Well the best thing to say is they had a car for me to rent. If you open at 0600 then that means you should be ready to go at 0600. The lady tells us at 0605 she has to take 15 min to get the computers up. We stand there and watch her wipe down computers turn on and play with 4 different stations (she was the only one there). So it was 0620 before she even got around to helping us get our reservation. If it takes that long start you morning shift 30 min earlier.

Okay so the long counter lines are just because ATL is crazy busy always. As always you need to buy full coverage insurance. Our first rental car had the windows smashed and my stuff stolen. I reported it to the police and I also called the emergency car service number with dollar. I was on hold for 30 minutes but I submitted a claim. They offered to shuttle us to the rental facility to pick up a new car or drive the broken one back. We decided to stay at our restaurant and drive ourselves later to pick up a new car. The rental facility was crazy busy and completely out of cars. But within 10 minutes they borrowed a car from Hertz to replace our broken one. Customer service was good.

Cancelled my reservation with them and was told that it would be a $100 charge. I come to find they still charged me in full for the whole rental. I tried calling the phone number to talk to them to get my charges refunded and no one answered. Call over 13 times and finally used the option to leave a voicemail only for there voicemail to be full. I wish google let you rate into the negatives because 1 star is far to many stars to give this place. The whole experience has made me think that the only people leaving good reviews have to be people who work there.

To finalize the paperwork when picking up the car was the longest part of the rental process. There were about 25 - 30 people in line and only 3 workers which made the process much slower. However, returning the car was hassle free and easy. The workers were very pleasant.

We just rented a car to get back to JFK and the over all experience was excellent. We returned the car at 230 in the morning and Hertz was the only car rental agency open with a real agent to turn the car in. She helped my family find the rest room and was very nice. The car was brand new and only had 10 miles on it when we picked it up. At the end of the day it had 917 miles on it. We were able to pick the car we liked the most and I love that. We also saved half of our rental fee as we returned the car a day early with no questions asked. We will be renting a car again from Hertz in the near future.

This location does not answer the phone. Ever. Their voicemail is full. There is no way to contact them if you need to change your reservation. Our flight landed late at 11:30 and the office closes at 12. I had to sprint from the plane to the counter to get my car before they closed. The person at the counter was very rude and refused to give me a phone number to contact management.

The worst customer service. We prepaid & booked our vehicle almost a month in advance. We needed a bigger vehicle because of our luggage, stroller, 4 adults and toddler. We also requested a car seat. When arriving we were told we could not get that vehicle and in order to have one we would need to repay. We had already paid almost $500 and now want another $300 & change and still couldnt get us a bigger vehicle. Fingers crossed they make this right and refund our origianl charge.

Reserved through Hotels.com. I prepaid for insurance but the good folks at Hertz decided to charge me again even though I clearly communicated I DID NOT NEED INSURANCE. After I returned home to check my credit card statement I found out they charged me for the insurance anyway and they refused to credit my account. Never Again HERTZ.

PHENOMENAL experience picking up as a gold member!! Was driving out of the rental car center within five minutes of the sky train arriving. Didn’t have to wait in a line, just picked a “5-star” car in my level and went about my day. Great service from both employees I interacted with

Dear God for the love of all thats holy AVOID THIS PLACE. The nightmare I experienced is far too long to recount. But any company that has a 2+ hour line and only 2 employees working clearly doesnt care about customer service. You have a reservation system. You know how many people are coming. When the desk in the terminal closed, they shoved all of us -about 50 people including small children and elderly - into the parking garage where ONE employee checked us out. He was very nice. After 2.5 hours of standing in line, I finally got my rental. I had to walk alone through a deserted parking garage to get my car. Super safe. Loved that.Just get an Uber to an in town location. Avoid the Atlanta Hertz/Dollar/Thrifty rental company at all costs.

Our plane landed at 1:30pm. We had our car reservation for 2pm. I was just notified that our car is not ready yet and is being “cleaned.” It is 3:30pm. No one is around to help. It seems like when you do see someone, it’s like they pretend they don’t see you still waiting around for your car. If you have a reservation for 2pm, you should have the car ready at 2pm. Not an hour and a half later, and the time is still ticking by. Now I’ll be in rush hour. Thanks Hertz.

Dont rent from this Hertz. Recent experience from mid-June: they provided a vehicle with both directional signals/blinkers burnt out. When this was brought to the attention of the staff upon departure, it was stated that the car was fine.This was obviously unsafe and shows a lack of any quality control. When the vehicle was returned early for an exchange, I was charged for fuel, waited an hour plus in-line, and charged a higher rate for a newer, nicer vehicle. This is what you get with a single person at the desk.After 10+ plus of asking for their customer service to review this, they provided a measly $25 credit to my account. This doesnt even negate the higher charge I received or the gas surcharge.Some airport Hertz may be OK; the ATL one is a joke. Save yourself the hassle and spend more money on any other car rental company.

Thoroughly impressed is all I can say! Got off my flight, time was of the essence, all I had to do was view my name on a board and go pick up whichever car I desired. This was for a Gold Membership of course, but no hassle or long winded representatives going over monotonous red tape before your pick-up. Make sure you show the ladies and gents who clean these vehicles some love!! They put in work to make sure your car is sterilized during these pandemic times. All it takes is a kind word or a thank you.

This place is very predatory. They will change and modify youre reservations without consent. Mine was altered twice without my knowledge.They tell you to sign for a $200 hold they place as a deposit, then 30 minutes later after you leave the airport youll get emailed one or more modified bills with insurance and extras added on.You cant call the location either as they dont answer their phone and their voice-mail is full.Employees dont wear name badges and dismiss you if you have any concerns.Avoid this place at all costs.

They added an insurance which we declined online to the rental. it added $180 to our 4 day rental. They told my wife that we needed it as our credit card doesnt cover, which was not true.I called Hertz and they told me I need to speak to the airport. Car was ok but was t fully cleaned. But the staff worked hard to make sure I got the right vehicle the vehicle selection due to a busy weekend was low. But because of the ladies in the Gold member desk taking care of 20 people at a time. I had to give them 5 stars. And they were way patient with me. Thank you again. That is the main reason I only rent from hertz.

The line was very long on memorial day weekend, however I travel alot and I know it was to be expected. There was only 2 employees working and it was late so I understand. Check out was easy and the clerk was nice. Returning the vehicle was a breeze. Prices were a little high but it was a holiday weekend.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service Ive been receiving from every Hertz employee/representative Ive been in contact with. My insurance agent booked a rental car for me from the Atlanta airport . I was told I would only have to pay ~$315 for the week, but when a charge of $890 was pending on my credit card I started calling everyone I could to get it fixed. I called the number on the Hertz website for the airport about 20 times per day. I called the actual airport and asked to be transferred to the Hertz counter, but was disconnected every time. I called Hertz locations closer to my home to see if anyone could offer any assistance and was told I had to go through the center I rented from. I had my insurance agent call as well, but neither of us could get a hold of someone. I could not get a hold of someone all week so when I went to return the car on, I went to the desk at the airport to try to get my bill fixed. I explained to the person that prices and fees were not gone over with me when I picked up the car. I have my own full coverage car insurance and if I was told about this insurance then I clearly would not have agreed to sign for them. They told me I could call the billing line and they would fix it with no problem. I finally was able to speak to a customer service representative in the billing department, asked to speak to a supervisor, was added to the call-back list and have not heard back from anyone from Hertz. I was quoted for 1/3 of the price I was charged and because of the employees inability to inform a customer and Hertzs horrible customer service, I had to return the car without extending my rental. I am now without transportation until further notice and theyve lost future business because of their employee ineptitude. The supervisor finally called me back and was rude and dismissive just like every other person I spoke with. NEVER rent from Hertz. Worst experience Ive ever had with any customer service EVER. This was my first time renting a car and I was completely taken advantage of when I was trying to correct the issue their employee created for me. They will not help you correct any problems so its best to avoid doing business with them in the first place.

I actually used enterprise but this is what came up. Be aware, returning rentals require you 2 drive like 10 mins to the drop off spot. So, if you have 2 return a rental car before a flight, time is of the essence. I thought there were SPIKES right when u drive in but workers told me those are to slow you down. Scared the HECK out of me!! Car was dope, 2021 Nissan that had sensors ALL AROUND the entire vehicle. Soon as a car gets 2 close, sensors beep to let u know.

The guy at the counter was rude and said oh well, a game is in town. Why give away cars that are already reserved? The worst experience Ive ever had. My car broke down as soon as I cut it off after leaving the airport. I missed two days of work dealing with Battery issues. I had to have my Allstate Insurance Roadside Assistance give me a boost. When I called Hertz nobody answered.

I need to remember to not lift my heavy luggage Into the back of the suv until I check if the keys are actually in the car. Presidents circle member and they are parking the cars in presidents circle and forgetting to leave the keys happening a lot now. Last 4 rentals same issues no keys in care but parked there in presidents circle ready to rent. No one seems to care and they would rather argue and be rude than help the customer. Renting 300 days per yr with hertz and I would switch to another care company in a second if it wasnt mandatory per my corp to rent from hertz

Rented from Hertz at Atlanta Airport and had a terrible experience. We waited in line for over an hour, the cars were first come-first served so we got a smaller vehicle than we reserved/paid for, and I spent about two weeks after the rental dealing with Hertz calling/mailing me about my car was not returned. We brought the car back full of gas and in perfect condition hours before it was due. They were calling 3-4 times a day and mailing me letters threatening to charge me with felony grand theft auto. I called them multiple times to tell them the car was returned on time, yet the calls and mailings continued. I even sent an email on their contact us tab and still havent gotten a response.

Do not like the $500 deposit for a rental using a debit card. Unrealistic and entirely to high for a deposit. Not really something people have extra to rent a car. Just for not paying with a credit card. Enterprise asks for a reasonable deposits. Had it been more reasonable than I wouldnt have watched 3 potential customers refuse. Then went and found a new rental companies right before my eyes.

Staff at Atlanta Airport were not friendly. Car windshield was filthy on the inside like it was washed with dirty water. I kept thinking it was dirty on the outside or overcast or something because I was having a hard time seeing out of the window. But not till the next day when the sun hit it and I saw the streaks of dirty water on the inside of the windshield did I realize I was given a below standard car! I called and they said they would switch out the car IF I drove 45 minutes back to Airport. Since I was there for a medical condition with my child that was not a reasonable request. Needless to say, I grew up with my dad always renting from Hertz. Ive rented from Hertz. This was not a great experience.

I read the reviews prior to renting from here, however, I decided to rent a car since this is the only location that had cars available for the dates I needed. So I made my reservation. The reviews I read talked about the long lines and minimal customer service agents. And I cannot lie when I get there, there were at least 15 people in front of me and 4 Hertz reps. However it was only about a 20-30 minute wait which I honestly did not mind.While I was in line an agent calls out to make sure everyone in line has made a reservation because they were not taking walk ins. I made a reservation so I continue to wait....So when I get to the front of the line, I hand the agent my license and credit card. So she takes a moment and asks me if I made the reservation and I say yes, I made it this morning at work. The Hertz rep proceeds to tell me that I cannot rent a cat because I made a reservation that day.....What sense does this make? What is the point of making a reservation then? TO RESERVE A CAR!! The system should not even had allowed me to make a reservation if they did not have the inventory to support the request. I have several Hertz that are closer to where I live and when I attempted to make a reservation with those locations, it did not allow me. And I do not hold that against them because they did not have the inventory for the reservation and I avoided waisting my time.This was a HORRIBLE customer service experience. I wasted my time driving out my way for NOTHING!!

Waited about an hour to get the contract.. and then told to go through the double door. There was another line.. so waited about 20 mins only to get told that I am on thw wrong place. So I go to the correct line and its like 3x as big as all of those before.Why do I have to wait 3h in line to get the car?Why wouldnt they give me car keys on the first line?Why dont they have online checkin?This process can be optimized a 100x.This company is ripe for disruption by some more tech savy company.

Closes at midnight and those with reserved cars even Gold Status can not get out of parking lot since they blocked off exits with parked cars. Staff is so anxious to leave and don’t care if customers are driving around lot with their rented cars unable to exit. I guess they expect you to spend the night in your car!Online rental app does not mention all closes along with lot exits at midnight!

Raising up the reviews for that, but the hours are still rough.Reserved a car at Hertz online because I figure they’re generally dependable. My flight was delayed a bunch of times and instead of 5pm, I landed after midnight. I called a dozen times before we took off between 9 and 10pm to try and modify the reservation (too late to do it online). No one picked up any time and the voicemail box was full. Now I’m here in Atlanta waiting 30 minutes for an Uber at 1 in the morning writing this review expecting them to charge me $400+ for a car I won’t be able to pick up.FYI, Enterprise and AVIS were still open when we landed, but they were sold out.

At pickup the lady left a lot to be desired. We took the car and within 100 miles we were being shocked at how bad the drive was. We called customer service and had to take it to Tnn. airport for an exchange which took over an hour. On the way back home after 200 miles one tire had an air leak. Customer service had us go back 75 miles to Atlanta Airport to exchange for another car.. this took 2 hrs. and then 45 min. unload and reload. The staff at the airports were very nice but, the auto people and real people were not nice at all. We will never use Hertz again

As usual easy pick up & car process. There was a employee moving the cars around & he was really speeding for a garage area. I had issues with my car selection & received a lot of attitude when I asked him for the full size car I reserved. He said I could choose any of these but they were all small SUVs. Im 64 230lbs & I dont fit in a Buick Encore-ish type of vehicle. Plus there was 4 of us & luggage. I got my full size car then spent 25 min trying to check out. Exit lanes severely slow & had many employees leaving facilities through those lines too. One employee pulled all the way to the front passing at least 12 cars & forced their way in line.

If I could give them -5 stars I would. We booked and bought insurance through Expedia. After turning in the vehicle and returning home we noticed they charged us twice. We called and were told the second charge was for the extra insurance and because Expedia did not give them the full amount. We ended up paying $1000 for a 4 day rental. The agent we spoke to was extremely unhelpful and did not seem to care. Please if youre reading this use any of the other car services or if need be take the bus. The only thing this company will do is Hertz your wallet.

First of all, I had to wipe down the car using Clorox wipes because there were crumbs from previous user and dried up gunk in the cup holders. They took the liberty to round up my charges when they charged my card. I did not authorize that, nor was I asked. They also billed me additional unauthorized charges. I have been on hold for over 30 mins just waiting to speak with someone about the additional charges. When you return vehicle, youre at the mercy of whomever checks in the vehicle and you are not allowed to verify any information (gas tank being full, etc.) I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Absolutely horrible, when we arrived the line is wrapped around every turn stile and line created, not because it was Memorial Day but because they ran out of cars. They literally began telling people if you reserved today you will not get a car, after folks had already paid. We were able to get a car but we had to wait 2 hours until the previous owner returned it. Should have stuck with Enterprise. Atlanta Hartsfield airport location.

The service at this location needs help! I arrived to Atlanta on April 6, 2021 to visit family. My husband and I rent frequently from Hertz and he is a gold member. Upon entering the office there was nobody in sight. After pacing back and fort for about 20 minutes someone finally appears, the customer service representative then assists us and told my husband to go to the Presidents circle and pick any car that has a key. We went to a vehicle there was no key, after another 5 minutes we see an employee explain to him that we were told to pick a car it has no key. He pulls up our reservation and then offers us a small car. We responded by telling him our reservation was for a midsize vehicle/jeep. He tells us give him a minute and walks away. After an hour of watching several people come after us and get vehicles; I went inside to the representative and express my frustration, he then goes out and tries to find a car. Then just leaves us there for almost 2 hours waiting on a car. Thank God for a young lady name “Sweet” who came off break and assisted us by letting us know there weren’t any clean vehicles available due to them being short staffed. Which is this was told to is from the beginning then we could’ve possibly made other arrangements! Her customer service was awesome as for the other employees it was piss poor!!! My family and I travel often and have never experienced this craziness before. Not sure if we would rent from this location again

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is absolute trash. Customer service is terrible. We had to wait over 2 hard to get a vehicle that was reserved a week in advance. What is the point of the reservation? Why would we need to wait when Hertz knows when to expect us and what vehicle we requested. The only thing that was said was sorry, you just have to wait. Worst experience so far. In the ‚Gold‘ section only small SUVs. I reserved a full size sedan, found exactly one. Fuel level between E and 1/8. I thought you expect customers to rent a car to drive it. Wouldn‘t it be better to fill it up then? At the checkout I was told they will note it is 1/8th full as they cannot do lower. I just hope the previous renter was not charged the crazy refueling rate for dropping off the car empty as the location apparently does not fill it up before giving it to the next customer.

My significant other and I experienced the worst rental car transaction with Hertz at Hartsfield International Airport in Atlanta. Upon arrival to the Hertz ticket counter there was no formal introduction by the solitary staff member working: She stated “ Name, Drivers license and Credit Card”. Upon furnishing her with the information the employee begins to admire my boyfriends credit card and exclaim how much she desires to have a card like this one day. She then processes his information without asking any further questions and proceeds to tell him that the vehicle is being cleaned and will be ready shortly. She then leaves to take a dinner break while approximately 25 people are waiting in line for service. Ten minutes into her dinner break a different female employee returns to the counter and begins to accept patrons. After waiting patiently for 30 minutes we returned to the counter to inquire about an ETA for the vehicle to which we were told it’s still being cleaned. Forty-five minutes into waiting patiently the young lady who processed our transaction returns from dinner and calls our name to return to the counter. Unfortunately for us we were so exhausted ( late night flight) and angry (50 minute wait), my boyfriend signed the keypad and we left. Now we find out that we were charged $200 for insurance that we Never requested and were never asked if we wanted it. The credit card that the rental car was charged to comes with coverage for rental cars, so we Never accept insurance while traveling within the continental US. Hertz customer service, refused to refund our money. We feel completely blindsided and taken advantage of. We will never rent with this fraudulent company again. They exhibit predatory practices. “What a great way to encourage Americans to get out of the house and travel!” Crooks!!

Highly recommend - great customer service and ease of check in/check out at Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. Most efficient rental counter by far. I also like that you can now extend your rental via the Hertz app. Super easy car return as well.

One of (if not the worst) customer experience our family has encountered. Reserved vehicle weeks in advance however upon arrival no vehicles available. We had a 4 hour wait and even longer had we waited for our vehicle type to become available. Shame on us for trusting the facility would have our reserved car seats in stock (so that we didnt have to travel with personal car seats). Even if we had a vehicle we would have to wait an extra day before the infant car seats were available to use the vehicle. No explanation other than we are busy.

Choosing Hertz was such a bad luck!First, Hertzs desk at the ATL airport closed at midnight. Our flight was delayed due to a technical issue of the plane. Everyone knows that flight delays are not unusual, and I was happy that the flight crew took the issue seriously and we arrived at ATL alive. However, it was past midnight, so we were not able to pick up the car (and we were not the only ones). I had to wonder, how could this be possible; what do they expect these passengers do?! I really wished I had chosen one of the other rental companies, whose desks were still open.But I didnt realize that it would get even worse.So we had to use taxi to get to our hotel (a 1.5 hour drive) to take care of some business the next morning. Then I took a taxi again back to the airport to pick up the car, only to be told that my wife was the only person to whom they would release the car. It didn’t help that the reservation had both our names on it. It sounded like the problem was somehow because we paid for the rental up front, which doesnt make any sense at all! In the end I had to rent another car from another company.Overall, Hertzs twisted policies substantially impeded us from carrying out the goal of our trip. We had to spent more than $1200 outside budget for getting another car plus the taxi fare, and the time it cost was almost a full work day. Moreover, Hertzs representatives was not helpful at all. They did not answer our repeated phone calls before I went back to the airport. The person at the rental desk was very arrogant throughout our interaction. She was utterly inconsiderate of how much our trip had been negatively affected. Even if she couldnt help us, at least she could show some empathy and be a little apologetic.

Ive been a Gold Member for many years, and am currently Presidents Circle status. It means nothing. There were about 10 cars to choose from. Asking to speak to a manager about a policy issue resulted in an aggressive man basically telling me they didnt care about my business, grilling me to see if I understood what Hertzs policies were. And while the managers are hiding away out of sight in a back room, theres a line of about 100 people trying to pick up cars in the main rental car center. Turned the car back in immediately and rented from the Enterprise location in Buckhead. The staff there are professionally dressed, they all sit and work out in the open, and they were very happy to put me in a vehicle with a smile and a thank you. Any wonder that Hertz, once the king of the rental car companies, is in bankruptcy and a secondary player now? What a pitiful experience.

They handled the long customer line very well and got vehicles to everyone including me in an orderly fashion. I understood that they were short on cars and staff but they made sure that everyone had a vehicle in less than 30 minutes.

The agent was very short with me. When I appoarched the counter I asked Do you have any car rentals available? He immediately said NO. He didnt offer any solutions,recommendations to say the least. Because I missed my flight with four younger kids. I didnt stop there i immediately got online. To my surprise HERTZ was the very first that showed availability. I would encourage anyone to search first. Im normally good with recording names,however I didnt do so this time because the feeling of frustration was overwhelming

I rented a 12 passenger vehicle and when I got to the location to pick it up I had to wait a hour because the keys was locked in the vehicle. After finally getting in the vehicle on my way to my Airbnb the tire light popped on so I aired the tire and went about my way. The next morning the tire light was on again so I called this location over 30 times and everytime I got a full voicemail so I decided to come back and switch out the vehicle and waited over 2 hour and still ended up with a vehicle that doesnt fit all my passengers 🤬. This was the worst rental experience ever

I keep getting charged for rentals that are not in my name. Hertz customer service, which has an accent so heavy I can barely understand them, keeps telling me they cannot do anything and that I need to call my CC company. The charges are all $1400 or more and have now exceeded my credit limit while on vacation. That is racking up fees and is causing confusion as the hotel is on the same card and pending. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I wouldn’t recommend Hertz to my worst enemy.

On July 8th the rental I was in was repoed with all of my belongings including my drivers license and over $500 worth of my stuff, I went straight to the airport location where they didn’t know where the car was, also called their vehicle control center to track the car and they just kept saying I needed to wait 24 hours for the updated location, next day I call and they originally stated I now needed to wait 3-5 business days for a location of the vehicle, then all of a sudden I was notified that the car had already been rerented out 10 pm the night before but all my belongings would be at Atlanta airport location, I have been to the Atlanta airport location where the car go towed to and also to the, tow lot it was at previous to being towed there, my belongings are no where to be found it’s like it just vanished and no one has any further steps for me but to file a police report but basically ALLL MY THINGS GONE AND ME STUCK IN GEORGIA! DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ DOLLAR OR THRIFTY!!

Reserved car via Dollar rental car in ATL. Reception was luke warm. There were three check in people. The gentlemen who checked us in was very slow and lacked the computer skills to expedite the check in process. The onsite price was higher than the online reservation. Another Dollar staff person had to intercede in order to correct and process our rental. She was very skilled and knowledgeable. The car was clean inside, but there was some light exterior damage. The car also had a service needed message on display. Car drove well with no issues. Stayed local, not a lot of driving.

The insensitive manner in which my husband, an avid Hertz renter who travels a great deal for business all over the U.S.,was handled by a manger, with an obvious lack of professional training who does not believe all customer should receive the same form of service, speaks volumes speak discourtesy on the merit and conduct of this company.Firstly, upon my husband’s arrival he approached an employee named Brandon, in search of assistance with his rental, and was greeted with pure sarcasm as well as a sneer and condescending tone as though my husband’s concerns were not of importance. Brandon revealed himself to be the Manager upon my husband’s request to be spoken to in the same respectful manner he was displaying .My husband was finally given his rental to only notice that the charges based upon his itinerary for 2 days were well beyond the the scope or range of justifiable accessorial charges on his contract.My husband is in Atlanta for an important business matter and he spends a substantial amount of money with your company. Therefore, he deserves to be treated in the same manner and with the same values your company portrays to stand by.As a result, I would like this situation sorted out and my husband’s fees for the course of his trip to be reevaluated and refunded.

Dont informed correctly and when I get there to pick up the car they refuse to rent a car because I dont have a mayor credit card or a plane ticket but they took my money from a debit card throughout the pay now in the internet when I make the reservation. I have to take a taxi to the airport to pick out the car and then an other to go back home because they refuse to give me the car that I have rent it through priceline.

Due to a shortage of cars at the Atlanta airport, the prices were higher than usual. We reserved an SUV for 4 days for just under $1000. The vehicle wasnt ready when we got there and we would have to wait even longer than the hour we had already waited so the lady said that we could upgrade for $100 and get a bigger SUV right now. We agreed to that and we were happy to get out of that zoo! It was insanely busy! Well, when we got the bill, it was $400 more than we expected because they charged us $100 extra a day. So we spent over $1400 for 4 days of renting a vehicle! I feel like the lady should have told us that it was $100 per day but we do bare some of the responsibility for not asking.

I originally rented a compact car for $10 a day thru Priceline. I ended up needing the car much longer because my mom had a stroke. When I brought the car back, I closed out with customer service who took care of any late fees, etc. I was soo appreciative. Seamless process and service.

There is no organization here! I was told to drop my car off and leave the keys in it! No receipt no exchange of info or anything then you turn and see a sign that says 250 charge of the keys are missing! I would love to know how they would know if the keys were missing or just taken by some random person walking by, which there were many. I looked around for 20 minutes before an employee walked up and started writing on a piece of paper as a row of people pulled up looking around just as confused as I was. I guess this is how the company does business. Why not even my pickup counter person was nowhere to be found as I waited for 53 minutes for my car pickup!
