SecureCare Self Storage on 4729 Astrozon Blvd Colorado Springs, CO 80916 was great to me. I had no problems with the unit or with their service. I was able to set up my contract on-line and all of my questions were quickly answered by the property manager. In addition, as a military member, I was given a military discount. Their service was top notch and Id definitely rent there again.

I couldnt ask for a better experience. Everything was straight forward and the information was clear and concise. I appreciate the opportunity to lease from this facility and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to store their possessions. I dont have any regrets with doing business with SecuCare Self Storage. If tgere was anything that i was disappointed about, it would be the Insurance threshold offered by SecurCare Self Storage not being high enough other than that I have no complaints whatsoever.

I want to acknowledge Anna Tasha the property management at the Astrozon office. She has 🐝 been very helpful, honest, and she has great customer service skills. Since the first time I rented she has helped me with all my questions.

Best storage units this side of town. The office girl Anna, is always very helpful and always nice. Definitely recommend this place if you are in need of a good, reasonably cheap storage unit.

I thought it was going to be a great storage facility until I met the manager who, so rudely and aggressively, opened my storage door while I was in it and informed me that under no circumstances is the door to be closed at all. It was below freezing outside and its an outside storage unit. She made us SO uncomfortable and she was SO aggressive, the most aggressive Ive ever had anyone be to me in a business!

A very good team of managers and people are very helpful Ive been here for years and seen a change for the better in the owners or even getting better but enjoy being here even thought about working this place is so wonderful being here at times I love the workers and the people that come around good job

The manager at this SecurCare Self Storage is the most amazing manager I have met in a long time. She is so respectful and understanding especially when it comes to handling my husband and myself. Everytime anyone asks me about if I know a storage facility I always recommend this location. Hands down Anna the manager deserves a raise.

I needed a larger storage unit for a little while when I was moving. Duncan was very nice and helpful from check in to check out. I would recommend this place! The only minor drawback is that the location isnt the best and it is a little hard getting into it, especially from westbound Astrozon. The price and unit were nice though and the service was good!

You want your stuff damaged n taking rent there you want your stuff gone thru n stolen rent a unit from there....there nothing secure about there name or there facility..u have a unit there get out.... Worse place to rent there facility in town charge half what they do for same size unit n other facilities behave cameras all over to protect ur stuff so little word of advise your better off putting ur stuff outside someone house then to waste money renting there n the management for most there facilities good luck on that....

Everyone is very polite and respectful. I had to fill out some paperwork that I didnt understand, they helped me with it. We dont have to worry about our stuff in our unit because we know its safe.

Ive been renting from here about 5 months and I love it. The current manager is on it. She keeps the property very clean and I feel like my stuff is very safe. Im so glad I chose this location. Thank u

I recommend. my stuff seems safe there. I didn’t know there was a SecurCare on Astrozon so closeby until my neighbor told me. They use it too. great prices. My unit’s a ways back but I see the manager Duncan, walking around the lot, even by my unit. He is polite, seems conscientious and is a military veteran. I’d always rather pay my money to businesses that hire our vets. I have used other ones in the past, and they cost more and I never saw a manager except in the office.

Ann the Manager is totally awesome..Shes always on the property to make sure everything is safe and secure..Anytime you need anything she is always there to help..I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a SECURE STORAGE

One of the worst storage facilities I have seen. I booked this storage online because I was moving from Texas to Colorado. They require a 30 dollar non refundable fee to book. When I finally made it to the facility first it was not in the best neighborhood by far, second there are huge potholes all through the parking area if you have a trailer good luck, and lastly and most importantly when they showed me the unit half of the roof was missing along with the right side wall. I cancelled the reservation but they would not give me my 30 dollars back which is a scam if they knew the unit was in such bad shape. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Excellent I have had several storage units in the last 15 years theyre the manager lady I forget her name but she was very nice and friendly and concerned about my mothers health care as seen as she has cancer

Management changed multiple times due to the fact that they werent allowed to honor customer/management arrangements. Everytime I would set up a payment arrangement it wouldnt be honored despite the managers notes due to the fact that they quit or were fired. The said they didnt have to honor anything that the previous manager had in place because they no longer worked there. Also my storage rent had gotten hiked up twice in a year ($70 increase in 1 year!!!!). They also cut my lock twice due to an error in their system. They claimed it was an accident and mailed me new keys twice!! Once I arrived to close out the unit I found ALL of my belongings covered in DIRT/SAND, not dust. As if when they had accidentally cut my locks, they had left the doors wide open long enough to get covered. A bunch of my totes had been opened as well!!! PLEASE DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE, shop around!

DO NOT STORE HERE. OUR UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO AND STUFF WAS STOLEN. POOR SECURITY. SPEND EXTRA MONEY ON A UNIT THAT IS SAFE AND HAS HIGH SECURITY AND NOT GENERIC LOCKS

Your stuff is safe enough howevet they no longer send you a notice when your rents due causing substantial late fees and they raised my rent without letting me know without any advance notice.Prices are now more then what there worth expecally since there are no lites inside.

They raised the rent and cant keep a manager ever it seems. There is never anyone there whenever I need to pay my bill resulting in late fees all the time

Do not rent a truck from this location.I recently moved my family and I to Columbus, Ohio from Colorado Springs, CO. After doing some price quotes on rental moving trucks, I found that Budget was the best deal, having a down payment of about $600 with unlimited miles. Compared to U-Haul, it was significantly cheaper. I booked the rental and went to retrieve the truck. The woman at the counter, nominated to be the employee of the quarter, was helpful, but threw me off when she told me to not contact her if there were any problems with the truck.We did the walk-through inspection of the truck to record any pre-existing damage. Having the customer perform this task with the renter would seem like a fair practice, but to assume that the customer should know what kinds of damage to look for is not fair. After feeling confident that we had found every dent, scratch and cosmetic issue, I signed a gigantic packet full of consents.The trip was great, we didnt experience any issues with the truck, we didnt attempt to take the truck through any drive-through fast food restaurants and we took extra care to make sure that nothing happened to damage the vehicle.After our trip we went to return it to the designated location in Lancaster, Ohio. After the businesswoman inspected the truck herself, she noted that the corner cap on the top of the truck was broken and that there was a hole in it. This was a part of the truck that I had overlooked in the original inspection with the lady in Colorado.The woman in Lancaster stated that since it had not been recorded, that I would be charged a total of $300 for the damages. She contacted the woman in Colorado Springs and was told that the damage was caused by me. Nowhere did I receive any information about who to call to dispute this claim.From my understanding, some idiot who had rented the truck before I did decided to take the truck through a drive through, damaged the truck, returned it without anyone noting the damage and got away scott-free without being charged an extra cent.Not only will I never rent from Budget again, I will make sure that I tell anyone I know who is thinking about using this company to move that this company, and these specific locations have terrible customer service and should be sued. This company believes that the customer is always wrong, and they expect the average Jill to have extensive knowledge in common damages that these trucks usually get.I guess that kind of customer service warrants you a nomination to be employee of the quarter.Dont rent from this location.
