My $165 gel manicure and gel pedicure was undeniably a lesson learned. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. I’m still cringing as I think about how this salon removed my gel; roughly scrapping what remained of my polish along with the top layer of my actual nail (this was after using the dissolver polish). Not to mention the poor quality of the painting/filing coupled with the owners lack of patience, which made this one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a nail salon. I typically believe that you get what you pay for. However, in this case it’s been very different.

Isabella at Serenity Nails was very sweet and kind. She went above and beyond to make my manicure a great experience. She went even further to make my first pedicure not be my last. I will most definitely be back. I love how my nails turned out. She even stayed over so I could get everything done in one visit and to make me feel safe during this Covid-19. Thank you Isabella. You are the best. Your newest customer for life.

First time I allowed my daughter to actually get a full set done instead of just getting a polish and the new guy at Serenity did a horrible job on my daughters nails, polish is not neat nails are curved as well as in even, some are short some are long I know my daughter has small hands but the nails do not match her hands I’m so upset because I’ve been coming here for years and it’s rare I have a problem.Ive called and left messages to Jenny about her nails and I still haven’t received a call or text back! But If you decide to get your nails done go see Kristen hit her up on IG @missmemuch she is amazing!!!! I will never go to someone else again!

Absolutely love coming to this salon! I work in retail and I’m pretty rough on them, and I’ve never chipped nor broke a nail. All my customers always tell me how cute they are! If you go, ask for Sam or Kristen!

Got recommended here. I hate leaving bad reviews especially for a small business, but I also hate wasting my money. I get my nails done 3/4x a month. Simple gel fills, sometimes having to get a new full set. I was having issues with my usual salon with scheduling and a friend reccomend me here. The technician Sam was super sweet. She seemed a little inexperienced but I chalked it up to her being young and new. So I got a gel fill. Black with matte topcoat which is 5 dollars extra. That is the norm for salons so no biggie. Well the next day I started getting a weird bubble in 3 of my nails and after washing my hands they all perled off! Wow gel never peels off. So I call and inform them, and I am told that I cant get in until later, when I am not available. Okay fine Ill come tomorrow. Within 24 hours 5 nails peeled and 4 totally broke off. I have been getting gel manicures for 4 years and never experienced this. I do not know if it is lack of quality products or inexperienced technicians. Needless to say, I informed someone at the salon about this and was NOT met with a resolution. (Like I dont know. Maybe fixing my $50 dollar manicure!) Went elsewhere. Fyi. Dont waste your time.Just seen the reply. Comical to say the least. Save your money girls!
