I rented a tool and only used it for an hour but got caught up in work and forgot to return it right away, but the guys in the rental center helped me out with the extra rental fees. They didnt have to and was only a few bucks but I didnt even ask them for a discount! Great customer service is always nice!

As always the tool rental staff were very helpful and took care of my rental need. The 24 ladder was like new and I hot the job done.

They did a great job getting me everything I needed for a job, up until I paid for it. I said I could be back in 2 days to pick it up, they told me it would be ready in 1 day. Awesome, right? So the next day I call to confirm the time so I could get a rental trailer. Now I have been sitting here, 2 hours after they told me it would be ready, with a time limited rental trailer. Not a single item has been loaded yet. Then they tried sending me out with an incomplete order. I will definitely be shopping at Lowes from now on. Lets see if they actually read these reviews, and address these serious issues.

Always find what I need and get the expert advice. They have fixed my sander and it works like is brand new

Home Depot is great and a lot better that Lowes. Thats my humble opinion after years of experience purchasing in both stores. Not sure about other people, but I even get a bad experience at Lowes when I was picking up merchandise previously purchased and after renting a pickup truck to transport the merchandise. When I complained to the manager, she took the employee side. Very negative experience. I never seen that in Home Depot. You always have a few lazy employees everywhere, but in general, the treatment and desire to serve is what makes a difference to me.

Its a home depot. Its okay. The ones in Arizona are like going to a foreign country, so it is okay. I find some of the stuff I need. They do have a decent rental service.

Amazing staff so helpful

I want to personally thank Ron in the tool rental department. He was assisting the craft booth this year at Spring Spree and came across my daughters kindle fire that had been lost in the grass. He made the effort to find my email address to notify me that is had been found. There are not many people these days that would bother finding the owner of an expensive electronic like this. I thank you very much Ron!!
