From the designer, Dan, to the phenomenal construction superintendent, Luke, to his professional sidekick, Nick, and to the office (and construction experienced) project manager, Sabra, this Bathroom Renovation company exceeds any and all expectations.  Where we had an attic storage room next to our 3rd floor master bedroom, we now have an extraordinary, beautifully tiled 6x12 bathroom with a massive 4x6 shower, quality commode and handsome wood vanity. We are extremely thankful to Center Point for its attention to detail, its focus on meeting the customers needs and wants, cleanliness and to a very friendly and efficient staff. Many thanks to Luke for his innovation and sharing his incredible knowledge and years of experience. 5 stars just arent enough.

Cant say enough about how happy I am with my new bathroom. Center Point Renovations just installed my bathroom last week and it looks amazing! They completed the job in one day and I couldnt be happier. I can now enjoy my new shower again. The installers were professional and proficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

These guys mean business when they get started on your work. From sales to installers, they were ALWAYS at my house at the time they specified. The sales guy ( Daniel ) went above and beyond making sure we were taking care of and Jennifer was top notch in working with us in getting our needs met. Not to mention the installers were fabulous. They were done with our remodel in less than 3 days and the bathroom/ walk in shower looks fantastic!I highly recommend these guys if you want your bathroom remodeled!

The quality of the work was very good. I love the Onyx product is beautiful! Some improvements needed to allow crew to finish project and not pulled off to do another job. Let them finish their work!

Jennifer and her team were great. I finally have a shower that I feel safe using. I have grab bars in the proper locations and the bench with handheld wand give me a little more freedom in my shower.

Called me almost immediately after I scheduled an appointment through Home Advisor. Lady called to confirm the appointment but told me I needed to reschedule since my husband wasnt going to me home. She wanted to make sure all decision makers we present. What is this 1940? Ill find another company that trusts that Im allowed to make important household decisions, since its my money thats being spent anyways.

WOW! The work was done in a timely manner and very professional, by friendly people and lots of smiles. My bathroom looks great,will recommend them to all my friends.

Charles and Brian showed up on time, ready to go. They were careful with my house and asked questions during the project to be sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Charles stayed late (til almost 8pm) on a Friday night to complete the job - talk about commitment! Brian came back a few days later to hang a shower rod that we forgot to include in our contract. The result is fantastic and we are really pleased. Highly recommend!!!

I scheduled an appointment with this company for an estimate, and told them when I called I was the only homeowner who lived in the house and there were no other decision makers. Well, they pulled my deed and saw the property investors name, so when they called to confirm they asked when he would be present. I reminded them that Im the only one who lives in the home and that he is just an investor (he doesnt even live in this state). After having to argue about it the rude reply I received was Uh, I guess thats fine, see you tomorrow.I called back to state my concern and got the same person who had called me. He said they were required to have all homeowners (according to information I didnt even give them, and they pulled without my knowledge) present, but for me they would let it slide this time.I kindly let them know that I would hate to be a burden to their company, so they wouldnt need to let it slide as the appointment is now cancelled. I did not get a nice response and was hung up on promptly.NOTE: Since this interaction I have scheduled estimates with several other companies, and none of them have had any issues with me being a single homeowner, in case anyone is trying to say this is an industry standard.

Center Point Renovations Colorado were outstanding from start to finish. Found this gem of a company at a home show. Made a free in home estimate appointment. Jennifer came out to see us, went thru the whole process including different products and designs. We settled on a design within our budget and it was smooth sailing from there. The install crew arrived on time and took away all of the debris aswell as completing the project within the contracted time frame! The finished product looks like something out of a magazine. Ian and his crew were fantastic and very professional. We had several estimates on our remodeling project and although Centerpoint wasn’t the cheapest, we felt comfortable with the presentation and the care that went into the project.Centerpoint will be doing our next project as well

*****UPDATE 3/18/19:ian, the owner will not rectify this situation, because I left this review.10k dollars for a bathroom remodel that was supposed to take 1 week. 4.5 weeks later, when the job was finally done we immediately addressed issues with the project manager ray (who never showed up 1 time during the project).issues such as them installing a damaged toilet, to replace the one they damaged initially. there were also several times where they just didnt show up at all to do work for the day. to the point where I installed all of the light fixtures, as well as the vanity and hardware myself.the drywall is beyond terrible, holes, waves, and just poor workmanship everywhere in the bathroom. weve also had 2 issues with plumbing, which were caused by the crew leaving debris from their work, in the drain. ray promised over a week ago that all of the issues would be addressed and fixed, yet has not returned any of the 3 messages left for him. the list of issues goes on and on. this company brags about being veteran owned, but has no issues stealing from a veterans widow.

We signed a contract for a master bath remodel: shower, shower door, counter top, flooring, paint. The sales experience was enjoyable, and we had the impression that the consultant (and owner), Ian Young, was knowldgeable. Price was reasonable. Three individuals came to complete the work. They were professional, polite, personable. Cleaned up behind themselves every evening before they left.It was after the initial installation that things did not go as expected.Following the installation we noticed that there were bubbles in the vinyl flooring (expensive, high quality). We also had issues with water escaping out of the shower, leaving a puddle around the shower door. We called, and received a call back. It took a little longer than anticipated to have someone come out and look at the issues.We were told that the fix for the flooring was to poke holes in the new vinyl to add glue where the floor was bubbling. Visible holes in the new vinyl. I would rather live with the bubbles than holes in the new flooring so we declined. The issue was improper installation of the floor to begin with.The individual then turned his attention to the shower doors, which allowed water to leak out on to the floor. The doors had not been installed properly; they were not level or straight, which allowed water to exit the shower. He indicated that our door was the first one of its type that he (and the team) had installed. We were assured that there was a fix to our problem and that he needed to obtain some parts to fix the issue.And we have not heard from Center Point since.After waiting several weeks for someone to come take care of the shower, I again called the company and spoke with the receptionist. She took my information and contact numbers, promising to relay the information to the proper individual. And still nothing.We have now been placed on perpetual ignore. Not satisfied with the job that was done; less satisfied with the customer service and response to our concerns.We are now looking for our own solutions to fix the issues.AN UPDATE TO MY REVIEW:After writing my review, I did hear back from Center Points owner. He apologized for the delay in getting back to me to discuss and correct my issues. Our shower door was the first of its kind to be installed by Center Point, and they didnt initially realized that there was an additional part that needed to be ordered and installed - a guide of sorts - that keeps the water inside of the shower. The part was ordered and installed. Solved that issue. As far as the bubbling in the flooring, I continued to decline the option offered of adding glue throughout the flooring by poking visible holes in the vinyl. Center Point did add glue around the edges where it could just be pulled up and added.I am satisfied with the work that was done. And even after all this, would use them again for another bathroom remodel.

Had 2 bathrooms done and I was amazed at how quick they were able to turn my old bathrooms into a things of beauty thank you Ian. You and your crew treated my family and I with utmost courtesy and proffesionalism and I highly recommend centerpoint to anyone

Met a representative from your company at a home show on Friday, January 5, 2018. Scheduled your person to come on Monday, January 8, 2018 at 9am. On Saturday, January 6, 2018 we received a call confirming the appointment. Well 9 am came & went and not only did your person NOT show up, but no one even called to let us know they wouldnt be here. This behavior makes it VERY clear to me how unprofessional & incompetent your company is.
