It gives me great pleasure to write this review for On Point Construction.My first experience with On Point Construction was as an observer when my next-door neighbor contracted On Point Construction to build an upper deck as well as a lower deck with steps to connect the two for easy access for his backyard area.I marveled at watching true professionals at work, and so when I was ready to improve my backyard area I immediately thought of and called On Point Construction and spoke with Receptionist to arrange a home visit for an estimate. That is when I met Kevin and his team of Skilled Craftsmen.Kevin and his team were knowledgeable, reliable, courteous and most of all respectful of my property all while delivering the work that was agreed-upon in the contract. I need to brag about this company and the employees, even before they finish all the work they are doing for us. I bought a house 3 years ago and have had numerous contractors come out to look at adding a deck, possibly with a roof. Its an older home and not one other company said a roof would be possible, without costing as much as a tiny house. On point, not only are very fair in price, but have blown us away with the front deck, rails, and roof extension so far. Better than I could of imagined. And having contractors here daily, has been a breeze thanks to them. Professional. Friendly. Neat. Looking forward to all they do for us! They are worth every penny and any questions weve had along the way Kevin is always easy to contact and gets the information you ask for. You guys are awesome!

Kevin is a true professional. I recently purchased a home that needed a lot of help. The deck had not been taken care of for many years. Kevin was able to use a combination of existing material and new material to repair the deck to “ like new”. His ideas in design transformed the back of the house into a updated look. I highly recommend for any decking needs.

On Point crew painted the exterior of my 1950 stucco home in 2021 The house had not been painted properly in probably 40 years. The care and attention given to the work, including repairs to the stucco and careful paint removal around the carved headboards above the big window and garage, was truly special. The house was transformed! I was so pleased I hired them to paint inside (which was mostly touch ups and finishing paint work that the past contractors had botched). Again, high praise for great work. In addition, their team members are wonderful. Friendly, always on time and super clean with their work. Highly recommend!

Im so glad I went with OnPoint. They were able to paint the inside of my house. They understood that I wanted to move in as soon as possible and were able to get it done within a few days. Kevin was amazing, he walked me through what they would do and verified the colors and measurements with me. Natalie was very responsive and was very quick to answer any questions I had. She was also great with double checking the work and making sure that all of the rooms were covered in the project. I have nothing but positive comments about Kevin and his On Point Crew, They are professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Every aspect of the job went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. The job was scheduled to meet my needs, the preparation prior to painting was thorough and the paint crew was courteous, neat and accommodating. The space was protected with a concern for our safety (no tripping hazards-smoke detectors uncovered each night) and the work area was vacuumed each evening. The office (Natalie and Kevin) called or emailed to see how everything was going at least 3 times! When the job was complete there was not a speck or splatter of paint anywhere. All furniture was placed back in its original location and a thorough clean up (once again including vacuuming) took place. I cannot praise this company enough.

We were referred to On Point Construction by Kevin, who did some terrific interior repairs for us. We were in desperate need of a contractor to perform an exhaustive interior repair and restore project at our house in Colorado Springs. We didnt know anything about Kevin except the meetings we had when he quoted the job, but we decided to take the chance because he was willing to work within our tight schedule and budget. Well, that chance we took paid off because he finished ahead of schedule and within the quoted budget, despite us asking for several changes to the plan throughout the process. Anytime there was a change, he was communicative and fair in discussing the impact these changes would have on cost and time, which was always minimal. He tried, and succeeded, to salvage existing doors affected by wall demo and reconfiguration and he restored them to brand-new condition.To summarize: hes efficient, communicative, provides quality workmanship, and is the consummate pro. Kevin with On Point was incredibly helpful. They installed two base cabinets for me. The first set of cabinets were damaged and had to be exchanged and Kevin was very helpful during this process. They are installing the new, undamaged cabinets as I write this. I cannot say enough good things about this company! If you need any help with a project, call On Point!!

These guys are great! I was having issues with the company that I hired to do a job. After fighting with them for 2 years, I hired On Point. I was amazed at how quickly they got the work done. They built my lovely new deck so fast, and man is it ever sturdy. I liked it so much I had them rebuild my lower deck as well. And everyone in the company is so nice! Had it not snowed right after they were done I would have had them all up for a BBQ. They also stained my house, did a fantastic job there too. They are reasonably priced and get the work done quickly. My only complaint is that it has been several months since they finished the job, but my dryer vent never got hooked back up. Considering all they did right, that one little thing wont sway the fact that I will for sure hire them again anytime I need work done. Great company overall.

Contractor, after contractor, I was about to give up on finding someone to do some texture work on my garage. Their prices were either too high, or I would have to buy the product. Even though I knew what I wanted, I didnt know what to get. Kevin from On Point Construction called me and after speaking with him, I told him that he was the first contractor that asked me what did I want, how can he help and gave me a bid that I could meet. Kevin and his team was the contractor on the kitchen renovation I just completed. The old cabinets and appliances were removed in record time and the installation of the new cabinets and appliances went flawlessly, The workers were efficient, knowledgeable and careful of not damaging any of the walls etc. They also left the premises extremely clean each day. I whole heartedly recommend the company.

I used Majestic Construction for staining a deck and painting a 4-plex rental property. When I first called, I spoke with Kevin who offered to come out and give me a free estimate. While he was there he gave me great advice on what scheen of paint to use for the interior and what type of stain would work best for the deck. Kevin called the day before the day that they were scheduled to begin the painting to remind me, then he called that morning to let me know that they were on their way. Any time I had a question or concern, I was met with a prompt and thorough response. Once all of the work was done, Kevin called me and asked if there was a good time for us to do a walk through. When we met, we walked the property together and he wanted to ensure that it was exactly what I wanted and that I was satisfied. I have used painters before who left paint drippings on the tile, door knobs, etc. I did not find anything like that. It was cleaned up very well. Kevin then showed me the left over paint and told me the paint color and code in case I needed more in the future. I will continue to use Majestic Construction for all of my home improvement needs. They were absolutely exceptional.

Avoid this company at all costs. Every other day theyd call for the money to start the project after the estimate was given, 2-3 times a day theyd call, absolutely relentless to know when they could start the project, once the money was collected it was like they didnt want to return calls. My worst experience with any company I have ever dealt with and they were recommended by a chain hardware store, and I regret the day I called these people to perform any work on my property. Our relationship deteriorated quickly because they failed to do what they say they were going to do, failed to have the correct materials, then to top it off the quote I received was for only one side of the property to be done when I specifically stated both sides. Then when they did come back, they quoted me another price for the other side of the property and it was outrageous. No apologies, poor communication, and broken promises. Lost money with this company.

Avoid this company like the plague. My worst experience with any company I have ever dealt with, and I regret the day I called these people to perform any work on my property. Our relationship deteriorated from day one because they failed to do what they say they were going to do, failed to arrive at the time promised, failed to complete work at the time promised, and on some days they simply did not show up. No apologies, poor communication, and broken promises. The quality of some of their work and the materials they used on my property was mediocre at best. They improperly re-installed my front door and to this day, I cannot get them to come by and get it corrected like they promised so I just simply hired another contractor to get it done. They hired a third-party contractor to install my so-called new gutters only to find out they installed cheap plastic gutters that disintegrated in the hail storm we had last week. When I told them about the situation they took no responsibility for it, and told me to file a claim with my insurance. Excuse me? I paid a fortune for those gutters thinking they were going to install it themselves and now they take no responsibility for them? They wasted a lot of my time and money because they could not keep their word. The foundation of any business is trust, integrity, and credibility. The situation and our relationship got so bad that I nearly fired them and threw them off my property. I am writing this reply because I dont want anyone to experience and go though the same things I did with this company. They may do some good things, but you had better check the quality of the materials they use, their workmanship, and any warranties that may come with some of the materials they order for your property. Find a good, reputable company with a trusted name, that has been in the community for a while that you can rely on to get it done right the first time and like you want it. Remember, its your money as well as your time.

This company hires criminals. They painted my house without proper prepping. Told crew to leave property and owner threatened to physically harm me. Police were called and two of their painters were arrested for outstanding warrants. One for burglary. I dont know how they are a licensed business.

Just had a Deck built and a fence replaced. Kevin and his team did an amazing job from removal of the old rotten posts and slats all the way through to clean up and walkthrough. Would reccomend to anyone looking to have some work done!
