Kind of laughing at the bad reviews. Seems odd anyone would want to positively rate a company that towed their car. Such is life. At any rate, these guys helped get me out of a Cleveland Clinic parking garage (on level 4!) at a reasonable rate. The other tow companies being dispatched by my roadside assistance were charging me extortionate rates trying to capitalize on my misfortune. The employee Scott was upbeat and even helped push (not easy) my car to a point it could be connected. The Director of Parking Services is the one I believe offered the referral to your company, so thanks to him as well. I dont want to have to use these folks again obviously, but I absolutely would. Thanks again.

Very reliable and FAST!Had to get my car towed on short notice. Called John at 9 am, he was across town, hooking my car up at 9:20. Done at a very reasonable price and John is very sweet. Saved my life.

Absolutely worst experience with the repair shop. The woman at the front desk is very nice and really did all she could.However, the mechanic was a complete jerk kept the car for 7 days just sitting on the lot, consistently lying everyday about when it would be ready. Paid a substantial amount to get it fixed and only received half of what was paid for. When asked for a receipt, the mechanic says he doesnt give receipts. Ha! If I were incompetent and lacked skill at what I did neither would I. #DontGoHere.

Advanced Towing of Cleveland Ohio is a top notch, best rated company in part because of rapid customer service, great prices and the people working there, Johnny and Vic are most helpful, and they give me first rate friendly service and very professional!I 100% recommend Advanced Towing for your next tow, long distance or quick breakdown towing, and they have flatbed towing for bigger trucks, etc.

Be careful of the Tony guy that works there. Guy just stopped answering my calls when he owed me a refund of $60 for a part. I wouldnt recommend.

HATE!!!!!!! this place I had them tow two cars after Thanksgiving back to back the tow truck driver lost the keyless entry remote so when I ask him about he dummy up and said I did not give it to him they are not responsible beware I will never go back HATE THIS TOW CO.
