The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Carson told me one thing about cancelling my insurance, which is I had to sign a paper. I told him to send it to me and I would sign it electronically. He stated he did not have the means to do it that way…by way, he could have cared less that I was canceling insurance with him…when I called the insurance company, which he told me to do, the insurance company told me they did not require a piece of paper to be signed AND he had to cancel it. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes with the insurance company. Then the insurance company had to call him, not once but twice, to cancel the insurance. I will never again use this company or recommend. Just poor customer service on Carson’s part and the insurance company.

This is a review for Brad Utleys rental properties:The property I lived in was not well kept. There was rats and roaches that we told them about many times in the 5yrs we lived there and they never did anything about either. We had to keep up our own place and never got a break in rent. When we moved out they came up with excuses as to why we wouldnt get our deposit back even though we went by every rule and we put up new stuff on our own dime and left them for them to have. I will never rent from them again

They do a great job for home and auto Im very pleased with their service😊👍

We tried getting a rental property from this company and they asked for a credit check and background check on a mediocre 2 bedroom house for $650 a month. I was turned down for not having bad credit but no credit. I have a spotless rental history and garenteed income. I guess they dont want good clean people in their homes that pay rent every month on time. Good luck to you with the welfare case youre probably going to rent to.

Told me for 5 days I was approved for a place to rent then all a sudden didnt get it after having my heart set on this place and Brad uttley wont speak with me or I probably would get it & I have no idea why
