Ive been taking my vehicle to A&Gs for a year now and I am very pleased with the service. From oil changes, to annual inspections, I feel like Im well taken care of by a trusting team of experienced professionals. Ive always taken my cars to Good Year and other chain dealerships. Im now paying a reasonable price and my car seems like it is in better shape.

I wouldnt take my exes car there or a person i dont like. The service there sucks they lie to you and leave your car unlocked outside so people can steal stuff out your car. I called to see about my car they said they was working on it right now i go by there my car still outside in the same spot. I dropped off my car at the beginning of the month now its 3 weeks later and i still dont have my car back. They said they waiting on some bands for the transmission. I called other transmission shops they all said 1 to 1 half weeks. Then I found out they dont fix them they send them out to a transmission shop. The transmission shop fix it guess what we had to rebuild your transmission. Now lm being charged 2,500 for a job that was 800.

Been using A and G for sometime now and I keep coming back. I have a fleet of cars and am very satisfied with their service.

Very unhappy my husband and i have taken our cars there for years, we took our truck there for a yearly inspection on a Wednesday (my car was a mess, paper throughout and my personal belongings moved), that sunday my car breaks down so i call the shop take it there and pick it up on wednesday morning noticing that the present my husband bought me went missing! 1,500$ earrings we called the owner (Grant) who said i was bitching (he has no idea i heard this) He has avoided my husbands texts and calls, and now said nothing can be done b/c the shop isnt responsible! Mind you i went to the jewelry store and got a copy of my receipt! Im sorry its not my fault you dont have control of your employees, and mine you probably no background check! Please dont take your cars to this place unless you want your personal belongings ran throu and things STOLEN!
