I went in and spoke to the manager, I think her name was Margaret and she was very informative. I went home that day with all the information since I was undecisive on what to do with my hair. I called later that day and Michelle took down my number, she told me the manager had stepped out, and that she would pass along my number............still waiting......no call back...? I think she didnt take down my number 🤷‍♀️ Weird.

The online booking of appts is difficult! Cant book until same day and cant book for atleast an hour, half them dont have any slots available only an hour after opening. Couldnt call and book an appt... Making it hard for these stylist to have any clients...

Was nobody there and I was there at the time they were supposed to be open. I spoked to Walmart employee, and they said they usually never there.

Rude staff!!Needed to return a defective product worth $50. The staff member told me they were closed even though it was only 10 till and they should have still been open. I came back another day and a different employee refused to process the return.Will not be doing business with this salon in the future.

Great ladies here that are honest n caring for your hair. I dont see me walking away disappointed!! I love coming here to get my hair done instead of wasting time n stressing myself trying to dye my curly hair 😱😭💩

Diane cut my hair, shes awesome! I have curly hair, and it takes most stylists more time to cut it. She does an excellent job, and can cut quickly. Sometimes I procrastinate because Im not sure how long a stylist will take. Once youre in her chair, you can tell she loves what she does...and does it well!

Every time I come here, I have gotten a great cut from friendly staff. Today it was Krystal, and she helped me very much with how to maintain my look between times at the salon.Got a cut with Victoria a couple of weeks ago too. Shes great because she gave me a great cut, helped with product to maintain look, and is super funny! Moved from England 23 years ago and still has a strong accent-love it!

Rose, the hispanic lady hacked all my hair off before quarantine began. She seemed nervous and unable to follow directions and I was not offered a refund but another service which I didnt want. Regional manager did not offer a refund either. Zero stars for taking off 6 inches of my hair and hacking up my layers when I asked for something completely different. Zero stars for customer service

I stopped in to this place with tears in my eyes crying about my newly acquired alopecia and was beside myself about what to do… I was advised by Victoria to go to a dermatologist and they could probably help me which I did and they have… This woman went out of her way to help me and comfort me and I am forever grateful...

While vacationing in Colorado Springs and shopping at Walmart, I stopped in and had my haircut by a woman named Veronica. She did such a wonderful and professional job on my hair that when I got home everyone thought I went to a high-end salon. I had the inverted bob cut, with a little more length to it. She actually took the time to teach me how to use the round brush correctly and different ways that I can style my hair. I am in my 50s and Ive never had anyone teach me that well. Also when I asked about various hair products, she was very informative on what to use and what to avoid for my particular hair type. It was a great experience and now I will have to go on vacation to Colorado Springs again when its time to get my haircut! Thank you very much Veronica! :)

The 8th Street Smartstyle is the place to be! Amy is the best stylist and all of the stylists are so friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are great and you can get your groceries when you’re done! Give these ladies a raise!!

It was my first time going, and I was apprehensive. But Margaret was my stylist and she was very easy to talk to, gave me what I wanted, and made suggestions without trying to push products onto me. I was surprised how great the experiences was and I love the style I got. My only complaint isnt with the stylist, but with the deal that you have to spend more than the amount of the cut to have it styled. Otherwise, youre leaving the store with a wet, messy do.

Stopped to get my hair cut as well as my daughters and Sariah was awesome. She did a rainbow pinwheel on my daughters hair for her birthday and she loved it!! Great job Sariah!! Everyone was very nice!!

I rate as 2 star because i really liked the haircut that was done but the english/british lady cut my daughter 3 times. once in the back of the neck with scissors and twice with clippers. one on top of each ear. the guy that works there did my moms hair and did an amazing job. nice people. just wished the lady had paid closer attention. granted it was very busy at the time but still. when working on a 10 year old you should be more careful.

2nd time going here. Got talked into getting bangs and didn’t ask me how short I wanted them to be. Then she told me my hair style had to have bangs . She cut them to my eyebrows!!! Completely ruined my hair, not like I can go somewhere else and fix it cus it already to short. Yeah I could go get my money back but it’s going to fix anything, I’m going to have to live with this till it grows back. Never again!!!!

I went in on a Thursday the stylist that was there I wont mention her name did an all over color with a blowout she charged me $140.00 I asked her why so much she told me to look at my receipt. very unprofessional should of asked to speak with a manager.
