Ts is Great Been taking car of my Auto needs for years. Always completes the work in a timely manner. And is honest. I have been quoted work from other mechanics to find Out from Ts It was either miss diagnosed. Or cost was to high. Definitely would reccomend Ts Automotive. For your car care needs.

The service, expertise, and technology is top of the line here. Theres no razz-a-mataz with the building but the skill level of T and his workers is exceptional, hands down. T is fair, honest, and his prices cant be beat. He is a dying breed if mechanics that truly want to help people. I stopped taking my Mercedes and 2 Range Rovers to the dealers. T has all their technologies but for a reasonable price. He has areas to secure your car also.

I have to tell you that I have a great mechanic in Baltimore, MD and when my truck broke down in Coatesville, PA he was wary of having it repaired by anyone else. But, I wasnt driving, and couldnt leave my friend stranded in my truck, with no clue what to do or how to get back. Called Ts and a couple other places - FRIDAY afternoon the day before Labor Day weekend. Trisha said she could do it, after I told her it was probably the alternator. Got it there and Tyrone said it was a distributor. Fixed it all in four hours and for a great price (less than $500). I would pay a similar price in Baltimore. I have to tell you - just good people doing good work in a clutch situation. Highly recommended.

My husband loves this place. They are accommodating and provide wiick service at a resonable rate.

Has people there that dont know what they are doing. Dont ever go there for anything with exhaust or oil leaks, not even inspection. Go to Red Run Exhaust in Ephrata for any exhaust problems. Plus they dont try to rip you off for your money. Went to Ts Automotive for an exhaust problem which needed welding done and a lot of places in Coatesville do not do it. Ts Automotive charged me $100. Went to Red Run Exhaust for something else and was told that it needed replaced again due to it wasnt put on correctly. I was charged again for it. Come to find out that Ts Automotive put puddy on it and thats not how you weld. So it started leaking again. Went to Ts Automotive to tell them what happen and that I would like a refund for it and he (T - the owner) told me his workers did nothing wrong and he wasnt giving me my refund for it. He was very unprofessional and was rude. Got my car inspected there and I had to come back to the shop due to a noise that was not there before I brung it to them. I do not recommend Ts Automotive to anyone.
