Locked out of my vehicle! Had to call my sister in Atlanta from someone’s phone, she called North & South, “NOAH” he was fast to arrive, fast to get my door unlocked and very nice. Would highly recommend North and South “Noah” !

Great service ! Lady on the phone was extremely helpful and patient even helped me to find a mechanic to meet my needs. Driver arrived fast and was very friendly. He waited for my ride to arrive since I preferred not to ride due to covid. Will definatly use them again if I have trouble.

Josh arrived quickly to recover my broken down truck. He was very friendly and professional and took great care of my truck. The rate was very reasonable as well. I will definitely call them again if I need a tow.

My son called to request a tow as he was broke down and Specifically asked if he was able to ride back with them. He was told yes. He waited for over 2 hours. They showed up and told him they could not pick him up. I called and asked why she stated driver had a trainee.. I expressed that someone should of called back and expined this as we were not in town and he was told he would be able to ride back. The girl was very rude and said well we can just cancel. Son ended up stranded for over three hours until someone could get to him.. Will NEVER use this service again.

Fair minded and economical for the services rendered

Owner Charlie of North and South stand behind his company even if his employees had done wrong. That is integrity and I would definitely recommend this company just from that.

Horrible service. Horrible attitude. Very shady people. How Horrible for them to try to take advantage of people in my situation especially during this time. Then when trying to ask for management, the same snake said he was in charge. I believe his name was Richard. He towed the truck And was the main guy I dealt with. Hes a Horrible representative for this company.

Our SUV died while driving in Cohutta, GA tonight. Ive never had to have a car towed before so didnt know what to expect. Progressive insurance called these guys. They were super professional, on time and courteous. Jenny, the tow truck operator was PHENOMENAL. We were cold, our car completely disabled, and didnt know what to do. North and South towing came to our rescue. THANK YOU!

Best tow service in town

I would like to thank David, I had a bad experience about 8 months ago. He told me to make up for it— If I needed a tow in town he would help me. Well that day came yesterday. I called and reminded of David’s word. It was honored and I was taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need.

This towing company was HORRIBLE. I had to use them because of that is who my insurance sent out. My husbands truck died at Bradley Wellness Center. He works night shift so I waited with the truck. First they went to the WRONG vehicle and blamed on it insurance. They called me asking how to get from the front to the back of the parking lot.. its all connected only thing they had to was drive. I gave them the key to tow the truck to my house, because I had to go get my kids. They parked the truck at an extremely odd and inconvenient angle in my driveway. But the cherry on top was THEM LOCKING THE KEY IN TRUCK AND BLAMING IT ON US. The man wouldnt even deal with us. He told the dispatcher that the key was in the truck when he got the truck and that they didnt lock it in the truck that we did. They did not want to help to us at all.

I cant remember the guys name who saved me and my 1 year off the side of 75 right as soon as you come into Tennessee on mile marker 15.8 lol but about just over a week ago he towed us to the nearest place we could take my jeep. Was super nice and friendly. Helped me and my son out alot. Definitely highly recommend them🙌🙌🙌🤗🤗🤗
