I have no complaints, only in the beginning she was getting my daughter & I names confused so it was becoming a problem with appointments.. but now problem fix & I love this new way they put the gel on over your real nails, its called dip & its amazing for the nails! They are pretty quick also with their appointments!

They kept putting acetone in the Polish to thin it out so they kept putting coat after coat. I waited my time for drying and left. Tell me why two hours after I left that I am still smudging!?! Terrible

Really disappointed, I made an appointment from Saturday to today, I arrived at the place and they were closed. Very disappointed that I had made my arrangements to be on time and they are so irresponsible.

Last time Michelle had done my nails she had scrapped my skin very bad off of all my fingers. After sending her in a pic she apologized and offered to redo them. So I gave her another chance and went back in to get them fixed. Texted her the next day saying the black was peeling and she says sorry I cant see you anymore. We pay alot of my money for these services. Dont you think we should get taken care of?

I went 2 Sunday’s ago and my nails and my experience were great! I had a funny and insightful conversation with my nail tech and was so thankful they were open on Sunday.

If there was a possible way to leave 0 stars for the salon I surely would. I took my daughter in there for her birthday and we got pedicures. While we were there the nail technician overflowed the pedicure bowl with water pouring on the floor. Demanded that she moved her chair forward numerous times to the point she was smashed. Then another lady came in with a problem and the nail fact proceeded to scream at her the whole time the woman within their. I called this week with a manager and I was told dont come back a on . You can guarantee that I will not be back to that salon as this is bed my experience on 2 separate occasions. I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life. And certainly have never experienced a client being yelled at when they asked for something to be fixed. It would be in your best interests to find another nail salon and surely not use this one. Dont waste your money or time.

Sarah was so nice. I showed her how I wanted my nails to look like and she was happy to do it for me the way I wanted it, she even added some other designs to make it better. I love my nails it came out supper pretty. Im coming here from now on.

Please do not go there. Ive been going there for months and got overcharged purposely the entire time. What happens is theyll charge you a higher price, but put the price it should be in their books to keep their books balanced. The additional money could be viewed as tip money. I found this out, because I got into an altercation with one of the techs today. She told me how much the service I got cost, and I told her I was charged something else. She then had her daughter pull out the books, and in it was marked the actual price which was 28. Ive been getting charged 35, and unaware that Ive been getting overcharged. I thought the price has always been 35. If theyre doing that to me, then theyre doing it to others.In addition, their service isnt the best. I called and explained my dissatisfaction to someone over the phone and asked for corrections. I was told to come in and get it fixed. When I got there and re explained my corrections, I was approached with aggression. The tech yelled at me, and caused an unnecessary scene. She also told me that she will not do my feet again, and refused to fix what I asked her to. Keep in mind that I was very calm in my approach, and frankly taken aback by her responses to me. I will not be back and strongly encourage others not to go there either.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had an appt and still waited 30 minutes. The French tip manicure I got was clearly not done well, the paint was smudged and crooked. The tech became rude when I asked for it to be corrected. This is where the appt took a turn for the worse. I asked for a pink top coat as opposed to clear and was told it’s not possible even though I have got it there before and several other salons. this is not an unusual request. At this point I was told to go somewhere else if I didn’t like it. I calmly asked the tech to stop being rude to me it was unnecessary and he began speaking in Chinese and slamming around equipment and polish. I will not return.

I used to go here because I heard it was a good place. I became comfortable here. Until I realized this place is so rude and the employees pick by people they like not by who has been waiting the longest. I waited 4 hours! Yes I said 4 hours. They asked me to come back and I wouldnt lose my place and when I came back there was one lady ahead of me. And I waited so after the lady ahead of me I walked to my car for something and when I walked backed in and sat in my same spot they took like 3 people that walked in while I waited. I walked out and never looked back! This place is not worth my money at all! If you want a good salon keep looking because this place sucks!

I havent had an issue here. Ive been to 3 other salons and always come back to beauty nails. To me they are worth the money. I dont leave with messy nails. So happy they got new gel colors too.

I’ve been having trouble finding a really good salon for pedicures, what I always expect from salons is a nice soothing place and an artist that actually cares .. unfortunately I haven’t found any UNTIL NOW! My goodness I was unable to grab the ladies name who work on me but she worked so many great wonders! Because of her actually caring and taking the time to really massage my legs and feet IT TOOK MY EXCRUCIATING BACK PAIN AWAY! Not to mention the clean work she had done. she had the personality that makes you feel like you knew her forever I am so mad at myself for not coming here way before but I am here now and I love every bit of it! The lady is an older lady and she mention her daughter works here too .. beautiful lady with a beautiful personality!

I was just told to leave and go next door for service because I requested that the tech use a new file. This is another example of why black women need not patronize Asian establishments. Of course this is not all Asians, but there have been enough occurrences like this one to start spending our dollars elsewhere.

Went today 2/12/19, absolutely horrible experience... was my first time EVER getting acrylic gel nails done... completely the opposite of what I told the lady I wanted done . Not only did I show her the design and style I wanted done just for her to say at the end once she used the wrong color that she could not do the design... if I would have known they could not do what I asked I would of left . She did not have to lie and tell me she could. PLUS my thumb was sliced . I was so upset and angry and she new.... no discount, nothing.

Been here plenty of times and never had an issue, but this time around the girl who sits in the front by the register had a terrible attitude and rolled her eyes at me and my friend all because we told her that she put the wrong gel glitter polish on. We told her it was okay and never mind because I was in a rush, but she still had a very nasty attitude. Definitely changing my bridal party spa day to somewhere else.

I honestly dont know how they are still in business. The one that seems to be the owner or boss is rude. They take way too long. Waited forever and was told two of them are leaving. This was after I had been there an hour and nobody else was waiting at all besides me. My daughters full set took an hour and 45 minutes. Feel as if I was inconveniencing them by being there.

I’m from Cleveland; new to the area of Parma and decided to try a location in my new city. So I googled the nearest nail salons and chose this one because of the reviews. I usually go to fantasy nails and they have chrome, jewels, foil, and most importantly they use OPI nail polish. But again I wanted to go somewhere in my new city. So when I went into this nail salon, the first question I had was do you have chrome? She said yes. I showed her a picture on Pinterest which was a set of nails with chrome and asked if she can do this. She said yes. I’ll start off with it took a hour a 20 mins for her to complete my fill. She went back and filed 4x even after the nail polish was on. Some nails are fat, skinny, and one of them wasn’t even straight. The techs seemed to have attitudes when we are the customers who expect what we expect. So because I didn’t get what I expected. This is the reason for the two star! My nail polish has bubbles and I won’t be returning! I’ll drive 20 mins into Cleveland to get what I need done!

I was there yesterday. I have no complaints other than waiting. However, you wait every where you go, especially, on a Saturday.I would recommend this nail salon to others.

They are very rude and were rushing me and my friend to hurry to pick out our colors when we weren’t being slow. Also she wouldn’t let me pick out a different color when I wanted to change one of the colors of my nails. Me and my friend asked for a camo accent nail and showed her the exact picture of what we wanted and the lady did a swirl marble thing (it didn’t look camo at all). Also the lady would not tell us her name which was kinda weird . Me and my friend both got full sets and it took 3 hours all together. The nail lady was very messy with the acrylic and left acrylic all over the actual skin and used her real nail to try and clean it off which hurt very badly. The removal of nails was very painful and she dug her nail under the nail trying to remove it with out soaking it, would definitely soak and remove nails before coming to get a new set.I wouldn’t recommend going here.

I am not sure who the previous customers had while in this shop but they ARE THE BEST at pedicures. I can not think of the young ladys name who always do my pedicures but she is the BOMB! She removed all my dead skin and make sure my all my special requests( get skin around toes, get skin under toe nail) are completed.. if you need callouses removed, just ask! I love her.. never had a problem!

I wish I could give this place a negative star!I had a fill done on Friday 4/19/2019 and LOVED Michelle. She sprayed my nails to dry faster and then I sat under the dryer for another 15-20 minutes. When I got home my nails were sticky as if the nail polish was old ! The do not have an OPI brand just knock off which I should’ve known. My nails imprinted into my bed and left it all over my blankets. I called today and told them I couldn’t come until til 6 they said ok! I arrive at 550.. not greeted or seen by anyone until 645.. I’m furious but holding it in. When I went to get a different color the owner tells me you can only get the same color you had, I showed her the imprint of my blanket on my nails and it was still sticky. She did not care that I sat there for 45 minutes and did not care my nails were sticky. She told me it would be 8$ for a color change. IM FURIOUS... I said I will probably be back for the next two weeks everyday bc this nail polish is horrible and sticky. The lady put the nail polish on and had to do 4 I REPEAT 4 coats of this polish on. I had each hand in front of a fan in her station. Again I sat under the dryer for 15 minutes. Got home and BOoM so sticky it removes all the polish and clumps up. I’m in tears over this. I never received such horrible service. I will never go back to this place again. Horrible brand polishes that are ran down and sticky. The owner has no idea how to run a business, no communication skills or customer service skills. The place is a joke. You’ll regret going there. Now I loved it on Friday but second time I was fuming.

The WORST place to go to! Please save yourself the time and headache. For example, if you make an appointment, and even if you are early, that does not mean anything at this place. They dont greet their customers right away, they dont ask what exactly you want and how you want it, theyve gotten way too comfortable since taking over ownership from prior owners who had that place jumping! Theyre lazy, to put it nicely. Ive literally spent 4 hours on a manicure & pedicure there. I will never make that mistake again (because I HAVE given them plenty of chances when my consistent solon was too booked to take me; and I was rushing to get them done anywhere). There was a gay man who walked in, the ladies there started talking and laughing in their language. Just watching this from afar made me so disgusted with the place. Enough for me to never want to come back. If you ask for someone in particular, and theyre available, they will still push you off to someone else while the person you want is too busy eating away at their desk, playing on the laptop, or too busy texting. Mind you, there are only 3 employees there, and none use common sense. If you need a soak off and pedicure, it only makes sense to SOAK your nails off WHILE youre doing getting your half-ass pedicure, but instead, they are doing everything opposite which in return, is a HUGE waste of time. 3 to 4 hours for a mani pedi ??? Go to Sassy Nails or Anthony Vince if you want your nails done right before you waste an entire day there. Im so disappointment in how comfortable this place has become. Time is money. I feel like sending them an invoice for wasting my time and also doing a horrible job!!! Do NOT spend your money here. You WILL be pissed off.

Set an appointment for my girlfriend and she kept hanging up on me then I called again she said she put it down and hung up. Then my girlfriend gets there they told her I never set one up that she should just go next door to the other nail salon.

Very upset i paid alot of money for a full set of gel acrylic nails with design even paid extra to have extra gel on and tipped the girl who did my nails a very fair amount jere we are a week later and my nails are literally falling off i called and was very polite and asked if they would fix them of course for free since ita only been a week and i paid so much money and the lady tells me a price like are you serious do you guys not value your customers i will never go back

I never post reviews but this place is beyond rude. I got my nails done four days ago, two days ago the acyrilic broke off one and then off two more. I went to call to see about getting them repaired and received attitude when I asked to speak to a manager and was told shed be in later I called later and was told shed be in the next day called the next day and was told shed be in the next day after that. So at this point Im beyond irritated and the girl got an attitude told me I didnt have to go there and hung up on me. Horrible customer service from the guy who answered the first day as well as the girl who answered the day after. I will never be back. They were priced cheap but you get what you pay for nails that break after two days an rude attitude. Lets not mention both me and mother had to fix the shaping of our nails when we left.

When getting nails done for prom, a simple picture was showed the guy of ombré glitter. It was ONLY TWO NAILS THAT HAD TO BE DONE RIGHT. Now this guy had the audacity to paint half my nail with glitter as a three-year-old could do. Naturally, I was upset and asked to take them off THEN HE STARTED YELLING AT ME. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wasted their time? More like they copped me out of $50 and an hour of MY time. To top it all off, while crying, they told me to never come back. I sure as hell wont be and neither should you.

This place is horrible. The best nail tech there (Priscilla) is now gone. I went in one day, not knowing Priscilla was gone, and was desperate to get my nails done, so I opted to have another tech do them. I sat in a male techs chair and said I wanted a coffin shaped nail and he had NO IDEA what I was talking about. Ummmm... nevermind! They also were really horrible about writing down appointments when I would call in. Dont waste your time.

I went in for a pedicure and noticed while getting it that everything looked pretty dirty. I should have walked out because five days later I was at the Emergency Room with a bad skin infection in my foot. It was the worst pain Ive ever experienced. The health department needs to check them out. Ill never go back.

There was this old man there today never saw him before he was really rude even to the customer before me so when he started doing my nails I told him the shape after a while he said you u keep looking at your nails? Ent there yesterday and had for a fill and 2 broken nails. I told the chubby Asian girl with the sweaty hands to cut all of them down to make them even, also so I wouldnt have to pay for 2 nail repairs instead just a cut down. Well she didnt listen so she pop one of the broken nails off! I told the chubby girl that I did NOT want a repair to cut the rest of the nails down she replies ok and proceeds. My nails were finished and I went to pay and the bill came up to 23 and some change so I questioned her, and she became angry and told me that it was 16 for the fill, 3 for the cut down and 3 for the repair.... I said i didnt get a repair, which made her angrier and she starting to get loud and said the acrylic overlay for my thumb was considered a repair..... and the she said if i didnt like it to go somewhere else! I replied Hey dont get f*%cking rude with me I was asking a question! she again repeated herself even louder and I stopped her in mid sentence and told her she already said that and to finish my f*%cking nails!! so she did!The issue was not the bill I had the money to pay and after the rudeness I STILL TIPPED!**The chubby Asian girl has sweaty hands and should wear gloves because it is gross when she touches your hands!!**The shop has the occasional crotch rot smell!**The shop is not cleaned all the time and I wouldnt be surprised if the couch contained bed bugs so beware!Never have I been treated rudely by anyone else in that shop! But I will not go back because of the chubby Asian girl with the sweaty hands!

Im not happy at all. My nails were not filed straight I had to correct her on it, the polish looks clumpy and wavy, I have acrylic all over my cuticles. Going somewhere to get them repainted.

They treat people horribly. They try to over charge and not explain why. They are unsanitary and unsafe. Never and I repeat never go here!

I went in for a pedicure I was charged 52 dollars and was given terrible service. they never removed calluses, or used lotion, and when I said something they told me to just get out. Very rude and over priced. I stopped payment on my bank card and called the state board of cosmetology.
