Cars are run down and dirty dont recommend to rent

Best customer service, very cheap rates

Has a very shady, fly by night vibe. More expensive than other rental places. Positives: they actually had a car available on a Saturday when I needed a car. And they extended my rental over the phone while my car was being repaired. Negatives: the car smelled like cigarette smoke (gross!) and the theft alarm kept coming on when I tried to open the door with the key I was given. Last straw, I had to wait to return the car because even though I had called earlier to let them know I was returning it, staff closed the office early. I had to call the owner to come back so I could get a receipt.

I miss renting cars from Ben...the best car rental service i ever had...even when i was late he gave me additional days to pay, along with renting another week...hes even a helping friend! When i get my license back i will be renting cars from Ben car rentals again.. The best services ever!

Do not come here. rent a car, enterprise, anything but this car rental company. They are rating themselves 5 star. at most they deserve 1
