The pizza was fabulous! You go to the counter to order food, then theyll bring it to your table. They had some awesome looking pastries, but we were too stuffed to try them.

The breads were fresh and delicious, the salad had a generous amount of fresh mozzarella. Lasagna was somewhat spicy and full of flavor. Everything was really good and great service!

The food was good. Just check your to go orders. I got a chef salad and was given a pasta instead. It was irritating to have to go buy a salad from the store when I thought everything was good to go for the event.

Love, love, love Mollicas. Our only pizza place in the springs. We always get something frozen as well ( eggplant parmigiana) to have for I dont want to cook night. Never disappointed. The staff is awesome and the price is right. Did I say love them?

Delicious, a cute little Italian eatery great for lunch

Mollicas is a little different than your run of the mill Italian food place. Its a restaurant/mini market that feels like the cozy family run restaurant/market that it is. They dont really have any form of presentation for you like most restaurants try to do. And honestly, they dont need it, the food here speaks for itself. Their Italian Sandwiches are all authentic and delicious. Their American style Sandwiches pull their own weight too. Dont expect to be dazzled, but know that youre going to be leaving with a belly full of great food. Their staff is attentive and nice, adding to their comfy atmosphere. If youre in town, make sure you stop by the one and only Mollicas at least once, you wont regret it. Theyve stolen the hearts of many locals already so ask around and youll hear their name often.

My husband and I just had lunch here and we forgot what a gem it is! The food was great and I think we only waited 5 min for it to be served. The chicken parmesan sandwich was so yummy and the pasta salad is homemade and delicious. Great service paired with really good Italian food! Also if you have time for dessert, the Tiramisu is also amazing!

I’ve past this place many times and have yet to walk foot inside. My wife and I know the word about their cannolis being the best in town and everyone loves this place. After struggling to find a place for lunch, we decided to support local and dine in at Mollica’s yesterday.Walking into this place, you can see that there is a lot of variety here. This is a place where the whole family (even the pickiest of eaters) can find an item on the menu for a great price. They also have freezer entrees and desserts that are ready to be taken out by guests who want to eat in their home.Approaching the counter my wife ordered the half order of lasagna and I ordered the full order of Chicken Alfredo but with Red Sauce instead. I got a side of Minestrone soup while she picked a side salad.The minestrone soup and salad were served to us almost instantly. The soup was fantastic and had a great earthy texture to it.We received our entrees in less than ten minutes and they were both perfectly hot. We could both taste how delicious their red sauce was. Definitely a sauce made from scratch. Their chicken was lean and mixed perfectly with the well-cooked pasta. My wife loved her lasagna.This will not be the last time we stop in as we have seen great reviews on their pizza as well as other pasta options. We highly recommend this place if you are in the mood for incredible Italian food in Colorado Springs. Simply one of the best Italian restaurants in the Springs.

Best Italian food in Colorado Springs! I would highly recommend Mollica’s for any catering event. Jerry catered a big event for us at the Xfinity Roller Sports Arena and everyone could not quit talking about how amazing the food was! Thank you Jerry!!!

Mollica’s is a little jewel of an Italian restaurant at985 Garden of the Gods Rd, near the highway. We’ve been doing more and more take-out ordering since the pandemic, and Mollica’s is a favorite. Their subs & sandwiches are substantial and very tasty. Tonight my husband had the hot Italian beef sandwich, with a hot au jus. He loved it. For the first time, I had a Mollica’s calzone, with Italian sausage, basil, & sweet peppers. Wow. It was amazing! The sausage was so flavorful, and the braided bread for the calzone was fragrant; hearty enough to stand up to the filling, and yet lightly chewy at the thickest part.The dining room is open, so eating there or at home is a win-win for everyone.

Delicious sandwiches and friendly staff with an impressive selection of Italian imported goods, meats, cheeses, and even premade meals to go. My husband and I split both the meatball sub and the chicken parmesan sub. They were both indulgent and filling, we will definitely be back to try the more traditional subs and tiramisu!

DO NOT GET CATERING FROM THIS PLACE.I chose this place to support small business and it has good reviews, this was not my experience. When I first called to get a catering quote the owner was rude and seemed flustered. I thought about it and called back later and asked if they preferred not to do catering? The kid on the phone and said oh “Jerry the owner is rude he is just like that” I should’ve stopped there but i didn’t and all other communications were normal not nice but normal and acceptable. I waited for a quote for a week but when I called back he said it wasn’t done yet but we could do it over the phone right then. We worked up a quote over the phone together and I asked for food for 30 even though our guest list was only 25 so we would have extra. I also ASKED EVERY TIME WE TALKED that he would bring the food hot. He assured me multiple times that he would and that he had an oven in his van. I paid half over the phone and I SENT HIM a confirmation email since he couldn’t figure my email address? I sent him an email confirming the food we wanted and the details of everything and I paid half to reserve the date. He asked I call him the day before the wedding but instead I called the week before the wedding to just go ahead and pay the other half and to touch base. When I called they gave the phone to jerry and he HAD NO IDEA AND NO RECORD OF ANYTHING. He pretended to remember me but I went over everything in detail AGAIN WITH HIM so everything would be correct. I asked again that the food would be hot and he said yes and that he would mix the alfredo on site for us so it wouldn’t be gummy I told him delivery at 7:00. I also went to the store to the day before the wedding to pick up a meat and cheese tray (which they did a great job on) I paid the rest of my balance and told him again delivery at 7 and asked again that it would Be hot.DAY OF he showed up 30 minutes early with COLD FOOD EVERYTHING WAS COLD. He told my sister who received the food that it was hot even though it wasn’t and even mentioned his oven in his truck to her again? Also for some reason he brought three huge things of salad and make a comment to my sister that I ordered too much? I didn’t have anything to do with the quantity ordering he had full control and I overquoted him on the amount of people so we would have extra. Half of my wedding party had to rush into the house and try to heat up all the food so we could eat it was ICE COLD even after time in the oven and we RAN OUT OF EVERYTHING!!!!!!!! THE RAVIOLI ran out Halfway through people getting their food. We had to order pizzas and some people didn’t eat at all until 9. I have no idea why he would LIE TO ME ABOUT HOT FOOD MULTIPLE TIMES AND LIE TO MY SISTERS FACE. AND HE DIDNT HELP SET UP OR PUT ANYTHING TOGETHER. Just dropped off cold food early and with an attitude and left. Worthless steer clear of this place for catering.

Nice Italian deli. dine in available now. Good food and several varieties of excellent cheese cake. Even the old stand bye of spaghetti with meat sauce was quite good, fresher. Not a vast selection but most of the familiar italian menu. Casual dmquick dining experience.

Wonderful Authentic Italian Food! The ingredients are always fresh and you can taste the care that goes into every item, on their menu! I cannot recommend this restaurant highly, enough! Just make sure that you order ahead for take out. The secret is out about this Colorado Springs gem!Among their many choice, they have fabulous sandwiches! I really like the meatball (Dominic) or the sausage (Grinder)! Their pasta salad is out of this world! Don’t skip their calzones, they are so delicious, you will want one for yourself! I just want to start by saying that Mollicas has been my favorite restaurant for a long time. Im only writing this review because I hope that the owners see this and take note of it. The last time I went to Mollicas I was very disappointed, the food was not nearly as good as it has been in the past and the service was pretty awful. But I think the thing that disappointed me the most was that they got rid of most of the wonderful old Italian things that made them so special. They got rid if the red check tablecloths and they stopped playing Sinantra and Martin. The atmosphere was my favorite part of Mollicas and they got rid of it. If you want my opinion dont modernize just stick to what made you guys special in the first place. The atmosphere with friendly service, great food and a real mom and pop feel is what I am missing.

The go to for one of my favorite salads. Italian salad is epic. I can get 3 lunches from it. Generous portion of cold cuts. I substitute peppercini for the tomatoes.

Ordered the Lasagna, a hearty two piece portion was served. Enough for both me and my wife (we both have smaller appetites). Very flavorful lasagna, lots of italian sausage in it with plenty of sauce around the Lasagna. Minestrone soup was really good and full of flavor. Service was great. Will be visiting again next time in Colorado Springs.

Mollicas has a great atmosphere. The bread is some of the best in town. The staff are super friendly and quick to clear the tables. The sandwiches are amazing. They have a great little market and even beer! Beer I say! Check them out.

My first visit and my last visit today. Its a deli so you order at the counter and we sat outside. We ordered the fettuccini with grilled chicken and an Italian sub. I had questions when I ordered but the person taking the order was unable to answer. It appeared this must be her first day. We sat outside and within minutes our salad was there. This is a side salad that comes with the meal. Iceberg lettuce with tomato and cucumber. It was okay as who still makes salads with iceberg lettuce. Within next few minutes our sub and fettuccini arrives. The fettuccini was like warm and the chicken was cold. Certainly not grilled as stated on the menu. I brought it back in and asked that it be heated. Not much said but they did take the fettuccini from me. Within few more minutes, the fettuccini is in front of me and still luke warm. I asked if they had a way to warm this up, like a microwave. He stated they did but he warmed it on the stove instead. At this point I just wanted to leave. Who has to fight to get hot food? When I go to a deli and pay deli prices, I expect quality. The sub had a few pieces of salami and a slice cheese with lots of lettuce and some tomatoes. Like the saying goes, Wheres the meat?

They have Guanciale and sell by the pound or whatever you want 🤗 very friendly service and variety.

This was my first experience at this deli and I was blown away.Their selection is plentiful. I enjoyed the Muffaletta in which our server Ashley suggested to get it hot instead of cold which was a great suggestion.The Muffaletta is not on the website at this time. I have called to have it added.Not only is there a wonderful selection of menu food, they also have fresh deli meats, cheeses, Anti-pasta, Italian sausages, stuffed olives, imported italian beer and much more. All authentic imports.The atmosphere is very friendly from the one night I went. I did not feel rushed and it wasnt noisy at all. Plus, its Family Owened.

This place is LEGIT. They use boars head meats and cheeses, and Im pretty sure their bread is baked in house. If its not, I have to find the bakery they use because their Italian white bread is so soft on the inside and it toasts up so beautifully, ah, I just ate a sandwich and my mouth is already watering for more. I had their Muffaletta served warm, which is chipped deli meat, Provolone cheese, and jardiniere of peppers. Oh man, its was soooo good. Cant wait to go back for more. Oh, and they have a nice selection of premade meals you can grab and take home to cook yourself, and a lot of cool pantry type imports. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

First time ordering from this little gem. I hate ordering outside the box so I just stuck with the basic ham and cheese sandwich. The sandwich came tightly wrapped and with a side of delicious pasta. Fresh ingredients and tastes oh so good! This is a hearty sandwich, I was only able to eat halfof it. Great pricess for what you get. Ill be back and step outside the comfort zone. Give em a try!
