Before his work began he spent time covering all the work areas and walk areas with plastic and drop cloths. The demo work involved to remove the old glass tile was done with great care. Lee does everything properly and does not cut corners. I am so happy with the end result, and all the thoughtful steps he took to get the backsplash done properly. I would highly recommend Lee. I hired Lee to re-tile a bathtub enclosure that was tiled incorrectly by another contractor. I hired Lee based off of his outstanding reviews and I am so glad that I did. From the first phone conversation, until the time the job was complete, Lee was a breath of fresh air to work with. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure my job was done correctly. In fact, he spent about an extra day fixing the framing behind the tiled area and putting in insulation (none of which he had to do) and he didnt charge me anything extra. He just did it because thats what was right. In a city where its hard to find good laborers to work on your house, I can say with confidence that Lee blew my expectations out of the water. Not to mention that he was the cleanest construction worker Ive ever encountered. Lee left my house neat and tidy every time he worked. Finally, Lee squeezed me in to his schedule when he had another cancelation and also stuck to his promised timeline and communicated when anything unanticipated came up (the framing and insulation). Lee is a straightforward guy and his work is impeccable. I will only hire Lee from now on if I need tile work in the Springs.

Lee was an outstanding contractor to work with. We needed a pocket door installed between two adjacent bedrooms and after speaking with Lee he assured us that he was the right person for the job. His experience guided us into making a better decision then we originally had and ultimately saved us money.
