Lift is alright to work for but pricey rentals but there there for u when no one else is

LYFT IS THE WORST RIDE SHARING APP TO USE DRIVER AN RIDER....THE COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE DRIVERS AN WILL LET RIDERS GET THEM DEACTIVATED AN WONT EVEN GET THE DRIVER SIDE OF THE STORY....WHEN YOU RENT THEY CARS YOU ONLY GET 40¢/MILE....YALL SOME FINNESSERS....GOT INTO A HIT AN RUN WHICH WASNT MY FAULT AN THEY TRYING TO MAKE ME COME OUT OF POCKET FOR THE DAMAGES WHILE I WAS ONLINE LYFTING A PAX! ON TOP OF THAT IF YOU OWE THEM ON THE DRIVER APP YOU CANT USE THE RIDER APP UNTIL YOU PAY!

If you have a choice—don’t choose express drive! too many issues to go into. two major issues are: they gave me a car that had a recall for the traction sensor. i know this because the car would malfunction out of now where and i had to research the issue after express drive’s own servicemen said they couldn’t fix it! they also gave me the car with a torn bumper and busted tire. 2) as of recent, despite the fact that I paid for my rental, they requested for me to return the rental for non-payment simply because I got a new card and took a day to pay them. now lyft is telling me i was supposed to return the car on the 13th after i reached out to reschedule the return appointment i had from last week that is no longer there. i wasn’t made aware via email or txt on the date to return it so i scheduled the return date for 07/21/20 @2p with NO issue. it’s especially weird that if i has to return it on the “13th” i would be allowed to set a return date for afterwards...now they might “charge me for the days i had the rental” and the appointment just disappeared. please, DO NOT use this service! they will con & cheat you however which way w/o a care.

This review is for the Metropolitan Ave Location. I dont see a review for that location.Unresponsive through email.No phone number.No reasons for decisions, and the decision makers cant be reached by phone.In addition, inconsistent bot messages.Computer system isnt used to its optimum.A tiered direct communication system would decrease the complaints.Care a little more about drivers.With the number of wrecked cars I see, its apparent you are focusing on keeping the wrong drivers and getting rid of the wrong ones.

The people at lift werent to bad as soon as I came in someone called me to there desk and took care of me, so I got in and out with a quickness, and the people were pretty cool to.see ya

Kinda felt forced into a car that didn’t work properly.

Very unprofessional, Bad Customer, Service Representatives with attitudes, Wait time is ridiculous. They have 3 Hertz Reps and 3 Lyfts and they are still slow as ever. Managers are no where to be found. After waiting 2 hours and still waiting this is unacceptable.

Ive been driving for Lyft since February, I havent had an negative experience at this office. They are always professional and friendly and resolve my issues or concerns.

Theyre unorganized and unprofessional. I had a flat tire and was unable to get in contact with anyone to verify or approval for the coverage.

No phone support so any issues have to be addressed in person smfh will never do it again
