I purchase auctioned units and so I interact with many different facilities and their employees and this has by far been the the best one yet. Charity was who helped me and she is definitely an asset to the place. She was on top of making sure everything was done correctly and handled it all very quickly but I didnt feel like she was rushing and trying to get me out the door. She is very friendly and nice to talk to. There was not one employee that I came in contact with there that wasnt very helpful and kind. I would refer anyone to this facility on that alone. It is not common and so I am giving a review of 5+ stars :)

I chose this facility based off of the good reviews and they were spot on. Every single employee that I interacted with made this experience very easy for me to navigate. Charity and Bonnie were very helpful, quick and thorough with setting me up in my unit and Larry was very kind when setting up my reservation. This was a new process for me and they were honest and trustworthy which eased my anxiety about the whole thing. Would recommend time after time!

This place was a hot mess all when I first rented. They seem to have had a lot of employee turnover during the two years I was there, and if I was writing a review on the last 8 months, I tell you they were great. The new manager really came in and cleaned up like Mayor Goldie Wilson on Back To The Future. Good things are afoot at the ‘Circle K’

Charity and Larry have been super helpful. I moved here from California and I desperately needed a storage unit on hold. They agreed to work with me before i even got here and they were so helpful and informative through the whole process. The district manager was even in the office when i arrived I think her name was Laura. All 3 of them were so sweet to my nephew and I and we had no troubles at all. I showed up at the property about 10-15 minutes before close looking for a unit Charity was extremely patient and very knowledgeable she walked me to about four or five units to show me the sizes and help me to make a decision that suited me best and she was very efficient and.knowledgeable. I did end up get into getting into a unit there with you guys. It was refreshing and I enjoyed the great customer service on not feeling rushed even though it was like closing time. My girlfriend recommended I get a storage unit here and I must say that thus far this place is awesome! I am very pleased with how polite the staff is and how much they are willing to work with you. More specifically, the woman named Charity that I spoke with, was more than informative and helpful. I will leave a more comprehensive review on this storage unit once I have some more time with them.

Charity has been an amazing light and a breathe of fresh air to us!! Our move has been nothing short of a disaster but renting a storage unit was the smoothest process!! And it felt good to have it feel like someone actually cared at the end of the whole process.

Charity was very friendly and helpful setting up my new unit, and made me feel she really cared that my stuff was secure. My only complaint is the narrow roads between rows of units could use mirrors so you can see if another car is coming around the corner. But a good experience, will continue to use smart stop storage!

I have been renting from this storage facility for at least 6 years and I keep coming back. Their prices are as low as any Ive found in town and the location is very convenient for me. Bonnie and Cherity are always super friendly and happy to help you. They give me a courteous courtesy call before late charges occur on my account if I havent paid by the 2nd or 3rd and I really appreciate that. They notice a lock wasnt on my unit(I believe my brother forgot to put it back on) so they locked it for me and called to let me know. Thankfully my unit hadnt been messed with. The driveways are about a foot too narrow to have 2 cars comfortably. Specially a u-haul truck or similar.I would recommend a different storage place with wider roads personally for u-haul trucks.Its doable.Besides that its a good self storage solution.
