Tried to check in via app but wasnt able to. Called ahead to check in and was told not to worry about. After 40 minutes I had to leave because I had an appointment I had to get to. I really wish they would have let me check in.

Staff were always polite and professional. Never had a bad experience. Its a shame its Permanently closed.

As a guy who loves his hair and loves it done right, I make sure to pick one place to go to consistently and this is the place. This is the only haircut store I will go to in the Springs. Every time they treat me well with conversation and an amazing haircut. I feel valued every time as a customer and I’m gonna keep coming back because I’ve never not been satisfied with my hair when I walk out

Always get a great cut here. Wait has never been more than a few minutes. Hot towel and a massage a plus. Lots of TVs playing sports.

Just went in for a hair cut as I normally do to this location. Normally this place is awesome and i usually get a great haircut, with what i ask for. This time the place took a nose dive straight down. The new management, specifically the new location manager Sam seems to not know how to cut hair. She looked at the notes on my profile with them for what I want, and seemed to do the complete opposite. I normally get a 2 to a 3 low fade with about an inch on top. She did the fade but then forgot to cut anything off the top. I had to ask her multiple times to cut my hair that was about 2 and a half inches long. Then had to ask her multiple times to blend the sides in with the top. She sort of blended after asking probably no less than 3 times. She then proceeded to SHAVE a 1 inch circle around my ears and completely remove my side burns without asking. Ive been coming to this location for 3 years and after that terrible experience I will not be returning. The fact that I had to go to a different location for them to fix what she had done says quite a bit.

Do Not Go to this location!!! Just walked out of getting the worst haircut. Did not do what I asked at all. She literally complained to me that my haircut was taking to long and that my hair is hard to cut due to it being curly. Fee like a stylist should be able to cut all kinds of hair. Will not be going back..

Bad haircut to start. Then the stylist told me I had a complimentary shampoo, but proceeded to charge me for it. There are several other options nearby that are much better.

Normally this location is amazing, friendly people and i always got an amazing cut. But it seems that the new manager Sam for this location does not know how to give a decent hair cut. It was almost like she never cut hair before in her life. I got the worst hair cut Ive gotten since I was a child with her. After coming to this location for years, I do not plan to be back after she butchered my hair. I had to go to the Floyds down the road to have them fix the cut that she gave.

Got the cleanest and best haircut ever from Nikki. I never left a barber shop more satisfied. She’s really helpful and nice to talk to 👍

My boyfriend and 8-year-old went for a cut here. My boyfriend is pretty picky since he likes a low skin fade and going into anything other than a barber shop makes him nervous (we’ve relocated- haven’t found a barber yet) but he really liked how it came out. Sam at this store gave them a clean fade as low as possible (sports clips should allow straight razors on customers who ask for it- but they don’t). My son asked for a line on the side of his head which Sam gave him that he loved and looked clean- which prompted him to say “I feel fresh” lol. Will def go back- esp after paying twice that for a barber shop haircut.

This location sucks. Took the stylist forever to cut my hair, took 3 times the amount of time that the text update said it would, and then the computers didn’t work when I went to pay. They did comp it but I’m pretty sure that’s just because they couldn’t figure out the computer. Originally said it was a free beard trim because I complained about the wait. I get home and this is the quality of beard trim I got. Dear good, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a sports clips.

Darla is BEYOND awesome! She gave me the exact cut & style I was looking for. I will definitely be back, and would highly recommend to anybody else.

The blonde from Texas screwed my hair up so bad. She has not been cutting hair for 5 years like she said. People are literally laughing at me and my wife has to fix this mess!!! I will never ever come back even if you paid me!

A great place to get your hair cut, with reasonable prices and some great employees.Though you are unlikely to encounter the same employee more than a few times as they have pretty crazy turn over.

Typical big chain 🔗 place... Seating gets uncomfortable after awhile waiting for the one stylist to finish with her current client... Why have so many chairs and only one damn person working?!!

My husband went to this location for the first time today because we were closer than the normal Sports Clips we go to. He asked her to fade his hair since he is in the military and instead she completely shaved off his side burns and didnt fade his hair. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location, he was seen by Nicole.

Got right in which is great. However they did miss some spots in my hair I had to cut myself.

Had a appointment set, and waited for an hour to get my haircut.

Took my son for a haircut to the Briargate location. First off he had to wait over an hour after they said it was a 15min wait. He showed Sammy a picture of what he wanted and she messed it all up. Its nothing like its supposed to be. Its so uneven & all around bad, we had to just shave his head. Wont go back there again!

Stylist who checked us in was rude because I put my name and not my sons name into the system at check in (why do you need my phone and email to cut hair)...her words were you have to put his name in. She then proceeded to cut a 12 year olds hair while telling her co-workers about a break in story that involved a hammer and a saw being left on a table, kept saying it freaked her out...I said imagine how a 12 year old feels. We wont be back.

Considering I got a veterans day discount, the gal who cut my hair went above and beyond.

Went in the day after getting my hair butchered by a great clips and the girl fixed it quickly free of charge and even gave me coupons for future visits. Only place I will be going for a haircut from now on
