They fixed my brake line very fast. The owner is very knowledgeable. My tire gave me an estimate for 1500.00 J&E fixed and charged 1/10 of the price.

This is a sorry representation of customer service. If I could rate 0 I would.This company was dispatched to me for a tow. Rescue Plus said 60 minutes at 7:37a. At 7:55a I called to provide landmark info and was informed they were in downtown Cleveland in traffic. It is 9:55a and no show. Im 20 minutes from downtown.

I only gave it a 1 star because I couldn’t rate it a ZERO. The guy fixed my tire rod, and told me my brakes were bad, turns out my brakes are not bad, and that I need another part fixed.Not to mention when he was fixing my tire rod, he was bamming on it so bad it broke my front drum, instead of him getting the proper part needed to remove my tire rod, he just sat there constantly bamming on it. 👎🏾

Called this company after hitting a large piece of ice on the highway outside of Mayfield and was told they would be 30 min. Even though I could have done this myself I figured it was worth the cost to have someone come out considering the road conditions and weather. However, after waiting an hr I called back to be given a BS story and told it would be another 20 min. 20 min later no tow truck, called them back and got no answer. Thus, I decided it was time to do it myself. Half an hr later the spare was on, I was on my way and still no sign of a truck. Called back again to cancel and yet again no answer. BAD SERVICE; I do not appreciate being lied to!!! If someone was low on gas and not dressed appropriately in single digit temperatures it could become a dangerous situation quickly. CALL SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR TOWING/SERVICE NEEDS!

Jason the “owner” needs training in customer service even after “40 years” of experience. Jason was very rude and hung up the phone when asked about an ETA. He had explained he was getting on the freeway which was a minute from my location, after 10 minutes passed and no truck in sight my friend gave a call back. He was rude and hung up the phone. When it was expressed to him that She did not appreciate him hanging up he began telling her that “i said i was getting on the freeway shouldn’t that tell you how long”? And that if she didn’t stop talking to him he was going to pull over and drop my vehicle back on the side of the road. He was dispatched to us from AAA. Just because you own the company that doesn’t mean speak to your customers any way you feel. We weren’t disrespectful so the disrespect he displayed was uncalled for. If you can find another tow company please do!!!
