Had Thrive Star do a complete bathroom remodel, took the bathroom to the studs and replaced the subfloor. Three months later the tiles start cracking, Chris tells me that he admits they should have used a thicker subfloor and they would fix but he was super busy at the moment. He then stopped answering my calls, emails and texts. We are now six months past the time he said it would be fixed and still no word.He was the cheapest bid and he promised they would fix any problems if they came up. Guess they pulled one over on me.

The crew was great, very professional and clean. Super happy with the texture match for the wall. We will use them again! We’re extremely happy with the results.

I scheduled the completion of my bathroom remodel with Chris the owner. I sent him photos of what needed to be done. He then came out a week later and gave his hard estimate. We scheduled for the 14th of June. Monday. To begin the job. Leading up to the start of the job he gave me the dates of when I could get my plumber and electrician out. Come Monday no one shows up. No one answers their phone. No response to my emails. Completely left me and my job high and dry. I now have to cancel my electrician and plumber from coming out on the scheduled days. It’s now Wednesday and I still have heard nothing from Thrivestar. Contractors in Colorado have been by FAR the worst experience. They’re all unprofessional just like this company. 10 out 10 do not recommend. Don’t waste your time.

ThriveStar Renovations (Chris) took our basement from concrete walls and floor to a completely finished basement with living space, full bathroom, and laundry room.

Here are photos of our CBD Lab retail space in Colorado Springs. Thrivestar knocked this job out under a time crunch for us to open by April 20th. They worked with an interior designer who helped with the vision and then they executed that vision perfectly. We are very happy with the way our store turned out. We came in under budget and on schedule. We are considering opening a second and third location down in Florida and are most likely hiring these guys to go down there and replicate our COS location.

Amazing tile work on our kitchen backsplash. It was not an easy job - the specific tile and tiling work around some windows - required some difficult cuts, but it ended up looking perfect. Quality work, done quickly, and so beautiful. We will call them again for our next project!

ThriveStar has been working on a massive project for our company. They are currently working on a 4000sqft space that we are converting from warehouse space to office space and a CNA school. These guys are always available to answer questions, communicate with other tenants on the property, and address any changes that we request. There are some tasks that are outside of their scope, but they are great at finding and coordinating the appropriate professionals to complete the job. We highly recommend thrivestar and will continue using them for our future renovations and repairs.
