One of their clinicians made a serious HIPAA violation that I reported to OCR. The clinician was also generally unhelpful and did not include the parent in treatment for a preschooler. The supervisor refused to call me about my concerns and instead had an assistant call and say I would need to come in person to discuss (during a pandemic).
