Andrea has been wonderful during the entire leasing process. She has been there for me during my initial inquiry to the property, tour of the grounds, and application/doc signing. Meredith and Jen are also great and readily available. Everyone is constantly checking in with me to make sure my experience is top notch. Its evident they run a tight ship here at La Bella Vita as all of my questions/concerns/requests have been addressed expeditiously. Their prompt responsiveness is very much appreciated and is something that separates them from other apartment complexes. The maintenance team is also on top of things as I needed some repairs done in my unit as soon as I moved in and they were taken care of the next day. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. I feel very grateful for the opportunity to live here.

From the application process to the move in date, the assistance we received from the staff was phenomenal. My wife and I could not have asked for a better service and the level of professionalism was beyond any that we have experienced. Special thanks to Meredith who assisted with our move - absolutely consistent and followed up with any needed piece of information during the application process. Her hard work and perseverance contributed to the smooth transition which we are very thankful for. We are also thankful to Jen who filled in for Meredith when shes away from the office. Together, they were able to move our open parking spot closer to our unit (without asking) and found an available garage as well for our second vehicle while considering the distance altogether. That is what makes this community standout from the rest and it shows that the staff has a level of compassion that will be unmatched by anyone. Overall, the staff had made lasting impressions that are hard to find anywhere else and were glad we chose this community. The whole experience thus far makes us feel that we are welcome to stay and that our time at La Bella Vita will be most enjoyable.

I moved to the community a few months ago. The location is great near restaurants and shops. The apartment is very spacious with a great view of Pikes Peak. The fitness center has plenty of space to exercise. All the staff members and neighbors are kind and friendly. Always eager to help with anything thats needed. I am so pleased and happy that I chose to live at La Bella Vita...

I love my apartment! I have so much space in my master and love the tub and shower in the master bathroom. I definitely feel like I live in more of a community rather than just an apartment. Maintenance is professional and completes work orders in a timely manner, unlike apartments I have previously lived in. I live here, I work here and I love it!

We moved in a few months ago. We had a lot of questions and the staff were all extremely helpful in answering all of them to make the process much easier.Overall we love living here. All the staff are always friendly and helpful, the grounds are well maintained and the apartment itself was in great condition for move in. The apartment interior is beautiful and the view of the mountains are amazing!

UPDATE: The wonderful management team (luckily) has taken swift care of the noise problem and though its only been a few days, we havent experienced any noise issues with any neighbors (fingers crossed and THANK YOU Bridgett and the management team!). Having people blast their music (party) from 10pm until 2am (or sometimes later) is NOT a good sign of a good apartment! I can only imagine the drugs and whatever else is going on right under managements noses!If you like not being able to get a good nights rest because of all the stomping and noise, then this is definitely the place for you!

For the past 20+ years, I have owned and lived in rental properties throughout the US and abroad and I have never been as impressed as I am with my living experience at La Bella Vita! I absolutely love this place!! Let me tell you why:STAFF:The Bella Vita team is an All-Star team. I made first contact while I was still living in Hawaii and the friendliness, efficiency in sharing information, and guiding me through the application process was superb. When I would reach a different staff member, they were glad to pick up where I last left off and knew all the details of my last conversation. Once I arrived, everything was completely prepared for a great walk-through of the property, document review, and they even helped me make a last-minute change without a problem.We received such a warm welcome...even our pup had a small gift waiting for him in our apartment!Lastly, days after we arrived the staff called us to see how everything was going for us. Clearly, they are committed to tenant satisfaction.Incredibly grateful to the entire Bella Vita team, but HUGE thanks to Andrea and Meredith.COMFORT, QUALITY, and VIEWS:Our family resides on the fourth floor and the best thing is the view. Waking up to a view of the Ormes Peak is breathtaking! Each room is ideal in size for our family. The bathrooms are HUGE! I havent seeing such spacious bathrooms in apartment-homes in a while. The quality and size of them is usually only found in $600k+ homes.The quality of carpeting, appliances, kitchen and bathroom counters is great, and theres an elevator if we feel lazy and dont want to take the stairs.There are many more things I love about living here, but I think the propertys website does a great job listing them like the gym, pool, community/business/cinema centers...so I wont discuss those at this time.Overall, I highly recommend this property. A great place to live for a great price and in proximity to almost anything one may need/want.* I will update this post with pictures of the views I mentioned soon :)

I’ve lived at La Bella Vita for 9 months now and life has been good! The staff helps make it a family-type atmosphere, which makes all the difference. The ladies in the front office (Jen, Ashley, Bridgette and Nancy) are always so busy, but still take time to get to know the residents. Andy, Larry and Mitch (part of the maintenance team) seem to know everyone by name! Plus, I’ve never had a maintenance issue that wasn’t addressed immediately.I was also very touched when gifts were delivered to my apartment after having surgery on my neck. The staff at La Bella Vita were constantly asking if there was anything they could do to help, knowing that I wasn’t able to get out and about on my own. I honestly knew that I could call on them for anything and they would be there for me. Efficient AND friendly......can’t ask for more than that!

Excellent experience renting short-term apartment with garage. Meredith has been working with me while I relocated here from Arizona. She has been pleasant, professional and so helpful during what could be a stressful time. Jen also jumped in to do a last minute lease adjustment for me - excellent in every way just like Meredith. My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience with Bridgette from La Bella Vita. She answered all of our questions, found options within our budget, move-in date and a first floor apartment for our sweet older dog. From start to finish she took care of us, informed us and moved quickly to get us anything we needed. We are so excited to move here!

We just moved here during the summer and we couldn’t be happier! The staff and everyone we’ve met is so nice and friendly! On Jan. 22nd 2021, my spouse and I came to La Bella Vita Apartment homes and met with knowledgeable, and welcoming staff. Meredith had greeted and assisted my spouse and I even though we didn’t have an appointment and were from out of town on a job relocation move for the 911 system here in Colorado.If your coming to rent make sure to talk with Meredith, she is a warm hearted person and treated us like we were family. I have a saying “You get what you pay for” the prices were at our budget but for what we get it was well worth getting into!The area is super clean, and gated. The entire complex is very inviting and well maintained with plenty of open room, The location of the apartments are perfect with convenient shops, retail, and drug stores just around the corner. If your looking for luxurious and spacious apartments with all the updates and beauty this is the place for you! I spent a lot of time looking in Colorado Springs, if you’re like me and are looking for a 5 STAR! Come here! I would highly recommend these apartments! - They are very classy and the amenities are fantastic. Love the atmosphere and the Lovely Ladies - especially Jenny in Management. Easy to get to and love that it is a Smoke Free Zone - you will never have to worry about someone smoking and having to keep your windows closed. Also the views are amazing from almost all the apartments. Huge Closets and Very Nice Kitchens and Fireplaces. Feels very much like home! Best apartments by FAR!!!

We found this place on our way up from Texas in October! They were so helpful and accommodating! So far we couldn’t be happier. The front office staff and maintenance employees are so wonderful. The grounds are well kept and neighbors are all super friendly! I am so happy with where we live and I’m so grateful for Merideth to help us with our lease here.

This is the first apartment I have lived in. I was reluctant to move into an apartment because I didn’t want anyone above or below me. La Bella Vita has an apartment that is on the ends where you are on the main floor with no one above you, and an attached garage! I was sold! Having lived here for 10 months now I can say without a doubt that I am very happy we decided to live here. The staff is very professional, kind and always organizing food trucks and contests. I highly recommend you look into renting here if you’re in the market.

If you look at the reviews there all 5 stars and that’s for one reason, this place is amazing!! My spouse and I are moving to Colorado in a few weeks and we were down for a few days while my spouse was doing training for a new job. In those few days we were trying to find a place to live with limited amount of time. We looked at several places but didn’t find anything we were looking for, and if we did the management of the apartments wouldn’t get back with us, or gave us the runaround. Very frustrating when you are already stressed with moving from another state. We were almost feeling everything was hopeless, But as we were about to give up and go back to Vegas to finish our search on line we saw La Bella Vita and we pulled in and we came to the door, there was a sign that said appointment only, we were like oh no here we go again. But Meredith came to the door and said she could help us, we told her our situation and she went to work on helping us, she was so nice and very helpful, she really made us feel welcome and we appreciate that, she introduced us to other staff members that were inviting and warm and extremely friendly. No other apartments we visited that day had the exceptional attitude the staff members at La Bella Vita has. You can tell by the grounds, the office, and the apartments as a whole the staff take great pride in their jobs.Everything is absolutely beautiful! There’s also an amazing view of the mountains. Also, the apartments are gated and we also noticed surveillance cameras around the area, that’s a huge plus!!!! We were able to view the apartment that we would be getting, it was a model but the same, absolutely beautiful! And it has a fireplace!! Something we were looking for. Overall if I could give the staff and the apartments a 10 star rating I definitely would. It honestly makes a difference when you go that little extra mile for a person, it leaves a lasting impression, and the staff of La Bella Vita definitely left a wonderful impression on us. We are so excited to live here, and can’t wait to move into our new home. So if you are moving to Colorado and you are frustrated because you can’t find a place to live go see Meredith at La Bella Vista, she will definitely lift your burden. She’s such a great person, she definitely knows her job. Again, thank you guys so much for making us feel welcome and going over and beyond to help us with our struggle to find a home.

La Bella Vita is a beautiful place to live the community is well kept. The office staff is amazing they answer the phone if you are having any issues with your apartment they are on it immediately. This was the best moving experience what you view online is nothing compared to what you actually see in person. Updated appliances and the space is what we needed. Due to COVID-19 we still have access to the gym just scheduled with the office staff. I’m so happy we chose La Bella Vita this is definitely the best place to truly experience Colorado Springs CO

Wonderful apartments! Spacious master w/5 piece bath. Nicest place I have ever lived as an adult and I am in my 50s!! Staff is top notch! Professional but friendly and genuinely concerned about your happiness and experience! Not 1 or 2 of them but every single employee from the area manager to maintenance. I cant say enough good things about this place!! We are having a house built and I will actually miss all of the staff, the goodies the movie room, the gym, the activities, the coffee maker ( that makes all kinds of cool drinks),the hot tub, the grills that they provide the gas for!, the pool, the dog areas, so much more! We are new to Colorado Springs and didnt know a soul here and our first experience could not have been any more wonderful! We feel truly blessed!!

We have lived here for almost 2 years and just renewed our lease. This is a great community for singles and families, and centrally located close to shopping, restaurants and parks. The office staff goes above and beyond to address any concerns and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. Maintenance requests are always responded to quickly and they do an awesome job! Even during this virus they come up with ways to keep the community connected. We moved here from out of state and really got lucky!

I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised...Everyone on staff is professional informed and it is a wonder to find this with the world we are in these days...I have no reason to leave this place and anticipate remaining for a very long time...the apartment is appoint far better than others and is by far a better bang for the buck than surrounding complexes...If desired on a nice day - everything is within walking distance that I need - groceries 1 mi, pharmancy 0.2 mi, gym 0.3 mi, church 1mi...elementary school less than 1 mi...I cannot say enough about the place and the ppl here.

Lived here a month and it’s been incredible. The front office staff has been very helpful and always have smiles on their faces. Both Jen & Maggie were exceptional. Andy & Larry (maintenance) are also great. I put in a work request and it was taken care of promptly. They also offered to help me move a heavy item from my truck. The community as a whole is very relaxing and the staff is a pleasure to work with. Glad to call this home.

I have very much enjoyed living at la Bella vita. I lived there for 3 years. I felt very comfortable coming home every day knowing that I’m living in a safe place. It was also very quite and I felt everyone that lived around me respected everyone else. The office staff was always very friendly and respectful. I will miss living here but it’s on to a new house!

Awesome place to live. I just moved here back in August. Before I moved Meredith took the time out to do a virtual tour of the property via zoom. This property is in a very good location walking distance to LifeTime Fitness Walgreens an if you are feeling a little more adventurous you could walk to King Sooper. I haven’t tried that yet. LoL. The people that manage this property are very friendly an helpful especially if you are a newbie to Colorado Springs.

La Bella Vita was a great place to live when we first arrived in Colorado Springs. They were helpful in making our move in process simple. The staff there made us feel welcome and were always eager to help with any questions we had - not just about the apartments but about life here in the Springs. They treated us like family and always had a smile and a kind word. They made the experience more personal and that is greatly appreciated in the world we live in today where few people take the time to get to know you or even go out of their way to help you. Although we were only there for 9 months while our home was being built, it was a fabulous experience and we would highly recommend it !

My husband and I are new to La Bella Vita but so far, we have been very impressed. After being homeowners in our former city for several years, we decided to move to COS earlier this summer. I was a little nervous about going back to “apartment life,” but my experience at La Bella Vita has me questioning whether or not I will ever be a homeowner again.Every interaction has been top-notch. Maggie assisted us from the very beginning and is a gem - she is professional, prompt, and extremely helpful. Any time we have a question, she is right there with an answer.The apartments feel more like condos, which I love. We are lucky enough to have a unit with a great view of the mountains. The bathrooms are my favorite part - our master has a super nice shower and a separate garden tub/shower combo.The community itself is very quiet and well-maintained. The pool is clean and well-kept, the workout area is spacious, and I love the theatre room that’s tucked away in the main building. I also really appreciate that the community is gated and you need to be buzzed in if you are a guest.All in all, my husband and I consider ourselves lucky to have found such a great place to live. We would highly recommend La Bella Vita.

I recently moved here with my husband and we absolutely love it!! We are so happy here its unbelievable! Our apartment is so nice and modern; the final touches are just amazing. On move in day Ashley had everything ready for us, so she made the the process easy and explained everything in detail about the apartment complex. Ashley was so nice on the phone weeks before we moved in and she made us feel very welcomed. I definitely would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to rent; plus the staff (like Ashley) make you feel right at home.

I have lived in apartments for the last 14years, and this is the best one I have lived in as of yet. No apartment is perfect, however, this one is pretty close. It is very quiet, maintenance is pretty awesome and very quick, the leasing ladies are all really friendly and try and take care of everyone the best they can. I also love the security here, they walk around in the evening hours and make sure everything looks safe. All in all, it is a great place to live:)

I have lived here for almost 2 months. Staff is wonderful and replies to any question or problem immediately. It is a quiet complex. There are some activities to get to know neighbors. I won Air Pods at Bingo last week! I have not run into any negatives at all so far.

Spent the better part of 2 weeks looking all over the Springs for an apartment and I can say that La Bella Vita is undoubtedly in the Top 3. The only difficulty I had was in choosing between La Bella Vita and its sister complex, Elements at Briargate.I can say the staff here at La Bella Vita were the deciding factor in that they are so welcoming, accommodating, and make the leasing process very simple. Ashley in particular has been extremely helpful from the moment I first visited.From someone who has traveled and leased apartments all over the US, I can tell you that you dont need to look any further if you want to live in the best spot in Colorado Springs.

I live here and I love it! Location is awesome the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The units are so so cute all new with upgraded features..In my unit there isnt anyone above me so its very quiet! I am on the side of powers so I had to adjust to road noise but no big deal..lifetime fitness is across the street and well as a Super Target! Being new to the area and not sure on where to live we picked this area and condos its been really awesome so far :)Today the staff was at the exit gate with coffee and breakfast for the tenants..that was so so fantastic!True no ice maker or garbage disposal but that is not a big deal to me! There are plenty of trash dumpsters by all units..lots of green areas to walk your pets as well..if you have any issues the staff is so helpful and nice..

We love our apartment. The finishes are great! We have a spacious patio, we dont have to share walls with anyone in our particular build so we never hear anyone. I dont care about not having a garbage disposal. Its not that hard to toss things in the trash instead. The construction only goes on during most peoples work hours, so it really isnt a bother at all. There are plenty of garbage dumps...there is literally 2 located at every building (I walk very phew steps to walk around the corner to ditch the trash). The only complaint I have is no recycling :( and lazy neighbors not picking up after their dog (but thats at every complex).

My wife and I live here, and we absolutely love it. The apartments are all brand new so everything is super nice-- yes, they cut corners on a few things and I wasnt happy with the fact that theres no garbage disposal or ice-maker on the fridge, but generally well-built and feels very high end. The staff are a wonderful collection of truly amazing people who actually care about the residents and do their best to solve problems. They host periodic events and have great food, and the pool/spa area just opened so Im excited for that as well. Theres a nice little gym as well, it doesnt have a lot of weights but is primarily focused on cardio machines. Even though its still under construction, I have never felt like Im in a construction zone.Overall, we absolutely could not be happier with picking La Bella Vita as our new home in Colorado. You guys rock!

La Bella Vita has such a special place in my heart. This property not only has the best residents and staff ever but stunning property.I lived at La Bella Vita for 2 and a half years and worked in the office for about the same amount of time. I was lucky enough work alongside some of the most wonderful office staff anyone could’ve asked for. Not to mention how amazing it was to see the management at the highest level in this company, be so involved at a property level, always willing to help where needed. Jenny, the community director is the most caring, attentive, genuine property manager I have ever had the privilege of working with. She has a huge passion for taking care of her residents and her team, always thinking outside the box in how she can do more for the residents or more for her team in the office. She is always extremely thoughtful and loves taking care of residents and surprising them with gifts randomly during goods times and difficult times. Bridgette always goes above and beyond when putting together the most amazing residents events. Even during Covid/social distancing she has a talent for finding unique/fun ways to interact with and celebrate the residents. The housekeeper Juaquina is such a hard worker with the biggest heart always willing to help in any way she can. Andy the maintenance supervisor is very knowledgeable and great source of information. The apartments are absolutely stunning and spacious. Some of the floor plans feel more like condos than an apartment and the feel of the property makes you feel like you are more a part of community rather than an apartment complex. The quality of the build and interior upgrades/finishes are more similar to that of a house. I lived in the Portafino which is a one bedroom apartment with a garage underneath and wouldn’t of ever moved if we didn’t expand our family and buy a home. I had no neighbors above, below or next to me, just a really kind person across from me. This is the best property in the springs with the most genuinely caring staff, absolutely gorgeous property, with some of the most breathtaking views and some pretty darn amazing residents. Choose to live here. If not for the views and quality of apartments but for the staff

I have been a tenant at La Bella Vita for 4 months. My only regret is that I did not come sooner. What an amazing place. The construction is very solid, the appliances first class (my first house size front end washer and dryer in its own room) Stainless, durable carpet, wooden slat shades, and wood flooring. The attached garages are a treat. Nancy has an incredible memory, and she remembered my name, and occupation MONTHS after an initial quick visit. Astounding. Also an elegant, classy lady. Jen, the complex manager/chief administrator has been first rate. She came through with parking, a garage, and all the things that she promised, exactly as promised. You might imagine that with tenants coming and going this is amazingly hard. She runs the complex like a Swiss watch. I love my new garage, and it is huge. Easily big enough for a full size car, and storage too. I had a car and motorcycle both in the garage, with room to spare. Landscape work has been very good. They really try to make the place pet friendly, and have worked hard not to let the vegetation suffer. Most all of the tenants are very responsible with their pets. There is zero noise from other tenants through the walls or ceiling. I am close to the highway, but with windows closed, hear almost nothing except the occasional racing motorcycle. My sleep has never been disturbed. The climate control has been excellent. Also the Xfinity internet service has not gone out once since I have been here. I have not needed to reboot my modem even once single time. The only negative I could mention is that the Verizon coverage at this time is almost zero, so I changed to Xfinity cellular, which works on the Verizon network, but their phones use my home wifi to connect, so that problem solved. I believe the staff here say Sprint or ATT might be better. You will love living here. It is expensive, but the clientele/tenants are first class. Security is good, and the rules are very strictly enforced. If you are a party animal, or a parking sneak, you will not do well here. I hope this helps. Good luck in your apartment search.
