It might look secure but it isnt. We have used this storage for our RV and trailer for many years and a few years back the trailer was broken into. It got moved away from the creek side. Most recently we have had TWO catalytic converters stolen. One from the RV and one from our truck when we left it there to drive the RV. Enjoy our covered parking, we are on to a better secure storage location, one with dogs, bright lights and cameras. Dont let the fence and secure gate fool you.

Dear Keith K. Owner.I can tell you the cameras looking at the covered RV spots have been broken for over 90 days according to your manager. There is zero footage of anything.If you were really interested in having kept me as a customer, you would have contacted me after these incidents and offered to pay my insurance deductibles. I am currently $1000 in the hole due to these thefts. There is a serious security issue at this location.Sincerely,James Winder

I tend to be stingy on my reviews, so when I dole out 5 stars, they REALLY earned it. Good facility. Those who own/run it live on the property. Many options for storing many things, from small 5x5 units to enclosures for full-size motor coaches, along with open-air storage for campers and RVs.The owner/operators are by far the most polite, customer-oriented business Ive yet encountered here in town, and Ive been here 11 years. I stored goods with RSS for five years while settling in, and only stopped when I moved into an actual home with its own storage space.I wholeheartedly recommend Rockrimmon Self Storage. They are simply THE BEST.

Everything worked exactly as described, very straightforward. No issues storing some excess furniture for a year, and no issues canceling. Exactly how things should work.
