They took our deposit October 2020 when we signed a contract and is no longer returning calls, messages, or emails. We are now out the deposit and have to find another photo booth just weeks away from the wedding. I understand that 2020 was a hard year for small business, but to take peoples money and not tell them you wont be around for their event so they have time to get someone else is wrong on so many levels.

If I could give no stars I would. We booked them and gave them $350 deposit. Now they are out of business and we are still waiting for our refund that they said would be sent several weeks ago.. We will be contacting a lawyer if we don’t receive it shortly.

We used Picture Perfect Photobooth for our August wedding and they were great! Our attendant showed up early to set up and was very nice to all our guests. We got all the photos emailed to us the next day! I highly recommend Picture Perfect.

The selection of props was great, our attendant was very helpful and friendly, and the photo quality was wonderful. Our submitted personalized logo at the bottom of the strip was a nice touch, it looked very good. Our employees had a great time taking their own photos and our scrapbook keepsake is a wonderful way to remember our event. We have nothing but great things to say and I will definitely be keeping Picture Perfect in mind for future company events.

Picture Perfect Photo Booth blew my expectations away at my wedding! They were professional from the beginning until the end. They’re communication was amazing, always responded within 24 hours, they’re design team (for our photo strips) created exactly what I wanted and they turned out AMAZING, they were on time and arrived at the venue exactly when they said they would, set up was quick, and they’re pricing was the least expensive I’ve found (which astounded me with the service we received)! But most importantly, our attendant, Eliza, was the sweetest! We had children at our wedding and not only was she amazing with them, she was so outgoing and great with all of our guests! She just belonged at our wedding (You can’t say that about many people). I have already recommended them to so many people!

Again.. more props and sign props... other than that, everything was perfect. The attendant set up on time and was very professional (and yet fun) with the guests. Made sure everyone got their pics and also put them in the scrapbook. Thanks so much for helping to make my son and daughter-in-laws day so special!

Cheyenne Wyoming if you are looking for a great photo booth, Picture Perfect is the one to use! The rep from Picture Perfect showed up early to make sure she was ready to go when our event started and was very professional. I was kind of nervous to use a company out of Denver since we are located in Cheyenne but they did a great job! I would use them again and would recommend them!

Lets just say our wedding was one for the books. And Picture Perfect were an awesome addition to the festivities. We had lots of fun using their booth, the quality of the pics was great, and we generally loved everything about their services. Two thumbs up!

I have been an event manager for the past 30 years. In fact in 2017 I was crowned one of the Top 20 Change Makers in the event industry. In my entire career in the thousands of events I have done, this is by far the most professional, most personable photo booth I have had the pleasure of working with. The particular clients they worked with were elderly and most were wounded or ill from the effects of building our nuclear arsenal during the Cold War. The two ladies that worked with me on this event were kind, patient and loving to my attendees. It was like they were part of my team. I wish I could have photographed them with my guests hugging, smiling and enjoying them. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling on this powerhouse team in the future.

There were many favorite parts of my experience: the ease of the booking process, the ability to instantly upload the images to social media, being able to print out the desired number of copies, and most of all - the vast array of props!!
