My watch broke at the end piece. The pin bent and snapped. I was in and out in 5min. $20 repair. Nice guy. He does require an appointment but you can just call ahead.

I have been taking watches too Chester over 35 years and in the West side of Cleveland I wouldnt go anywhere else, He always worked on my Late fathers watch and My Moms Cartier and never had a issue .Knowing what a pain my Mother could be but Chester always took care of her, infact she wouldnt even let Cartier, Chicago touch it she only trusted Chester .I have taken my best watches along with my outdoor watches I use in every situation and never ant fogging of my Crystal .

Quick, easy and friendly. I just went into get a battery changed. It was cheap to get it done and the gentleman did it on the spot within a few minutes. I will get all my watch repairs and batteries changed here.

Beside putting my batteries in 3 watches I have. My watches were cleaned & Professional oiled. Very pleased with the watch repairman work experience. Batteries lasted for at least 3 years max.

I went to Chesters during my lunch hour and not only did I meet such a nice man but I was in and out of there in no time.He polished my watch and made sure to put a date stamp on the battery that he has replaced on it at a fraction of the cost if I were to have brought it to the mall.I am very happy with my visit and I will definitely come back again for any future repairs on any of my watches.

Chester knows what he is doing. I had my watch at 2 other watchmakers and they couldnt fix it. It was too complicated for them. He had it for 2 months (which is common for a watchmaker, you must be patient) and told me he had to disassemble the whole watch and fix what the other guys screwed up. The price was less than what I paid the other two to not fix it. I wont go anywhere else.

There are very few small business owners like Chester left in the country. I brought him a nice watch I own for a battery replacement. He fixed multiple issues with the watch I did not know about (bad springs holding the band) and he cleaned and lubricated the watch. The charge for all of these services was less than I would have paid at a location in the mall. Id recommend him to anyone needing any type of repair to a watch.

I recently broke a link on my Oakley 12 Gauge watch. I called Chester on a Saturday, and he told me to come on in, and hed take care of it. When I arrived, he dropped what he was doing, and tended to my watch immediately. The pins on the band were different than hed seen (he said they locked internally), but he was able to quickly overcome and complete the repair. He even took the time to steam clean the watch I wore in! A++ service, and very pleasurable to talk with! Thanks a million!

On the 1st of June, had 4 watch batteries replaced. Within 1 day, all 4 needed to be replaced again! Chester changed them again, only for more disappointment. 1 watch is keeping the correct time.Shoulda went to TOWER CITY and followed my instinct. Woulda saved time & gas.

This pace is amazing. I have a 4 years old Tissot watch thats working for time to time. I told him I needed this watch ASAP and Chester did order the parts and finish it in a week! He even polished it for me. I feel bad that I didnt tip him...After a few months, my watch was not working properly again. I took it back but Chester said it was working okie according to his equipment. However it is not. I asked him whether there was warranty for the parts he bought and he said no...Im disappointed. I spent 60 dollars to fix my watch but it only worked for 2 months.
