Have been doing Supper Club during COVID and it has been amazing! The highlight of our week is getting the wonderful meals that they prepare. The food is always delicious! Cannot express how grateful we are for them providing this catering. Highly recommend!

I have had food from Summit both at a friends wedding and ordered a few things from their Thanksgiving ala carte menu. The food was delicious, the presentation at the wedding was beautiful, and the owners are so nice!

Summit Catering catered our sons rehearsal dinner recently and Jess couldnt have been more helpful! She took care of everything we needed, watched out for all the small details, and the food was amazing! The day of the event, everything looked beautiful, and the service was outstanding. The bartender even took time to offer wine tastings and explain what he was serving. It was a great event, and Summit made it that way!

Becky Dunlap and her team are absolutely wonderful. Becky has done so much for Cheyenne Village over the years, and we are ever so grateful. The food is also delicious!

Summit catered our wedding, and we couldnt have chosen better for our special day. Jessica, Barry, and everyone there worked hard to ensure we had just what we were hoping for. The food, service, and table presentation were flawless. We had guest after guest tell us how delicious the food was - both the night of the wedding, and for the next couple weeks.Jessica was also kind enough to answer my endless questions (I had never planned a catered event before,) provide useful insight so things would run as smoothly as possible, and help me brainstorm so that my husband and I were able to have exactly the sort of feel we wanted for our evening. She’s a wonderful resource for event planning in general, in addition to the amazing food and dinner service Summit provides. Can’t recommend them highly enough, they have our heartfelt thanks, and we will definitely contact them in the future for any other catering needs.

Summit Catering has been an amazing company to work with. We have had a fundraiser for our nonprofit for the past 10 years with them. They are always easy to get ahold of and to work with. They provide an amazing presentation of food and it is always enough for the large crowds we have! Summit Catering is a great company!

Summit Catering provided such wonderful service as well as delicious selections. They were flexible as to what I wanted for my lunch event and so helpful in terms of providing advice. My event was run seamlessly and professionally and I will absolutely use them again the future.

We were able to enjoy the Wednesday Night Supper Club. A beautiful dinner was delivered to our home! We started with a beautiful Caesar salad followed by a succulent Beef Burgundy, creamy Asiago Mashed Potatoes and a lovely mix of Grilled vegetables (asparagus, squash, peppers, egg plant, carrots, onions and mushrooms). For Dessert we were spoiled with Chocolate Dipped Macaroon Cookies!This dinner was a wonderful surprise and the cost is very affordable.I would highly recommend trying!

Our 2nd year in a row to have Summit Catering (Becky Dunlap) provide for our epic 4th of July Luau (there will be many more). Food was off the hook thanks to Molly Ambrose and team. Service is professional, proactive, and part of the fun. Highest recommendation for private or business events.

After checking out numerous catering companies, the minute I talked to Jessica with Summit Catering I felt at ease and knew they would be perfect for our daughters wedding reception! They listened to my initial thoughts, came and looked over the venue and created a fabulous Mediterranean menu that was outstanding. There were no worries on our end after we discussed our desires with Jessica, she not only had great suggestions but was very responsive and accommodating every time a question came up! The hors doeuvres and main course were amazing. The food from start to finish was raved about the entire evening! Jessica and the staff were enthusiastic and catered to our guests every need including setting up the bar and serving cocktails.The service, quality and presentation simply cannot be beat, and the creativity with which the dishes were prepared is in a class by itself.Thank you Summit Catering for making our daughters wedding day unforgettable!

We booked Summit Catering about 9 months before our wedding. We chose our menu, sent in the deposit, did an initial walk through at our venue, and thought everything was good to go. 2 1/2 months before our wedding Kyle the general manager and our point of contact, called our wedding planner to say that they had booked a huge event at the Broadmoor on the same day as our wedding, and wanted to cancel on us. When I called in to find out why they were cancelling and make it clear that we had an agreement of services, I was told that they would not be able to provide us the level of service we were expecting because the other event would require too much of their staff. They then said that if we went to a buffet style meal, they could still accommodate us. My fiance and I had a specific feel that we envisioned for our wedding. This included having a plated/served meal, so that our guests would truly feel like guests and be served. We were also told that the chef would be on sight in their van to cook and prepare their food since our venue did not have ovens. When I brought up that I did not want to my guests to have to serve them selves at a buffet and wanted my event to be a little more classy than that, I was told that they were going to have to put an oven out in the hallway and cook the food in front of all my guests anyways, and they never said anything about bringing their vans. My fiance, wedding planner, and I do not recall any conversation of an oven in the hallway. They also said that none of their direct staff would be there, since the other event was so big. After being on the phone and getting every reason of how horrible they were going to make my event, and being made feel like it was my fault, they said they would provide the plated meal. However, after all of the threats we received from Summit Catering, and their inability to own up and apologize and make the situation right, we did not feel comfortable doing business with them.

We recently used Summit for our small wedding celebration. Everything went as planned and food was wonderful. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Paid $40 per meal during an awards banquet and they ran out of food for nearly a quarter of the people in attendance!! Appalling! Then they tried to substitute with leftover pork from the lunchtime vendor and cold pasta because the chef had left!! Lastly there was no one there to clear any of the plates. Worst catering experience ever. I would never pay for an event at this location!

Disappointing experience to say the least. Paid $40 for an awards banquet and 1/3 of the tables were unserved. They ran out of #1 beef and then continued to run out of food. Food was cold. No service to clear tables and no choices for drinks.

Food was about a 3/10. Just poorly prepared (stale bread and cookies, small selection, generic, bland etc.) The team members were very rude and pushy (grabbing plates, making remarks about customers etc.). Rather disappointing experience from my perspective. I wouldnt choose Summit to cater anything unless you are serving $2 plates.
