald, he checked my water heater and told me I needed a part installed and it would cost me $115 in parts and another hour in labor ($89). He charged me 1 hour to check it out which I think was fair and I paid him on the spot Invoice # 39952-1. Sean served me well. a few weeks later I called them again and gave them the OK to perform the service. We had an appointment @ 9 am and nobody showed up. I get a call@ 2:15 pm by another technician (I cant remember his name but for All Americans reference his number ends in 396), so Ill just call him 396. Tells me the job was done and I owed him $450 (again, I cant remember the exact amount but it was in the $400s and waaaaay over the estimate Sean had given me. I told him there must have been a mistake as I had been quoted $204. He told me, that he had to go check and see what the problem was first, then he had to DRIVE to the shop, then he had to try some parts on the bench that they had to see if they would work but they didnt, then he had to DRIVE again to some parts store to buy the part, then he had to DRIVE back to my apartment to install it so it was a total of 3.5 hours labor. To make it worse he told me I had 15 minutes to get there to pay or it would be more labor time and if I didnt agree he would just take the part back off. I know it sounds crazy but I am not making this up. Those are his exact words. I told him it had already been checked and they already knew what I needed and I had paid for that already, so no need to DRIVE so much, he should have known exactly what he needed and just DROVE once, and by the way, your DRIVING doesnt count as labor. His answer, believe it or not was Im not Sean!!I dont pay Sean or you Mr. 396, I pay All American. I dont even know who you are!! Its not my fault that nobody knows whats going on and you just showed up (late) to inspect something that was already inspected and payed for. You should have known exactly what part it was and been ready. But nooooo, you had to DRIVE!!You guys are recommended by the HOA, thats why I used you, you guys even have keys to all the furnace and water heater rooms. you should know these units like the back of your hand. Not to mention I already paid to have it looked at. But this guy was clueless and had to drive around for 3.5 hours to figure it out????I got as fast as I could with my previous invoice in hand. Got there in 10 minutes and he was finishing up the removal, which by the way, it was two wires and about 12 inches of about a 1/4 inch piping. I showed him my receipt, he refused to look at it, closed where my water heater was and locked it!! They have access to all the water heater closets in the condo) I told him he had to open it so I could have access to my water heater as I had left my keys. I told him 3 or 4 times and he said no. I couldnt believe it. My apartment, locks it in my face!! I proceeded to tell him he was robbing me in not so kind words and leave. I have no idea if American Mechanical is a good company or not but that 396 guy is a crook.I own various apartments and I dont mind paying an hour labor for a 15 minute job. I do mind, getting billed twice for the same thing and for 396s driving around???

James came and repaired my 32 year old furnace without flaw. He was the epitome of professionalism, taught me a lot about how it all works, and showed me how to safely store things within my utility closet. Thank you, James!

Had someone come out to replace my furnace and coil. He was actually pretty professional because he laid out tarps and kept his working area somewhat clean and out of the way. Then my carbon monoxide alarm went off twice. Come to find out he was actually pumping straight carbon monoxide into my apartment. After he was done he told me I needed to set up an appointment with the office because he didn’t get to the heating part of the furnace and he would have to come back another day. Funnily enough I actually work for the office so it was pretty interesting to see how they treat customers. The next day I didn’t have A/C at all. Have to call them again to set up an appointment to fix the heating portion of the furnace and fix the A/C issue, I would rather not have them come into my apartment again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Steven Z. Came out to Wispering Hills to replace a bad water heater. He was very professional and polite. He was very efficient and the resident was very happy with the work that was done. I work at the property and havent met such a positive mechanic. He is huge asset to the company.

A guy came to The Retreat at Austin Bluffs to figure out our carbon monoxide issue. We have gone through 4 different detectors and a couple different models. Utilities and the fire dep. come every time our detectors go off and they get a high reading of carbon monoxide on their readers too. This guy comes in from all American mechanical, turns on my ac with windows open, spend a few minutes looking in the utilities closet, goes outside and makes a call, comes in for a few minutes, lights a lighter in the closet and says “that answers that question” then leaves. I sit here for two hours thinking he is coming back like last time and he hasn’t. So I call my office and they say “oh he left. He said it probably just the detector.” He left without updating me on anything or telling me I can turn off my ac. I also waited around for two hours when I could have done thing I needed to do with my day off. Thanks.

These guys are bad. The only thing I wish for this Christmas season is a furnace. I called them 2 weeks ago asking if they could give me an estimate and I got the run around someone will call you soon. I called back 3-4 days after that, same thing. I waited a week and called back asking for a simple estimate on a furnace and got oh, he is working on it and will get in touch with you soon!. Fast forward 2 weeks and I am still waiting for a simple phone call. Terrible customer service. What kind of job do you think they will do if they cannot even give me an estimate? Dont even bother with these guys.

We own a couple of health clubs in Colorado Springs. We had an RTU go down a week ago and called another large HVAC company here in town. They came out and said they would email a proposal. After a week of no response (3 calls by me), I called All American.5 star service the whole way. The tech was at our gym within an hour of our initial call. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He correctly diagnosed the problem and called me, explaining the issue and giving me a price on the repair over the phone. He had us up and running an hour later. THANK YOU!The best part was that the first HVAC company finally emailed me a quote (after All American had already done the repair) and quoted $1,225 for the repair. All American was less that $300. I dont know that the first company was being dishonest, I think All American had a better, more knowledgeable technician!

Friend went to an interview and they told him he was not worth $20.00 per hour to work there. Very disgusting for someone to say this. Will tell everyone how unprofessional this company is.
