Dallas is amazing! Bout time people display great customer skills as she exemplifies to the fullest. I feel like my things will be safe with an extra eye. For what ever reason you put your belongings in storage, you want to know that your things are going to be safe. The entire property looks well maintained. There are cameras everywhere which is great. She showed me how to open the garage and walked with me to my unit. Gave me peace. I need that right now. Most importantly, the price is affordable. I looked at other places and they needlessly want almost double. I am happy I went with this company! Way to go Dallas!

Our RV has been stored at the North location for over 11 years. The property is well maintained & clean. We had an issue last fall & Dallas worked tirelessly to get it resolved. We were so pleased. I have seen her walk the grounds, checking to make sure doors were secured. I think Dallas really cares and is an asset to the facility & the company. Id definitely recommend A Better Self Sorage North.

Dallas was really helpful when we needed to rent a Uhaul, unfortunately, she didnt have the one we were needing. She did however, direct us to another store, and she did this all in a very timely manner. I have never been treated better!

I was in Colorado with my wife who lost her dad and we needed to rent a uhaul to move some things not only was Dallas very helpful she was truly sympathetic to my wife. Her service was great and she got us on our way quickly

I rarely give 5 stars in my opinion 5 stars are for exemplary service, clean well thought out facilities and above average service. The staff and facility at A Better Self Storage are great. When storing there your items are well looked after, the staff knows your name and if you arent a tenant they are eager to take care of your storage needs and bring you into the family. The units are the cleanest from what I can tell in the area, the office and staff present nicely and reflect well on the property. Dallas is a hidden in Gem in the area. She is eager to assist, quick to respond and present on the property. If you have an issue that they arent aware of you will see quick resolution if you bring it to staffs attention instead of grumbling and being rude and if their is a solution you will have it before leaving the office. If you dont rent here you should. We have been here for years and love our choice.

This has been the most affordable, and most well kept storage Ive ever been to. I came to this facility during a crisis in my life, and was needing a safe place to store items and they were so empathetic genuinely. Dallas has been the light at the end of a tunnel, and showed me amazing customer service. She went above and beyond her call of duty so to speak and helped me figure out what fit my needs best. I can not thank her enough for being so sweet and thoughtful. A big thank you to A Better Self Storage and the team that makes the dream work. Thank you!❤

The units are decent as well as the monthly rent, but the late fees are outrageous. The staff can be great at times, but issues have come up in the past and they dont always get solved the way they should. But all in all Im happy I chose this establishment to store my belongings because theyre safe here.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. They are unsympathetic for ppl struggling due to the shutdowns. They also sent a bill for one amount then called demanding double that less than a week later.

Their prices.are.15 dollars cheaper than.everyone elses and you get access to.your storage early

Second time now that I went to park my travel trailer and they have allowed someone else to park there. Total B. S. No refunds no apology.

I showed up to remove my car from their storage lot on September 22nd. I had already paid for September and told them I no longer need my unit. So I should not be charged for October. Well I keep getting emails from them saying Im late on a payment when Im fact I dont have a unit with them anymore. I tried calling there office and got transfered to there corporate office who told me they would let them know im not their anymore. They keep sending me emails and threatening to send me to collections. Dont ever use them they are shady and should not be trusted.

Affordable prices

I stored my goods with the North Nevada location for 12 months and they were very accommodating. Like other storage facilities they offer air conditioned units, outdoor units, and lots to park large vehicles. I rented a 20ft unit and was able to fit all personal belongings and my car. The owners live on site, which in my opinion raises the security.Would recommend on the fact that they work with you, whether its because you need access after-hours because of extenuating circumstances or because you need to store your plants in their office for a weekend because of extenuating circumstances. Great customer service.

Amazing customer service!!! I rented a unit the movers could drop my stuff off at while I looked for a place. The unit I got was not easily accessible to the semi (my fault for not being clear that I had a semi coming). Despite it being 2 hours before the office opened, the lovely Ida was kind enough to open the gate for the truck and even changed my unit to a more accessible location. She could have just ignored us but she went above and beyond. The facility is clean and secure with fencing and cameras. The unit itself was swept clean. Definitely recommend.

Friendly helpful staff! Easy to work with.

One of the main doors is broken which caused me to have to back up in the already narrow interior drive path. Strong smell of weed while I was at the front office signing paperwork. I will be switching to a different storage unit.Storage space was decent and secure. Reasonably priced.

Ali was absolutely beautiful inside and out very helpful+ after looking at for five storages I chose this one because the price availability ease of access to the storage unit and the price. First month is free so I literally move in for $27 I saved 70 just by location!

This is the second time they have done this to me when I needed to get into my trailer. They changed the lock combination and did not notify me. I have a guy that drove 2 hours from out of town to buy the trailer. They are very inconsiderate at the N Nevada storage!!!!!!!!!!!! And I can not get hold of anyone.
