Nice facility. Clean and well kept. 2 major drawbacks. The entry configuration is a very poor layout having to weave your way through the gate with a large truck and trailer is very challenging. Also the grading of the site has several very high (like high center your car high) steps in the isles making it very challenging with a low car or trailer. Just not a great layout

The place is clean & well lit. The snow is cleared promptly. Have neen renting a storage spve hete for two years now.

I moved from out of state, and was able to set up the storage before I got into town. Very helpful staff! Positive experience. 10/10 would use again.

Dont hesitate to rent a unit at East Woodman Self Storage, no hassle entry, secure place, 7 day a week access until 9pm, great service with quick responses to any questions or concerns! They provide the lock and keys also! Clean and secure place, very satisfied all around!

Quick, easy, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had no issues reserving and coming from California. Price is right as well.

Good value but front counter lacks customer service. Dont bother if you go around lunch time girl at back desk was pretty short. New girl from what I could observe was very helpful. Depends on who is working front desk.

This self storage is exactly what we needed and thank goodness they were there to help out, Phyllis Stovall was so nice and helpful especially in a time when we were stress out with moving. She went the extra mile in every respect!I had rented from the companys other facility up in the north springs inter-quest area 4 years earlier and we were also treated very well, so Im so glad I called east woodmen self storage.If you are looking for a wonderfully clean and new place to store your personal stuff then look no further. Very reasonably priced, professional, helpful and friendly

Great customer service and very clean

We had a storage unit for about 8 months and recently left due to rat or mice poop all over our unit and no we did not have food items that were attracting them. They were clearly living in our furniture as it was torn up in places and had dropping EVERYWHERE. Disgusting and absolutely won’t recommend.

Catlyn... supposed manager... rude...unfriendly.... there are cheaper storage options very close by... with much friendlier staff.

This storage facility is top class. The manager Phyllis Stovall is so friendly and professional. Renting our unit was easy and fast. The unit was clean and in excellent condition and easy to access with our 26 truck. We rented a U-Haul truck twice from the facility and even though there was a mix-up (U-Hauls error), Phyllis was quick to sort it out for us. Wed definitely use this facility again, both for storage and U-Haul truck rental.

Easy to work with staff, units are newer and clean. Easy access and good hours.

Today is Mar 18th 2019, it snowed here on 13 Mar 2019. My unit has snow piled up inside. Its unacceptable that snow can get inside like this, and for a unit that is on a hill.

Walked in to rent the U-Haul pickup. Staff member was very friendly and pickup was well maintained.

Had an issue with on-site construction causing excessive dirt and dust build up in unit and ruining personal items. Initially notified management when it happened, never heard back. Went in today, brought up issue and offered suggestion for keeping dirt to a minimum and was essentially told it wasnt their issue, run it through insurance. Disappointed in customer service. Do no recommend this company.
