Come in to get pampered and was definitely not happy I dont like the poor work on my nails and the for the price it shouldve been done better. One left polish and powder under my nails and the other left wax on my face. My friends and I asked for 2 mani pedi combo nails dipped brows waxed. Shouldnt have been but 100 bucks maybe a lil more but 170.00 come on it shows clearly mani pedi combo is 46

I have been a regular at this place for a year. I went in for a fill in and polish change which polish change I’ve always been charged $10. I was charged $70 for a fill in and polish change. I was told I was charged $25 for polish change which has never happened. It’s bad enough to wait 3 hours before leaving after arrival. There was no heads up if price had changed for polish change so that was pretty ridiculous for a regular customer. I’ll be looking for a more professional salon bc they don’t deserve my business any longer if they will make up prices as they go!

The staff at Perfect Nails & Spa on Treasury Drive SE were very nice. I needed a pedicure and enjoyed the services provided by the technician. This location had other clients getting manicures & pedicures as well. I highly recommend their serviced.

Bella is the ONLY person I allow to do my nails because she takes pride in her work. Not only that she does any design that I show her with ease. She is super friendly and professional. I highly recommend her. Even when she gets busy she still does her best. I appreciate the beautiful personality that comes along with her great talents.

The technicians were excellent. It was the best mani/pedi I have ever had. The only drawback was a male employee spoke to a woman on speaker phone for a long time in pedicure area. Most of the time their voices were louder than background music .When I mentioned it took away from the experience when I paid, the technician pointed to the door for me to leave.

I’ve been going here for 3 years and Alex and Karen have done my nails. Not sure what happened but they no longer own it and the new nail techs that took over are horrible. I’ve had my nails done twice by them so far and never have I had the problem of them popping off with Alex or Karen and since the new people have done my nails, they pop off like press ons. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m not longer wasting my time or money here. I will definitely be finding a new permanent nail salon.

Always very fast and does a beautiful job! Karen, her husband, sister, all do a great job! Tip them well, they deserve it!

Ive been several times since October, Alex has done my nails twice and did great. The other times a different lady (not his wife) is done them and shes cut my finger more than 3 times. The last time she filed my nail bed down to far and caused it to bleed. All she says is Im sorry never offers a discount and Im clearly bleeding. Ill request someone other than her from now on.

I Went Here Super Excited To Get My Nails Done But Since This Covid-19 Stuff Going On My Son Is Not In School So The Guy Said I Couldn’t Have Him With Me Even Though He Wear A Face Mask But I Don’t See A Problem When The POSTER On The Door Say CHILDREN UNDER 12 CAN’T BE SERVICED. But He’s Not The One Trying To Get Service So We Had To Leave! I’m pretty sure they don’t like kids being in there all together because I have went here a couple times and EVERY TIME I did I got the vibe of he’s not welcomed SMH ! Wouldn’t recommend 🚫

Andy did a phenomenal job! I got the Deluxe pedicure and he spent over 45 minutes massaging. It was wonderful. I am 36 weeks pregnant and it was the first time I have felt relaxed in weeks. Then he did a great job on my nails and made sure to check that the polish looked good and covered the entire nail which I appreciated. I could not have been happier!

Went to get pedi. And was told to pick out color, when I picked my color the lady told me they only do gel color to pick another color. So I walked out. If you only do gel then take regular polish down. Never going back there!!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. I went in on Saturday March 23, 2019 to receive a pedicure with my mom and the guy that did my pedicure kept cutting at the corners of my big toenails and telling me I had an ingrown nail (as a kid I had ingrown nails 24/7 so I know what they feel like and how they feel when they’re just starting out, I didn’t have one). So here we are 4 days later Tuesday, March 26, and now my toe is very hot to the touch and swollen and clearly infected. I wouldn’t advise getting a pedicure or any service here for that matter considering the poor treatment we were given to begin with. The girl doing my moms pedicure had barely any clothes on to cover herself in a decent way, the guy kept jerking my feet/legs around and now this. Very disappointed in what has came from this.

My nail tech Nguyen, was in most ways dule and unsociable. He seemed to get extremely irritated when I asked him to make my nails shorter. After that he filed them down so short the tips of my fingers are sore where he filed part of my skin. Almost every nail is crooked when I asked him to fix it, he just ended up making them more crooked, there is also so much excess left under the nail its ridiculous. I definitely will NOT be returning or ever refer anyone to make the same mistake I did.

I asked for sunflowers and even showed them pictures. Didnt do well on it. Also never asked what shape I wanted my toes.. Also, they will get the gel polish all over your cuticles. It was okay but it wasnt great service.

I went in on a Thursday to get my nails done. I got home and realized there was dents in 2 of them, and come sunday one broke. Also, the man doing them was not very freindly at all so i wont be coming back.

Paid $70 dollars to get my nails && toes done. I showed them a design i wanted and it was terrible . My nails looked like a 2 year old did them had to go some other place to get my nails fixed i let them know they where messed up and the only thing they did was give me a %10 off . Im very upset.

Friendly and hardworking!

Took my wife to get her nails done and from the word go it was a bad experience. The tech was rude, She wanted her nails shaped, he didn’t do it, he completely chose a different color from what she asked for, and got hateful when she told him that wasn’t the correct color, and he sloppily painted them 1 coat of color and one clear coat and demanded for me to give him my card to pay before she was even done drying them, but to top it off they’re far from even. One side of her nails are longer than the other. Worst nail shop in Cleveland hands down and Cleveland has quite a few janky nail shops.
