They are amazing. No storage place was getting back to me. I called and Ian answered. He made sure that he kept a storage unit available. When I showed up the next day, everything was all ready to go. He was super nice and the whole process was extremely easy. 10/10, will use again.

Man what can I say. The storage facility manager was extremely helpful. Ian Meek made our transition a lot easier to handle during these hard times and I’m very grateful for his hospitality. Being a service member a lot of last minute planning is involved in our transition to moving.He understood our situation, which was a rough one and he did everything in his power to make things go a lot smoother for us. His service was outstanding, he went above and beyond for us and didn’t make us feel like just another customer, but like close friends.I highly recommend this place, especially if you have never used a storage facility before. He’ll make sure to fill you in on everything. Typically when you rent a storage unit you quite often never get that human interaction but Ian was different and very accommodating, my wife and I had to empty out a 4 bedroom 1800sq foot home in four days we were at the storage facility from open to closing in 90° weather, when Ian made his rounds to maintain and secure the storage facility he offered us cold water, and checked in on us. I hope we don’t have to do this again but in the event we do I would definitely chose his facility ANY DAY!!

Ian the site manager was amazing! Very friendly even honored the military discount for my husband being active even though he was not present since he is overseas. Originally booked with another storage who would not honor it because he was not present at the time. Very clean and secure area. The service that I received was outstanding and frankly the best Ive received when renting a storage unit. I was also blown away with how clean and well kept the property waste include the unit I rented. Normally when I have rented a unit Ive always had to clean it before I used it. Mesa Ridge Self Storage is a really nice and new storage area. We worked with Allison to reserve a 15x10 indoor, climate-controlled unit and moved our stuff in last weekend. The place was close to the highway so its highly accessible via a non-busy and big road. The reception area was huge and sparkling clean, makes you feel refreshed just walking inside. Allison was super friendly and helpful, providing all the information necessary to access the storage unit. The units themselves are within a gated area, with a code-access, automatic gate. We felt very secure with this entrance. The areas between each outside storage rows were free of ice/snow/debris and very wide, easy for our big 15 U-haul truck to go through, park diagonally, with enough room for other cars to pass by. The halls between the inside storage units were big enough for easy-moving of all our furniture. The important thing was that these units were very clean. Ive been to other storage areas to look for a nice place to put our things and those storage units were super old and dirty, so we were very happy to see that Mesa Ridge Self Storage is super clean. We feel absolutely at ease to be leaving our things there for a couple months while waiting to get a closing deal on a place! A+++ for Allison and Mesa Ridge Self Storage!

I love this storage. Unfortunatly the staff at this time was not honest about the rates and the guy wanted to hook me up with the full rate minus 10% when online the rates are 50% for the first 2 months and he wanted me to pay for the two months in advance when online that is not a requirement only the one time fee.

If you are looking for a clean, safe, secure and great costumer service place to store your belongings, don’t look any further. Mesa Ridge Self Storage meets all the requirement. I Used this location, and from the moment I walked in and to the moment that I cleared out my storage unit the service was outstanding. The price is perfect once you realize this place doesn’t charge you other fees you get ads on in other locations. For me, one of the best features was the fact that I was able to use my home owner’s insurance to protect my belongings. In contrast to other places were you are required to use and pay their insurance.Lastly the costumer service is amazing. Mrs. Baileigh at the front desk was a true professional. Just give them a call or go by.

Ive never done storage before so I walked into Mesa Ridge clueless with a lot of questions. The last place I stopped was run down and didnt feel safe. The outside looks well maintained and new. When I walked into the office I was greeted right away. The manager Baileigh was friendly and upbeat. She asked me some questions then showed me two different size units. I feel comfortable storing here. I will definitely come back when its time for me to move!

The staff is incredibly kind and friendly! There was an issue with my billing through the online system. They called immediately to let me know and helped me to get it resolved. The facility is spotless and easy to navigate. The security is well regulated. Overall, I could not be happier!

What a wonderful storage unit, when I start there the manager was absolutely fantastic go had gotten a bigger Storage unit due to I need to store my car as I was going off to basic training unfortunately I was in an accident, And my car was totaled the manager was willing to get me in a smaller unit due to I didn’t have a need the bigger unit because I no longer have the car, The only real feedback that I would say is I wish they had 24 hour gates not 6am to 9pm hours for the gates but other than that I was super satisfied with everything else

I went price shopping and found this facility is the most inexpensive around. They answered all the questions I had about fees and security. They have flat rate monthly payments with no admin fee. They provide a free lock and key too. They do require some type of insurance either homeowners renters or a third party company they offer. The facility is well lit, clean, and has security cameras and codes.

Really great people to deal with. Flawless move in experience. When I mentioned the need for large trucks to make deliveries to our unit the manager put us in one that has excellent access. I asked about the possibility of flooding since this facility is in a low area. They had problems with a very large rain early in the season but no problems since then and we have had a good deal more rain since then. I am looking forward to a very good working relationship.

Do not recommend this company. They have substandard drainage. After a recent storm, all three of my units have the floors covered in mood, front to back. First month we asked why there was so much dirt blowing into our units. Second month, we were asked to put mouse traps in our units. Now, they dont want to accept responsibility for poor drainage. The entire facility is dry except mud, grass, branch debris sitting in front of the row of units A and B units. Wont even discuss compensation for damaged property, tell me to go to my Homeowners Insurance. Why should my insurance pay out for a business that has substandard drainage? Seriously, this is a substandard business and high in their prices to boot. Absolutely do not recommend this business. Dishonest and not customer friendly!

Mesa Ridge Self Storage has generously given the use of a storage unit for one month to help me deal with donations and auctionable things for the 117 fire victims. Use of this unit yesterday made it possible for a volunteers truck to freed up to deliver animal feed to people who have had burned pasture and/or feed storage burned or are helping feed and contain animals burned out of their own pastures ! We hope you will use this place in the future and spread the word that they are greagre appreciated for helping people in the community in this way

If you want a storage unit where youre harassed every time you go there. This is the place. If you want to pay for a storage unit where do not allowed to be there and shoot off the property and want to divulge what you doing in your storage unit these are the nosey people to buy from. Poor lighting at night so dont plan on going there in the evening cuz youre not allowed to have lights either apparently they have a thing against that. Just very poor customer service skills.

Not a 24 hour storage facility!!Not posted anywhere that I can find on their website, office or on the fence/gate at the facility... So, I got caught in their gates in my vehicle at 10:01 p.m. with a full load .it would not let me exit. I had to park my vehicle in the gate and get an Uber ride home!!!Would have been nice to see signs warning me that they shut their gates at 10 p.m.
