I called on Monday afternoon. I was told they would call me within an hour to arrange pickup, but there were two other vehicles in front of me. We ended up arranging for first pickup on Tuesday morning. The driver, Frankie, was wonderful! The customer service was both responsive and communicative. I even called to let them know that my experience with them was great, hence posting a great review. Thanks!

Opens at 8am on Saturdays and it is now going on 12pm and phone line is still busy I’ve been calling for 2 hours that’s very unprofessional

They picked up my junk car with flat tires and a junk battery, was in and out quickly, Driver was very polite.

Never came but kept answering the phone with an attitude
