Ever since Nicole left for what they say as a different position with this company the service has went downhill fast. The customer service is terrible and Joe himself is actually very rude. They are really good about wanting to make a claim that you pay for instead of going after the other party. When I explained to Joe that was his job to represent me he told me I could go find another company. And thats what we will do.

Tried getting insurence through them. Was basically told they wont do any business with a felon. And my charges are 8 years old. Way to go you guys. Its bad enough we are frowned upon with jobs and housing, but now you guys wanna frown upon us with auto insurence.
