Professional outward and inward. Their registration required booking leaves one feeling like a true member of a private, distinguished club. Their shop is clean yet rustic, like a dream mancave. Former military so im a little picky about my haircuts and after all the places Ive tried in or around The Springs, TT9s is the best! Kevin is a phenomenal barber and though I havent had my hair cut by anyone else in there, I have never seen a bad haircut walk out the door. This is my preferred barber shop and where I recommend anyone looking for a place to get a great cut.

No words no value is a great response from a business owner.Just like the subpar quality of work your “barbers” perform.My sons hair was butchered and your employee stated in order to get his hair like HE wanted it would take an extra 45 minutes after she messed it up. This is definitely the place to go to get lined up in the Springs! Everyones friendly and the place is really an experience. From my boy Manny lining up my mullet to the big Indy car tires used to hold used towels, its worth every penny.

I was 5 minutes late and the hair stylist I was scheduled for was still cutting someone else’s hair, and they rudely turned me away and claimed that I was 15 minutes late even when I wasn’t. This place is very unprofessional and I will not be returning here again. I’m very disappointed in their professionalism or the lack there of. Don’t go here if you want to be treated kindly.

This place is awesome. I got my cut with Chee and she was not only crazy quick and talented with her scissor cutting skills but was also super cool about asking me if this and that were okay, what I thought about the cut every couple minutes, and made sure I was happy every step of the way.I’m positive this would be the same interaction with any employee there because everyone I met was so incredibly polite. This barber shop is all about you, the client.Very cool space, super clean, great music, and the best part is the lighting. The lights make you feel like they’re prepping your hair for the cover of your favorite magazine and you’re the star. Every aspect makes you confident that the people that work there know what they are doing and make you feel at home. I’ve found my permanent spot for haircuts.

Not the place if you just want a simple haircut. I walked out paying nearly $40 for slightly trimming my sides and back. He informed me that all the extra things they offered me were included, which I did not want, but paid for anyways. Good haircut if money means nothing to you I suppose.Reply to owner: My name doesnt come up in the system because this is my middle name. I dont think it matters who my barber was. My point is I just wanted a trim and soon found out I was being charged for shampoo, style, etc., none of which I wanted or received.

Kenny is my favorite barber, he always does something creative with my undercut and hes a really good guy. The people who work here are really friendly and the shop is immaculate.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff. Ambient music ranges from old school punk/ alternative rock, some modern rock to old school rap (NWA) if the owner is there. Prices might be a little high, but I say its worth supporting a locally owned shop. Vet, fire, LE friendly.

I went in to get a low fade haircut. They ended up not blending even noticeably all the way around my head. Instead they cut around my ears and blended a fade around my ears with half of my sideburns left long closest to my eyes. So they cut only have my sideburns to the blended length. Clearly no experience at this shop and 10/10 would not recommend getting a terrible haircut for their astronomically high $35 price. I would look elsewhere

All the barbers here have their own personality, and style for cutting hair. I am satisfied with all of them, but I of course have a favorite Andrea. Shes very professional and takes her time to notice the small details. Great vibe, great owner, and you get what you pay for!

I have only ever seen Kenny (although I realized I need a cut today so if you aint working I apologize). I just rolled the dice on this place after having heard about it from a friend of mine. I am in the service and have a hard time finding a barber who can keep it clean but functional because I dont always like to look like I am working if that makes sense. Ken hits up that mid skin fade for me and it is money every time. I usually call and pre book appointments just to make sure I continue to get him. Either way solid place.

Very clean, pricing wasnt too shabby either. The staff were friendly and personable. Too bad they couldnt do my beard as well due to all the craziness, I will definitely be coming back.

Came “To The Nines” for the first time today for a simple haircut and wasn’t very impressed once I got home and saw just how bad my haircut was. From the front my hair looked great and I was happy. I thought it was odd that I wasn’t offered a mirror so that I could see what was going on in the back. More then likely for obvious reasons, but I didn’t think anything of it. Once I got home I noticed a huge chunk of hair that wasn’t even cut and my neck looked like I was attacked by a cat. My hair tie was also tossed on my head without any care at all. I’m pretty upset because after 30 dollars for a haircut and a substantial tip later, I feel robbed. I also get to look stupid for my family photos. I won’t be visiting this establishment again. Back to Floyd’s I go!I did like the look of the shop though. That was the only upside to this experience.

This lounge is very popular.The lounge has a large waiting area with a large screen TV. The acid washed and dyed concrete floor is funky and the minimalist architecture is appealing.After a gorgeous walk downtown Colorado Springs I lucked out and was greeted by Jeremy. He is a great guy and an awesome barber.I got an outstanding haircut and beard trim while engaging in a pleasant conversation with Jeremy. He is committed to serving value and a strong, self-led vision of what he wants for each customer. The most important customer I have is the one in my chair. When you get there, youll share the same experience.Make sure you reserve time for the experience you want. A straight razor shave requires 45 minutes. Do the shop and your fellow customers a favor by planning in advance for the time you need.Ken was patient with me and listened as I explained what I am looking for. He showed me the techniques he used to ensure the look he saw for me was what we ended up with. Bro! I dont know if you wear your hair like this, but you should!I will swear that I do not care ab my hair. I want to exit a shower and not think about it again until I brush it the next day. I walked away thrilled, smelling like a man whod been to a barber, and looking like Id found the best one in the area.

After years of searching, I finally found my barber. Had an appointment with Jeremy. Very punctual to start, I arrived 10 minutes early, was promptly greeted and checked in, and had a seat. I couldnt have been waiting longer than 5 minutes when Jeremy introduced himself and brought me to his chair. For the next 50 minutes I experienced the most professional, relaxing, quality haircut of my life. I will be recommending everyone.

This place is great and laid back. Always playing great music, the staff is great especially Victoria. She will give you the fade in town. Even better this location is in a great spot because before or after your haircut you can go next door and grab a beer and food at the food truck. Go and check it out!

So Im from Indiana and finding a quality barber is hard for sure; when I found to the nines on Google I looked into them and they seemed like a good place to try while here. Let me tell you they were awesome from stepping in. The aesthetic of the shop is amazing with all the older pop culture style with old street signs and black and white photos. The staff is kind and professional. Victoria my barber was amazing. She had killer conversation skills without trying to force any topics. Her skills as far as hair were also well past expectations. You could really tell that she loved what she did and wanted to give you the best cut she could. All said and done anytime Im in the springs Im coming here.

Great staff! I cant say enough about them. There are a few nice seats in the waiting area, and they always have good tunes playing. The steamed towels smell fresh, and they dont rush your appointment. The block has just added some new restaurants so give yourself some additional time to find parking.

I called in on 08-18-2019 to schedule a haircut. The receptionist told me that even though they are closed on Monday’s, a barber named Kenny would be in so I could get a cut on Monday 08-19. No one showed. I ended up using vacation time from work since it was an odd time during the week to get a cut so thank you. Thank you for having me not only waste my time, but my vacation time that I could have used for something way more important.

I’ve been going to this barbershop for a little over 6 months now with Che as my barber every time. Let me just say that she ALWAYS knocks it out of the park. Whether it’s a basic skin fade or a complicated/hard to explain cut, she gets it done. The experience is great, service is amazing, and I always leave feeling like a million bucks. Can’t ask for a better barber or a better experience. Keep up the great work Che, we all appreciate it!

If youre looking for a real barbershop, you cant beat this one in the Springs. All the barbers are cool, nice location/ambience, and service is top notch. It took me a long time to find a barber I trust cutting my hair and Gerald Bray NEVER lets me down. Will be back and recommend to anyone looking for a cut.

Sad that this didnt work out. The appointment started 15 minutes late, barber wasnt very friendly and was a bit condescending. Haircut was way shorter than I wanted. Didnt get the full service I was supposed to get because the barber took so much time with the fade, literally 30 minutes on the fade only. I had to leave for another appointment I had. To top it off, the barber didnt even try and compensate for the loss of services, had to pay full price for the haircut, shampoo and styling when all I was able to get was a haircut.

It pains me not leaving a perfect review. Mainly because I freaking love this place. Everything about it. This review is for the person who cut my hair this time. My usual barber, Jeremy, might be the BEST barber I have EVER had. Everything about his cut is amazing. It normally runs $35 with a taper fade and beard trim. Then I tip $20 because he does so great.Today, New Years Eve, he was booked. So I had to go with Alex. Let me say this as nice and respectful as possible. If you’re a guy with a groomed beard looking to get a fade and trim your beard that you’ve been growing for over a year, you might not want Alex. Nothing about this cut is a taper fade and I had to tell her to do small things that most barbers just know. Just not a good experience AT ALL!This won’t prevent me from coming back. Trust me on that. Jeremy is my lifelong barber. As long as I stay in Colorado Springs and he stays at this barbershop. I actually just booked my next appointment for JEREMY in 2 weeks. I just don’t want others being dissatisfied like I am right now on an important night like New Years Eve. Happy Holidays everyone!

To The Nines Barber Lounge is the premier barber shop in the springs. I have been going to this shop for a little over a year now and I have left each time with a super positive experience. The atmosphere is very welcoming as you walk in. The receptionist working is always great about welcoming and checking you in. If youre early there is a TV in the lounge area that has on different games to keep you occupied. My barber is Chee and she is a magician with the clippers. Outside of her always sharp haircuts she is very personable and funny. She always takes her time with each cut and asks plenty of questions to make sure youre getting exactly what you want. After your cut you are treated with a hot towel and wash, before finishing you off with a styling if you choose. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a place with great cuts, a great atmosphere, and great staff.

My current barber Victoria just moved out of state after cutting my hair regularly for the last couple of years. I was freaking out because I get pretty particular about my fade ... She ASSURED me that Chee would be more than capable of stepping up. She was NOT wrong. Chee had never cut my hair before but shes always cracked me up and put a smile on my face. So last week when I came in to see her for the first time I was nervous as hell! Ive been coming to this shop since they opened. I have gone to Kenny for years, but Ive had my hair cut by 4 different barbers at To The Nines and every time with consistently perfect results. They are super convenient because they accept walk-ins and thats very helpful when Im busy and my schedule gets hectic. Awesome shop with great ambience.

First and foremost, price for the service is hard to beat. And the actual cut was good and I want to shoutout my barber Jeremy, he did a great job. But atmosphere is where all the problems come in. The building is cavernous for a barbershop. The lounge feel seems forced and fake, like a chain barber shop. Waited about an extra 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Children were running around the shop and employees were arguing with one another while I waited. Trying to find a new barber after my go-to left the business. Going to try others before going back here.
