Brittany provided awesome customer service you dont find often! She was extremely pleasant, helped multiple customers at the same time with ease, and I feel comfortable storing my items there. She deserves a raise! I Highly recommend this facility!

Debbie hooked me up 15 mins before they closed and gave me some tips in towing since it was my first time.Can’t remember who was the gentleman who helped me the very next day when I returned it but he was equally as friendly and helpful! For future rentals I’m going out of my way to go to this Uhual just because of them!

Rented a U-Haul trailer through them and their customer service is top notch. We werent sure how long we would need the trailer and they were so flexible and accommodating for us. Really appreciated their personal touch and care throughout the transaction. Id rent from them again in a heartbeat. The location is very convenient as is picking up & returning the rental.

WORST STORAGE FACILITY!!! I could give zero stars I would!!! I had 2 motorcycles stolen out of my unit. They claim to have 24 hour surveillance, but somehow my motorcycles walked out undetected?!? It even came to a point where they accused me of stealing my own motorcycles and trying to get one over on them..? I was told by police that they have frequent issues with this storage facility. I believe it was an inside job, John, Hank, and any of the managers shouldn’t be trusted. I would advise anybody and everybody to remove yourself from the facility before you are a victim of theft!!

We needed a place to park our personal trailer to move with for one month and this place came through with a spot on a Sunday after we traveled for 2 days! Im so thankful these guys came through for us! The service was fast and pleasant!

If you need to rent a U-Haul truck or trailer in Colorado Springs, this is the location to contact. I have secured equipment in 4 different facilities over the years and, while all locations worked out well, the service, assistance and cooperation here is superior. Everyone I dealt with at this location went way beyond any expectation to ensure I got the right equipment at the right price. I had to make a number of changes during the process and the positive attitude never changed. This will be the facility I contact for all my future rental needs.

We are experiencing the worse move ever! We have so much stuff that a 26’ truck is not even enough room to carry it all so sadly it took a whole day to unload and then we still had to go back for more. It took over a week to get it done and we are in a world of hurt right now, but at least we were able to get a good deal on our multiple storage units that were needed. We were able to call last minute and change where we were originally gonna store our stuff, as it’s literally across I-25 from Rockrimmon (where we are moving to). Mike is very helpful and goes out of his way to accommodate his customers. For the customer service alone I would highly recommend this place of business for your storage needs.

Courteous, Caring and Professional people run this place. John and Debbie extremely helpful to me as I was in crisis mode. College student whos housing situation fell apart at last minute and had to find alternate housing. Both John & Debbie worked with me during the 9 days I had the truck as I had to keep it & use as storage until I found other lodgings. Stress level thru the roof but these guys helped me out. John went out of his way to suggest apartments, condos, homes and areas to look for and gave me a name of a local real estate lady thats been helping me to find a home. They actually cared about my personal situation and got involved in my housing mess. I was able to store my things at a friends home temporarily but will be back to see John & Debbie to rent another truck once I find a home. Thanks for having my back John & Debbie. See you soon. Best service I’ve ever had in a long time. I had to reluctantly rent a storage unit to store my belongings away for a few months. But I was referred to park side and there I met the general manager Mike who showed me around the empty units so I could get an understanding of the perfect size for my unit, he then escorted me over to Marty who helped me with my uhaul rental. Both were very professional and friendly, making a stressful situation very pleasant for me. I’ve ended my rental with parkside because I now have room for my belongings but I will still use them for future needs.I refer all my clients to them for storage and uhaul needs because I know it’s hard to find a place that can be trusted. Five stars for sure 👍

Definitely the worst customer service Ive ever had to endure while trying to obtain a rental truck. Walked in at 5:30pm on Saturday. I was immediately greeted by Marty he later confirmed his name. He asked how he can help me I let him know we where there to rent a truck, and he responded with what type? And I said umm while looking over the options, not even 10 seconds later enters a couple behind me to turn in their rental Marty who seems extremely annoyed at this point asked them for their paperwork and starts to assist them and pushes me to the side. Shocked I looked at him and said um ok.. And walked around as he clearly didnt want to help me. He continues to help the couple as I stand there and say ok I was clearly here before them but ok to my father. We waited around for about 5 minutes while he came and went. He THEN decided he would let us know he was going to help them first because they would be fast and easy I just looked at him when he walked out. He finally came back and said, we are closing soon so it would better if you went to the other uhaul place down the street off Fillmore. Again my father and I were shocked and my father spoke up and said, Sir we are here and we need a truck from here, we came in 30 minutes before you are closing and have waited patiently. Marty replied with, Well then you will be waiting for a long time then! And made the comment that he does not work for uhaul either they are an independently owed company And walked out again. Mind you this was all in front of his Manager!! Came back and ran through our contract which took all of 3 minutes to complete! He and my father exchanged some words and Marty continued to be the most rude, disrespectful, unprofessional person!! I would never recommend this place to anyone and its a shame because I work in property management were people are constantly moving in and out and ask for rental truck locations all the time!!!

The manager does not honor online prices, even with printed proof of reservation saying $85/mo. For real pricing you have to go in. Expect prices to be almost 20% higher ($100) than what you might reserve online. They offered me a price 20% higher than the Sparefoot reservation. I just left, storming did not happen. I had to return home with all of my stuff to and unload it. Lost my entire day to the miscommunication between Sparefoot and Parkside. Now I need to find storage elsewhere. The manger offered only 20% higher price than what Sparefoot had my reservation. My printed reservation

Had to rent a U-haul for my cross-country move. John took great care of me, had me in and out in just a few minutes, and the truck I’ve rented is in great condition!

They dont steal from auction units.

Reliable service and never had an issue with truck rental. It is the only Uhaul location I like.
