Nice people clean area. Just wish they would use an electric razor on my sides when I get a bald fade. Anybody can spend $10 on a hair clipper fade anywhere. Just wish they would step up their game a little bit.

Do not use these people. Each time I have gone, I have had an issue. Last time they cut my hair way too short. I had several problems with my hair stylist. 1. I showed the stylist a photo of the hair style I wanted and it was cut way shorter than anything I showed her and not the right style at all. 2. I have horrible eye sight so was unable to see my hair cut at full before I got home but there was a huge gap and uneven white wall. I have never had a white wall so high in my life. This lady should not be cutting hair and should have what ever degree or licensure revoked.

My haircut was unevem on both sides as the lady stadtes to proceed i told he r no as she contiues to try and fix when she said she did not see what i was talking about. Bramdi then came cover and seen what i was talking about and i left because the same lady as before that dod not see mess up continue to try and fix something she dis not see. So i left prob will never return not evwn for a fix and wont bring my sons anymore as well

This is not a good location. I have only went here when the others are to busy. Had multiple bad cuts here. Just got a fade that doesnt even come close to fading. Then the hairdresser was so bothered that I didnt like the cutt that she didnt ask if I wanted it washed or anything. Now Im on my way back to work with a bad haircut and hair getting all over my uniform. Go to the powers location.

Staff was extremely friendly but the one thing I didnt want as a haircut is the exact thing I did get because she acted like she knew what I wanted but gave me a high and tight military cut which is something I for the life of me did not want and took the time to grow a lot of my hair out to get the style I wanted but now I got to start from Square One. Its the only time where I put a hat back on after leaving a barbershop. However I will say they were extremely pleasant to deal with other than the fact my head looks like a butchered monstrosity that only a day one private in the military would have.

Average haircut. Some are better than others.. its all on how you explain what you want.. each person understands my explanation differently, hence different haircut each time.. some explaination. Its hard to get same person everytime unless you know them better. People were fast and friendly. I use the app which saves so much time and effort. Between the multiple shops around town it is easy to find one with a low wait time. Unless you want a specific person or place. Each store has it click of women cutting hair, each store has some drama, or a story to watch unfold. If you go to them often and change up stores sometimes, you start to know the people. It like a bi weekly soap opera.

Brandi is the best stylist I have ever found for my boys. Fast & accurate, very sweet. Weve been going to her for nearly 2 years. Shes awesome 😃

I didnt have to provide proof of vaccination even though I wore a mask regardless . Was welcomed warmly and politely . Always love the cut I get regardless of who I get as they are always well trained and professional .

Usually a good experience not today. Made appt at 4:00 online for 4:18 show up. Arrived at 4:16. 5 min passed, 10 min passed 15.min passed. I realized stylist took a new client. At 4:31 looked at board said i had a 19 minute more wait time Guess didnt think I would arrive on time. O well lost a really good tip.

Best sports clips Ive been to

First off, from my experience, Regina has been great. She has been my go-to barber for as long as I can remember since I started coming to this barbershop. My experience with this shop has been great up until recently in January. I dont know what changed but in the past few months their check-in system has been very inaccurate. I would usually check-in online ahead of time so I know when to show up at the shop. However twice now, once in January 5th and the other today (March 17th.) The first time it happened, I showed up at the suggested time and when I got there it tacked on an additional 45 min on my wait time. I asked the folks working that day what was wrong with the check-in time and they told me the system is broken and theyre going to replace it soon. So I let it slide. Today I show up again at the suggested time (approx. 20 min from online check-in) and when I got there it tacked on an additional 30 min to my wait time. While I was waiting there was another person who claimed to check in and his name wasnt even on the list. I recommend you guys verify your check-in system. Whats the point of the check-in system if it doesnt work? I dont care if the system tells me 60 min or 120 min wait time. Most people just want to have an accurate time to show-up so theyre not standing there in the tiny lobby especially during COVID.

Visit on 6/1/21 9:00 AM. Told the Credit Card Machine was down after waiting 45 minutes. The TV’s were all on Bravo channel. Not what I expected. Will be taking my business and money elsewhere.

Quick to sit, no wait. Theres a reason for that. Friendly service moves it up one star, but went to another sports clips to have my haircut fixed. Will be giving that location 5 stars.

For a chain haircut place, this one location has certainly impressed me. A consistently good cut each time. Been here about 8 times in a row over the last year.

Walked in for a haircut for my son; i got in right away. However the lady that greeted me at the door was very rash and not friendly at all. She rushed us back and asked me what he wanted. He can respond for himself. So he tells her excitedly I want it pretty short on the sides and I want a cool design! she responds by saying she doesnt know how to do a design and even if she did it would be extra. First of all I dont mind paying the extra money secondly, dont have to be rude to a 10 year old who is excited to start school. Then she proceeds to say that if he doesnt like the length on the sides we would have to PAY for a whole new haircut. Like really? Very disappointed in the service here.

Just sat down with Regina again. Noted that I liked the Ceasar, and asked if she thought we should do that again. Asked Regina what she thought. Of course, the natural response is that its completely up to me, but I advised shes the pro here. All Ive known to do is cop it all off, because theres never been a way to make anything longer look good. But her styling last time drew several glances and positive compliments. Todays styling doesnt have a specific name, but will be very easy to manage and pull off.We topped off this visit with an MVP -hot steamed towel face wrap, massage chair, the scalp massage and tea tree hair wash, and the shoulder/neck/back/arm massage- which I REALLY needed after the workout yesterday morning!

Checked in online. Waited 30mins. Arrived, Got a text saying to come inside,” I’m on deck and next in line”. I walk in and there’s 3 people in front of me, and now it says I have to wait another 30 mins. One lady cutting hair, one in the back, and someone on break coming back. And that was only after I asked what is going on here as she didn’t acknowledge the situation. I left due to appointment inaccuracies

I went in for the usual medium fad and a little off the top like I have been for over a year. Left with a high & tight on one side and a high fad on the other side. With a side that wasn’t blended in and it looks like kitchen bowl cut. Probably the last time I’m going to this sports clips and need to find another one to fix this mess.

Very friendly staff, who do their best to make you feel welcomed/comfortable.Wish they would do Razor Fades/Hair cuts with a barbers blade or even a regular razor, but aside from that my haircut was done correctly and looked good.

My first time into any barber shop in like 6 years. Very clean and neat place and seems very up to date. Got a haircut, beard cleanup and because it was my first time into SportClips I got the MVP service as well. My stylist was Josephine, she was extremely nice and personable as well as very professional and she did an absolutely wonderful job with my hair, considering I came in with a specific hair style in mind. She was very knowledgeable about what I needed to do to keep my hair style in play and made great suggestions. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely be going back.

Its the haircut that Dennys or IHOP would give. Not bad, but I knew that I had limited time in the chair because of the price-point. If Im in a hurry and cant book my regular barber Ill risk my hair (not my beard) by sitting in the SClips chair. They have talent like the young lady (Sarah) who cut my hair, but they seem to cater to men who want in and out. I wish theyd take some time to do a higher quality haircut and beard trim. Id pay more for a haircut that makes me feel good about how I look. My barber is Meticulous (yes, I know how to use quotes, search him) and he can take up to two hours with a beard trim and haircut. I tip on how much attention to detail is taken. If I could do it myself I would, so I need a barber who will not rush me out of a chair for some other walk-in. Thanks Sarah, you did a great job and Ill ask for you if I need another clean up.

Toni was an absolute blast to have do my hair. She was kind, courteous and respectful of my time. As a working business professional my time is the most valuable asset I have. Worst experience ever. Signed up for an hour wait. Showed up and told to wait in my car. After waiting another hour, I called and was told I was taken off the list because they couldnt find me in my car.

Came back again for a rushed haircut done by Pebbles, I had a job interview and was running a little late. She went above and beyond, hair and goatee looked great, went feeling and looking great. Thank you Pebbles. I got there on time and I thank you. Went back again and had Gloria rush chop my hair, that woman is a miracle worker, went from looking homeless to GQ, according to my girlfriend. Will be back in a couple of weeks!

The sylists are always pleasant, however, its been hard to find a stylist that can cut my sons hair to his liking. Today he finally was 100% satisfied. Crystal is not only very experienced but she is sweet and a great conversationalist. Thank you Crystal!

Better places to go but not bad when everything else is booked

It was an outstanding experience! I received a perfect haircut and the best service iv had in a long time. I had an injured ankle so I had a little trouble but the ladys where very kind and caring.

Shop was clean, staff was friendly, service was GREAT. Unfortunately, I left with a subpar haircut that consists of a fade on my left side and a sad excuse for a haircut on the right side.Its a military town, youd expect a popular military style like a simple fade would be easy & the normal thing. Jenn(i?) couldnt figure out how to do it sadly.This was my first time at this location (and any Sportclips) and while I appreciated the complimentary MVP treatment, I wanted a good haircut. Now instead, I have to shell out double the money to get this sad excuse for a cut fixed.Edit: The owner did reach out to me and did offer to have my haircut corrected and offered an additional free cut as well. This is why Im revising my review to 3 stars. Unfortunately, my initial cut soured my opinion and I decided to go elsewhere to have it corrected. Please vet your stylists more carefully, it cost you a returning customer.

While traveling for 6 weeks for work, I needed a haircut and then a neck and edges clean up, this place was great got exactly what I asked for at a fair price.

This was my first time coming in. I usually just buzz cut my hair myself, but I wanted to save some time. I was impressed with the modern check in process which showed the wait time and people ahead of you. The interior design was very modern and the TVs were a nice touch for those who watch sports.I had issues getting a confirmation code when checking in online, so that was a bit frustrating. It was easier to just come in and check in. I did have to wait as another customer was being checked out before signing in, but ince he was done it took maybe a minute or two to complete.Online said there wasnt a wait time, and when I checked in, the screen said I was on deck, but still waited about fifteen minutes before being seen by a barber. With that being said, I dont know how accurate the wait times really are.Haircut is $19 MVP is $25 Beard trim is $5I tried the MVP, which includes a haircut, scalp shampoo massage, steamed towel treatment, and a shoulder massage.Barbara was nice, as well as respectful of the other employees.

Ive been to other Sports Clips before. This shop however, is awesome. Great personalities and friendly environment. Will definitely be going back.

The haircut I received was so shockingly bad it is comical now that it has been a couple weeks. I just asked for the sides to be shortened and trimmed and the girl took my part up more than a 1/2 inch on both sides so it looked like a wide mohawk or a muppet. When I asked if that was where the part was originally she told me she didnt know, so basically she just started shaving my head without even checking or asking. To try to fix it she kept taking everything shorter and shorter accept for a ridiculous little patch in the front and all said and done I left with a haircut which looked like something a child would give to their toy doll with a pair of safety scissors. I had to go to a real barbershop to get it fixed who all had a good laugh. I had nice long hair on top and and just asked to trim the sides and now I have a completely buzzed head.

The first time I came I had a bit of a Rocky experience, but the manager here did a great job of reconciliation and truly has unparralled customer service skills. Ill be returning here for my haircuts.
