The wonderful gentleman Kelly who works there made my experience so unforgettable. I’ve had to move about five times in the past month and he has always been so kind on remembering my face when I have to come back to load more things, offering me a cool sanctuary in the office for a couple minutes since it’s been so hot out! I truly will never feel as secure with my stuff at a storage unit, based off Kelly’s amazing customer service. Not to mention I also had to switch to a bigger storage unit, and he was so kind and helping me with transitioning paperwork wise, and many other things! Talking to this man is just a treat!

My boyfriend and I had to move out of state quickly for the summer, found cubesmart online and decided to give them a call! We showed up about 10 minutes before closing, the gentleman helping us was Kelly, he took us to see a unit quickly. Stayed past closing to get us set up with a unit, gave us a great deal, and we are able to get our stuff moved in today! Best service and most accommodating staff!!!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

I have a storage unit in Garden Of The Gods facility for quite sometime now and everyone is always welcoming. I always made my payments in person but now with all this stuff that is happening Im unable to do so but Kelly let me know about auto pay and the steps on how to set it up. I liked how she took her time and explain the benefits of auto pay. I dont have to worry about my payments being late so thats one less stress out the window. I will miss stopping by and seeing Kelly and Danny smiling facing. Keep up the good work you two!PS give them a raise!

I am renting a unit for storage between moving apartments. The service was incredible. Kelly had us moved in quickly and the lease agreement was efficient and easy. Made the move way less stressful.

I have used the storage facility for approximately 2 1/2 years and from the first time I went to sign up for my unit, and over these 2 1/2 years they have helped accommodate anything I need. At 69 years of age, sometimes things get complicated and yet everyone has been patient. Today Kelly, who is working at the facility, helped me out more than I would ever expect someone to take their time.During these difficult times that we are facing, when you have somebody kind and caring, it helps make your day a little brighter. We love our storage unit but I had to call someone to figure out how to get out of the property. Please add directions for how to get out on the mechanism thats on the way out. It was 10pm, we were really tired, and it wasnt obvious how to get out. Right now, instead of directions on how to get out there is an ad for telling a friend about renting a storage unit.

Open on a holiday when nobody else was. Kelly helped us and was very kind - it made us feel better about storing our stuff knowing he’d be watching over the place.

Do not rent here! We had stuff stolen from one of our units and the staff wasn’t helpful. They couldn’t provide any video footage and said they had no idea how the insurance works. And if you do rent here, make sure you don’t buy their locks. The unit that had their lock on it was the one stolen from, but our other unit had a lock from another company and there was no theft. 🤔

Krista Newlon, the manager is great to work with! She is a good communicator and was able to answer all questions in an efficient manner. There was a wasp nest at my unit and it was taken care of immediately. The only constructive feedback I have is that the unit could be a little bit cleaner before putting in the contents.

Bottom line up front, I highly recommend. Exceedingly friendly and professional staff. Me and my family originally moved to Colorado on military orders, unfortunately we needed some extra space moving into a smaller apartment. When we first moved into this cubesmart, Marion Sire was there and helped us through the process exceedingly well and was very accommodating. When it was time to leave Colorado the army being as it is, Marion Sire was there to help again. She and her staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and made our move a whole lot easier. The facility is always clean and secure and we never had any issues whatsoever. If youre in the market for a storage unit I would highly recommend this one due to the easy access, profession and friendly staff like Marion Sire and Beau Blessing alone.

I missed my reservation date but went the next day and the girl was really nice and helpful. I got a unit however it was too small the girl was able to get me into another unit that was bigger. I was really stressed about having to move last minute. But this storage facility was able to help me. The only issue i had was my unit door would not close. The door kept coming off the track. I was able to close it for the night. Thank you for all ur help..

I was overwhelmed with stuff to get done a krista (shes super cute ) knowing I had no way to be there before she left got me into a locker with no problem even let me come in her office in the morning to pay her . She is an exceptionally good manager with great people skills. A bit dangerous behind the wheel of her golf cart(jk) but other than that shes wonderful doing business with .
