Normally when i come out i am thrilled to bits with my hair, though this time i can only give a bad review. I went in with my brother when he came to visit from another state after talking a long time about wanting his hair dyed and me highly recommending Regis. He ended up with a light, botched lavender instead of the deep purple. His hair stylist (Raquel) had a phone in her hand the entire time, was extremely rough with his hair, and didnt try explaining anything about what she was doing to my brothers hair. She took my brothers picture without permission and didnt even bother filling out the ticket before leaving. He is devastated with the rather quick transition of hair color. When speaking to the manager i was told that the hair dye was not permanent,(today) while the stylist had said it would last about a month (last week). I do not think this is really worth the money my brother spent.When i spoke with the manager about what they could do as my brother was heartbroken all i was told was we could get a free conditioning or something that to me seems to be on the cheap end. After speaking with my husband about the experience we will no longer be going to Regis.(i have attached pictures of my brothers hair color when he got it dyed and after his first hair wash)

I went here based on a recommendation, and booked a cut with Fidel. Even just entering, the precautions taken made me feel safe and comfortable. I was greeted promptly, and very friendly, and Fidel gave me one of the BEST haircuts Ive ever had! He gave me amazing suggestions and I am so happy I took his advice.. I cant wait to come back to have another amazing experience here! Im so thankful to have found this Salon!

In todays world its good to know that there is a salon that is keeping peoples health and well-being in mind! Very clean, sanitized and they are taking measures to make sure that it stays that way! Really disappointed this morning with the services of this salon.I had an appointment at 9am and it snowed last night. It’s a fair amount of snow...but I checked my voicemail, my texts, and my email to see if I had any notification that my appointment was cancelled because of closure of the salon. I didn’t. So I went to the Salon and it was closed!!I’m not upset that the salon was closed because of snow, that’s understandable.. I’m mad because no one called or tried to contact me to let me know.In my current situation, Im not able to just reschedule an appointment next week because I don’t have regular child care. I have to wait for family to come visit so I can leave my kids with them because my husband is deployed.

If i could give it a negative i would. I hate to leave negative comments but if someone could have saved my hair from being ruined i wish i wouldve know. I have no idea how the manager at this place is a manager. I have nice all around highlights with cherry light brown hair and i just wanted my roots to blend a little more with the rest of it since my hair had grown out half an inch. The manager put me with a low level hair stylist (i have no issues with if they know what they are doing) and told her to put a lever 3 all around my head and bleach the rest to lighten it. I did want a darker to lighter effect but not what i got. I went from black to rusty orangey blonde. I had blotches of black nowhere blended or faded into each other. So i left after being there for 4 hours and told them i could not keep my hair like this. I was charged the same amount as a much higher level cosmetologist hair stylist that did my hair last time and with way better results (hanna). I came back 2 days later, same mananger told another low level hair stylist what to do with my hair. She included root crown hightlights. From black to bleach to blend in with the rest. The poor girl asked her if she was going to help her and the manager responded every step she would. By the time the girl realised how bad it was turning and everything was bleeding into each other she went to tell her manager. The manager 5 mins later said goodbye to us while my head was in the sink and told her that she had it,she could do my hair without her help. My hair was a nightmare. I looked like i had horrible hightlights with yellow, black, orange. It was a nightmare. Nothing compared or close to what i said. The stylist and 2 other females had to come together to make a plan to fix what the manager Mariah ruined!!!! I never ever recommend anyone to take advice from this female... she ruined my hair 2 times in a row... allison and i forgot the poor girls name who was guided to such mess, and one other stylist tried to do everything they could to help my hair look somewhat decent. I hate how my hair looks now, but not as much as how the manager ruined my hair. I was given a refund, but a refund will not fixed my bleached multiple times healthy long hair. Not to say i have the copper blonde look i did not want!!!! I didnt dare to go back.. those poor stylist have to work for someone who has no idea how to do hair is beyond the words for me. I never asked for highlights, i wanted more of a ombre. With the color i already had but just a little lighten. I never wanted what you see in the pictures... this is a nightmare... the final result was a little better than this, but i am not a fan of either. I do appreciate the girls who worked to help fix it without the managers advice. 8 hrs to leave home crying... with damaged unfavorable hair. Never ever ever get your hair done if maraih advices how to do your hair. It will most likely turn into a disaster.

Love Alasia Costello at Regis! She is very talented and up to date on all of the latest hair trends. I’ve been going to her for about a year and she never disappoints. All of my cuts and colors have been beautiful. Highly recommend! I also love that she takes the time to show me how to style my hair so it always looks salon perfect.

I came in with dry, yellow hair. I was looking to get the yellow toned more because the last place I went to left me with a golden yellow look. Malora knew exactly what she was doing! I left very happy with the results! I will definitely be back again with her.

Is this place open? I called several times last Monday. Then several times today and no answer. Is there no one up front in reception area? Takes calls & schedules?

I have been here for 4 or 5 hair cuts. Everytime I go, they go on and on about how there is something wrong with my hair. I would also like to grow my hair out, but they dont support that because my hair is fine and blond. I dont dye my hair. I usually have a normal cut with layers. They are also super pushy about selling their hair care products. They sell those products by telling how horrible my hair is. One time, a hair stylist told me the bottles of non regis brand stuff was different than what you buy in stores. At first I was listening to their advice. However, other hair salons usually give me the hair cut I request, offer some products, and are not over dramatic about my type of hair. I will not me coming back.

Malora was absolutely amazing. My daughter has very thick and unruly hair. It was more than halfway down her back, and she wanted a drastic change. Malora listened to what my daughter described, and proceeded to do the most amazing haircut...even better than my daughter or I could have hoped for! I 100% recommend Malora for any and all hair needs. Will most definitely be going back for my other daughters and myself in the near future!!!

Alasia is amazing! She not only has beautifully colored and cut my hair but when my girls came home for Christmas they couldn’t wait to have her do theirs as well! I went in asking to fix my hair, I had a copper tone balayage wanted more blond way more blond and so I got skunk streaks of highlights around my head and it was $200. Super frustrating and I don’t get why these people think it looked decent. Cried for hours and don’t want to hurt there feelings but really??? These so called highlights are not even to my roots and I will never be returning here. Couldn’t post my picture on here but it’s now under photos.

Alasia does such a great job! She takes her time and lets you know what she is doing every step of the way. She definitely knows her stuff and I always leave feeling fabulous!

Went in for ash blonde hair with highlights with hair already light blonde after 6 hours left with hair looking one tone of dirty blonde with a green tint and out $300 once I complained they offered for me to come back they stripped my hair color and tried again ... leaving me with a darker hair color then I wanted and looking nothing like what I asked for I have not been back since I asked to be taken off their call list and they continue to call me every few months to see if I required any further services from them

Lost hope on my tangled hair but I came here and they saved my hair from having to be cut really short! They are so nice and very helpful with everything! My stylist was Raquel and she is so amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and I was happy with her work! Totally coming here again!

Girl when I say I was in desperate need of a new hairstyle, I was absolutely in NEED. I had walked in without an appointment and my stylist Rio still took excellent care of me. The red that was in my hair was fading into a nasty color and I felt like my hair was making me look more aged. To be frank I asked her to make me look younger with nicer hair and she handled business. She gave me a gorgeous light brown bob and I absolutely love it. She gave me tips and showed me different products that would be great for my hair. I left that shop feeling like a brand spanking new women. Thank you Rio!!! You will be expecting me back.

I called Regis yesterday to speak with someone that had experience working with naturally grey hair. I’ve been growing mine out for 2+ years and needed a cut desperately and needed to do something to blend my grey with my “mousy brown” hair. I talked to Rio, explained my concerns and the frumpy feeling I was getting from the grey. I went in today to see Rio and walked out of the salon looking like a completely different person than the one that walked in! First, Rio have me an amazing cut - the layers add the volume and shape that I needed! She added blond highlights that blend my grey and brown better than I could have expected. I basically told her to do whatever she felt would be best, after all, she’s the expert. I am so happy with the results and will definitely continue to see her!! Thanks Rio!

Mariah was awesome! I showed her a picture of the haircut that I was wanting and my hair turned out perfect! She was kind and professional! I also felt very impressed with their policies regarding COVID. This included taking the temperature of guests as well as offering hand sanitizer, face masks, using disinfected equipment, and distancing their stations. All in all 10/10 experience!

Walked in with a bad hair cut from a trip to Michigan. Rio took me with no appointment, and a 50 minute time limit, as I was on lunch break. She redesigned my SHORT hair to be sharp and sassy. LOVE IT! That takes talent!

If I Could I Would give negative 5 stars. I came in with brown/black hair. Asked for highlights. And walked out with orange hair. I came back the next day for a refund and was told i would have to wait until Tuesday when the manager was in. I came back on Tuesday a refund was issued it now has been a week and a half and no refund. I now have had to get the BBB involved. My hair is so damage and the hair cut is just as awful as the color. I will NOT recommend this salon to any one. The management is unprofessional. The staff is unprofessional. And at this point I just want to cry. . I am trying to find the owner of this salon...

Ive been following my stylist Alasia since she was in beauty school. I cant say enough good things about her! Her fades(before I started shaving my head) were on point. Her beard line ups are crisp and exactly what I want. She also gives me a deep conditioning and hot towel treatment. Ask her about it, you will not regret it. She is very kind and up beat all the time. Will definitely come back!

Raquel completely ruined my hair and did not cut it how i asked . She chopped way too much off. Did not do it the length. My hair was just recently bailiaged. And she cut most of it off. A lot of wasted money. And i am completely upset by it. Do not see her, should’ve read some reviews first

Every time I get a service done by The Manager Mariah I am exceptionally pleased! She is a pleasure to be around, very knowledgeable and professional!! She is a beautiful young lady and her beauty from within always shines through as well!!! I always look forward to my appointments with her and enjoy watching how sweet and attentive she is with her employees. I consistently leave feeling relaxed,refreshed and beautiful. The salon is always clean and organized. Mariah is exactly what this Regis Salon needed.

I got my hair cut a few weeks back and am still happy today with the results! My hair stylist Alasia was great at listening to what I wanted to be done and made helpful suggestions so that I got the style I wanted! I have naturally curly hair and prefer to style my hair curly everyday and she did my curls justice! It’s not easy to work with curly hair (since it’s always trying to shrink on you) and she was very patient, which I appreciated. Definitely recommend this curly friendly salon!

I wish I could give lower then one star but I can’t. Came home to my wife crying like crazy about her hair. She went in at 0900 for a hair cut and dye. Stated she wanted to go light brown. Her hair is black. She spent 5 hours at this place and paid $340. Her forehead, cheeks and chest are stained with hair dye. And her hair looks no different then before she went in. I am not a hair stylist but have dyed her hair several times and have never stained her skin. We compared before and after picks and the only difference we can tell is that it is combed different. Hair is same color. She stated she kept telling the stylist Alasia that she wanted it lighter and the stylist told her it would lighten over time when she washes her hair. So in a nutshell we just paid over $300 for her to pretty much sit in a chair for 5 hours. On top of that, when they washed her hair, they managed to get her entire back wet. So she sat most of the appointment with a wet shirt. I would never recommend this place. Way overpriced and they don’t listen to their clients.

I had the most pleasant experience on 4/9/19. I had never been to a Regis hair salon but was blown away by the professionalism and experience of my Stylist, Heaven. She gave me a conditioning treatment that not only moisturized my dry hair but also made it extremely soft and shiny.I would definitely refer anyone to schedule their hair appointment with Heaven. I promise to be back on my next visit to Colorado Springs!

I have waited a long time to find a stylist who truly listened to what I wanted, even when I had a hard time conveying it. She took my natural boring Dishwater hombre, into a vibrant auburn and magenta! I left there feeling like I had to find a Red carpet and show off my new style! She really did such a fantastic job and Im so grateful to have found her!

Ever since I can remember I’ve always had really long hair. After having had a baby I felt it was time for a change. Last week I walked into the salon and met Alasia - she was amazing! She not only cut my hair but she helped restore my confidence. I went from having really long hair to a super cute long bob. I truly enjoyed my experience and plan on coming back! I needed to find a new stylist at Regis as my previous one left to start her own business. Luckily I was able to walk-in and Micah, one of the stylist was available. Micah was very pleasant which made for a good experience, and he did a great job cutting and styling my hair. I will definitely book with him again.

Should have read the reviews but I was in a rush to get my hair done. Went in wanting all of a previous color cut out, I knew it would be quite short and had to reassure the stylist I was OK with it. After an HOUR AND A HALF of sitting in the chair I am still left with the color in it that I wanted gone. The reason this is getting 3 instead of 2 is my stylist Soy was very nice and gave me a very nice cut. If I wasnt trying to get color out of my hair I would have loved it. I would have said something but I had places to be and honestly didnt want to spend any longer there.

I needed to provide this review for March 2019. They fixed my horrible box coloring job I had done myself at home. They took me in and helped me get everything back to normal and I had a really great cut. They stripped my coloring, condition treated, recolored, and cut my hair. Months later, they texted me to remind me to place another appointment and hopefully Ill return soon. I tend to lose track of time. Thanks for your help!!

The salon is clean and tidy. The stylists seemed whining and friendly. My stylist was great but it took over an hour to get a wash, cut and simple style. I appreciate the attention to detail, but the hour and 20 minute appointment was unexpected and not part of my plan. By the time I got out I was exhausted and way behind schedule.

I go to see Chaketha at Regis and I would not trust anyone else. She leaves me highly satisfied and confident after every visit!! Love her work. Would highly recommend

I made an appointment and got in right away with Soy Kim. I went there because I got a very bad haircut at Aveda salon’s in Chapel Hills Mall and needed somebody to fix my hair. She was amazing! I have very thick hair and have had bad experiences in the past so I was more that ecstatic when she finished my haircut and it was absolutely beautiful! She is exceptional and precise. She even texted me to see if I was happy with my cut. She will be my only hair stylist from now on. Thank you Soy for fixing my hair you are amazing!

Chaketha did an amazing job on retwisting my dreads. Best pricing and quickest appointment Ive ever had. Great conversation and gave me a lot of good tips on taking better care of my hair. She has a permanent customer as long as Im in the springs

I havent been to a salon in years. My mom is a hair stylist, and she would regularly do my hair. Unfortunately, she cant do it any longer due to carpal tunnel. I went in hoping for balayage and a trim, and Jocelyne did such amazing work. She did such a great job with the coloring, the cut, and the style. She explained everything she was doing and how long it would take, so in the end, the only thing I was surprised with was my hair. She did such a wonderful job, that I am hoping to be one of her regular clients.

I cannot say enough great things about Alasia! I came to her in a panic after a terrible color experience at a different salon that left me avoiding mirrors. I definitely put all my trust in her and she did not disappoint. I’m so happy with my color now and will absolutely be back to see her!

I went to see Alasia for a highlight. She did an amazing job! I love how it turned out, I’ve had highlights from other stylists that turned out chunky and brassy, so I’m always worried that I will not get what I asked for. Alasia was thorough and listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. My hair can turn out brassy if the stylist doesn’t know what they are doing, but this time it turned out cool and ashy and very natural looking! Love this stylist and loved this salon! I had a very pleasant experience!

I got my hair dyed about a month or two ago by this lovely hairstylist Malora. The color was beautiful, it smelled amazing, and it still looks good, even now. I would definetly recommend anyone to go here, my experience was fantastic and I was super comfortable and felt super welcome in the salon!

I went somewhere else when I couldn’t get an appointment with her, and she ended up fixing my hair afterwards. Everyone is very friendly and I love going here.

Alasia is my stylist here at Regis. I had this crazy idea to chop all of my long hair off for the first time in my life and Alasia calmed my nerves and gave me just the cut I was looking for. She was patient with my anxiety about it and has also talked me through different processes of coloring so I can choose the best fit for me there when Im ready. LOVE HER!

My regular stylist was on vacation and I needed a color refresh badly before company arrived this week. Mariah was super helpful on the phone, offered to text my reg. stylist, Patricia, if she needed to find out anything that wasnt written in the book about my color. I made an appointment with Mariah for the following day. My color is amazing and the cut is too! Everyone here is professional, kind, and efficient. I am so happy I found Regis and these lovely, wonderful women. Thank you Mariah!

This girl malora was the best i’ve ever had!! i wanted a nice strip of blue in the back of my hair for the longest time but this very specific blue i told and even showed her a picture and she knew right away what to do! she’s a very easy person to talk to and knows how to do hair. If you were looking to get your hair done. please do malora!!

Friendly staff, clean facility and great service. My family has been seeing Grace here since moving to CSPGS, she is amazing and skilled in technique and service. My kids love talking to her and she was able to fixing a terrible haircut my ex-husband inflicted on my daughter (age 6). She also remembers her customers!

We have been regulars with Regis for the past year even my kids ( haha) and love Soy the stylist ! She’s phenomenal with colors & fashion dyes and she’s very elaborate in choosing, blending, and making styles with new tone. She knows COLORS !!!!!

Very upsetting and ridiculous!! After waiting a week to finally get my hair done, and after suffering a illness that caused me to lose a lot of my hair, Regis cancelled my appointment and would ONLY let me keep it if I paid More money! I was finally able to get in to there salon and was told how I should do my hair and how a simple color that I wanted would not work. I was left in my chair several times for over an HOUR! They would show me hair samples that they picked, not me, and the samples were No where near what I wanted, and when I would finally caved after being what felt like I was being Interrogated like a criminal,they would come back saying “that color won’t work either “ and it will cost you $75 per hour to strip your hair and it could take a few hours plus $25 each chemical “! On top of $75.00 ! I finally left in tears and will NEVER EVER return! I’m telling everyone I know about this horrible experience at Regis. Oh and I went to a different salon and got what I wanted! And for cheaper!😄

Great service, the moment you walk in they ask if you need water. It was flavored water! Where else in Colorado do you get free flavored water!!

Being new to town I looked quite awhile for a salon and stylist that did a good job and didnt cost an arm & leg. I absolutely love this salon & my amazing stylist Grace!!! I have found my forever salon! 😊

Mariah is just lovely! I go to her for color from blonde silver to bright red, my hair is left exactly the way I want everytime with a perfect healthy trim. She makes magic! The staff is very attentive and courteous and the place is kept clean, definitely recommend!!

Ive been to this salon a few times and i’ve always had Malora do my hair, she’s very good at giving all the information about what’s going to happen to your hair when it gets colored and, if you have curls, how different products will affect your hair. She’s incredibly friendly and has some magic hands when it comes to washing your hair. Her updos are fantastic as well. I’ve never had a hairstyle from her that i’ve disliked, i 10/10 would recommend her if you visit this salon.

I spent 4 1/2 hours there and was not pleased when I left. Never even had time to finish what I came for! Will not be back!!! I thought when I came in at 10 am I would be done in 2 hours. Never even got my hair cut!

I got both my daughters hair cut by Lindsey and she did an amazing job. Not only was she friendly with my kids but my kids looked super cute afterwards and loved thier new hair styles. I was so pleased with her I went back to get my hair done and got the same amazing service. They place is clean and friendly. I dont think its over priced for the services they provide. Ive been happy to pay for what Ive been given, great service.

I cant even comment on the quality of service. They were friendly but when I came in for my appointment, apparently the young lady who took down my name didnt add me in the system at all! It took them 20 minutes to figure out I wasnt in the system. I was donating my 2ft (yes really) of hair and finally got the courage to get it all cut off. They didnt seem genuinely apologetic that it was their mistake (they did apologize though). I signed up for the most expensive stylist and they wanted to put me with someone with not as much experience for another day. They did offer me 25% off, but I wanted to get it done that day. Since they couldnt accommodate me, I called Styles Salon and they fit me right in and it was the best cut of my life! If you do decide to go with Regis, make sure you get a confirmation call before your appointment.

Has been awhile since Ive been here but I didnt want to return after my haircut. Prices are as expected for a salon, location is ok and making an appointment was easy. My issue was that my stylist didnt seem very interested in me. She seemed very much in a hurry and didnt try to reach beyond a basic cut.

I got my hair done by Malora and she is the best! 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful place with talented stylist that can pull off anything you ask for no matter how extreme. The price is not overly much either.
