This company is overpricing people who already do not have money to pay for a tow. Even if your car is registered to park there, they are only looking for the parking pass and will tow your car at 3am which is the best opportunity for them to make money. Why not tow at 8am or 5pm? Because this would give someone an opportunity to move their car, thats why! Please Park in your registered area and make sure you have your parking pass, these people are unprofessional and do not care about anything but making a fast buck from the disadvantaged.

They towed my moms van at 2:50 in the morning. We park on the side of the building all the time. But now it’s a fire lane. But no sign of fire lane on the pavement or anything. No notices saying we can’t park on the side at all. Horrible. I came outside and he pulled off fast.

Towed my car from the parking lot of the apartment building I live in and overcharged me. This company is sketchy as the number they have listed doesn’t work and they only accept cash payments. I advise anyone who deals with them to report their fraudulent behavior.

They illegally towed my car on a Friday night. Couldnt get car until Monday. Sign posedt on the other side of street. Number listed does not work. Can get in contact with anyone.They lie and say the apartment manger had it towed which is a lie. They charged a different price than what is listed. If this happens to anyone else you should probably sue. They are predatory towing company. Ive seen them sitting in the parking lot with their lights outlooking for people to run into their apartments so they can tow their car. Very ghetto and janky.

I wish it was something lower than 1 * they are horrible the guy hung up on me while I was talking to him I came in there too speak to him in person he didnt say a word he hid behind his computer the whole time they wrote All Over the driver side of my windshield and told me they have nothing to wipe it off and that I have to drive to AutoZone to get something to clean it.Then she went on to tell me that they dont even have paper towels just personal paper towels and close the door on me. They told my car for my own parking lot and try to charge me $200 to get it back

Absolutely the worst business/company I have ever dealt with!!I was not told that it was cash only before I used Uber to get my illegally towed truck. Even with offering to leave my cell phone, purse, passport and wallet, they still would not let me use my car to go to an ATM. Instead, they made me walk down Lee road in 97 degree weather to find an ATM.Unacceptable behavior.

Cant see from the street because no signs are posted. Had to drive through mud and chuckholes to recover my car. Highly expensive.

My friend had her car towed while and he car wasn’t parked overnight. I don’t get how a towing service has the nerve to be closed on the weekend and still tow a persons vehicle with their personal belongings inside and not have chance to get it before not be I get able to have you vehicle for an entire weekend. I really hope this company gets enough lawsuits to be put out of commission. Trashy, they know dang well they wouldn’t want what they do, done to themselves
