My mother and I have tried many nail salons in Cleveland over the past few years, and we have finally found the best! Mai was wonderful and her attention to detail was fantastic! Highly recommend!

I went in and felt a little overwhelmed because I have neglected my feet. Mai was so nice and friendly and said that is why I am here. She was very personable and chatted with me. She told me to let her know if she was rough and she was great. She very attentive to me and I felt like heaven. I did a manicure pedicure and got my eyebrows done. It was a little more than other nail salons in this area but I feel like the extra attention I was given made up for it. I told her I felt very very spoiled and would be back. I told her that she would be my go to from now on. Ive never been to a nail salon and felt so comfortable being there. I would suggest this place to anyone and everyone.

Purchased deluxe pedicure. Menu said longer leg and foot rub, my feet never got touched. As for callus removal, it was no different then just a foot scrub.

My daughter and I visited Mai Nail Spa this morning for a “Mommy and Me” spa day and loved it. Luu treated my daughter like an adult - giving her a complete experience vs just the kid’s treatment we have received at other salons. This is so important to me because as far as I’m concerned, she’s a paying customer as well. From the clean and inviting space to the awesome massage and fantastic service, we were extremely impressed and will definitely return. Thank you Luu!

This was our first time here and I will be back for sure. I had a pedicure and a 15 minute neck massage from Kym! She did an excellent job on both! I was so relaxed after the massage, and she did a beautiful job on my pedicure. She ask me if I wanted some pretty daisies painted on each big toe for summer. I love it! Will definitely be back to have pedicure and massage! Thanks Kym, I am so relaxed!

They actually got me and a friend in early and was super nice. I am in love with my fingers and toes. I usually dont do girly things but it was a great experience.

This is honestly the best nail salon I have been to in Cleveland!! These ladies are the best and my nails always look great!!!

Me and my friend went here for a change as we usually go to zen and zen has gotten busy. We were talking with the people that were doing our nails and they were nice, not rude. We got acrylics. But after one week, my friends nail broke then mine did too. So I went back to get it fixed and she told me it was normal. Then, literally a day after, my thumb nail broke on the other nail. Their prices are also a little bit on the pricey side especially if they break after one week. The nails I had at zen lasted for a month and they were $10 cheaper. Kinda sad and disappointed. Thought I’d change nail places but I guess not. UPDATE: I took them all off already and so did my friend, and both of our nails are much more damaged than I’ve seen from acrylics. 🙁👎

Excellent service! Mai is very friendly and helpful with figuring out what service to get! She doesnt try to make my visit more expensive for services I dont need. That is very annoying in other salons!! My boyfriend and I both had extremely lovely pedicures today. I will be back tomorrow to do my nails and get a wax! It is worth every penny you spend here! Im visiting from Florida and am very picky on nails salons. They exceeded my expectations!! Thank you for the wonderful service.

I was here visiting from Australia and only stopped by this nail spa as I was passing through the area. I do my nails regularly in Aus and have never experienced anything like this - it was amazing! Im super happy with my nails..if only I lived in the area, it would be my regular!

It was mine and my sisters first time there. We wanted to stop and get our nails done before we had to pick my kids up from school. The lady came to the desk and asked us to go run some errands and come back, even tho there was only a few people in there. So we told her we couldn’t come back, but we would be willing to wait. She handed us her business card and said “sorry then” and made us leave. We was appalled at how we was treated. We took our business to zen.

My daughter and I walked in for impromptu pedis one afternoon. Mai greeted us warmly and professionally and we had excellent service from two different technicians. At the last minute, my daughter added a nail gel polish and Mai accommodated her without hesitation.The setting is lovely, relaxing and sterile to level that Ive yet to experience at other salons (all instruments are opened from sterile packs and the foot bath is covered with a plastic lining before water is added). Mai certainly seems to have thought of everything to ensure her customers have a excellent experience. We will definitely go back!

I had my eyebrows done there a couple of weeks ago. It was done in a private room which made it very relaxing. Plus she did a fantastic job. I will be going back.

I agree, Mai is sweet and professional, HOWEVER when she is not at the salon some of her staff can be very rude! I recently had my nails done at this salon. I was handed over to a new woman because my regular person was too busy cleaning out her purse to take my appointment. This woman wasnt rude but my polish had streaks and my cuticles were painted. The staff sensed that i wasnt happy & kept saying they look pretty, as if Im blind. I tried to call Mai herself to handle this and someone there pretended to be Mai and wouldnt put her on the phone! Im tired of being a loyal customer and paying good money, for bad attitudes and okay service.

My girls and I have been multiple times since their opening for pedicures, gel polish and I have acrylic nails. We have always been treated well and received excellent service. Mia is a sweetheart and very professional.

Upon arrival, everyone seemed really nice. My husband and I picked out our services and we sat down right away to get started. Mai was doing my nails we were having small talk about being from California...all was well. Another customer came in and mai stopped working on me to work on her. That was fine (I GUESS) because she had me get my pedicure done. So when I went back to get my nails finished she had an attitude. Not friendly at all...no more small talk... just silence. She kept pulling my hands and twisting my fingers hard. She cut me and I looked at her and she didn’t say sorry she just said stop moving. I was already not moving. So it became a little more awkward. At the end I asked if I could change the polish on my toes and I was told I had to pay $12 to change the color. I haven’t even paid for the pedicure yet. So she walked me over to dry my nails. I asked why is the price so high to change polish that just got painted? She very rudely replied (with a head roll and smirk) because that is what we charge. I stated that is high. She said something else rude and walked off. So after I dried my nails we left and two nails messed up. I was told I had to wait 30-40 mins for her to fix it because she was working on another customer. Wait—didn’t she stop working on me to work on someone else???? My nails are nice and I liked Kim and the husband. Mai turned me off of this place. I thought I found a regular place to get my nails done at. Apparently not.

First time visiting. My mom and I walked in for manicures and pedicures. They were able to take us fairly quickly. Its decorated beautifully and the atmosphere is nice and calming. Both women who were working (one older and one younger) were very nice. My mom chose to get Dip/powder French nails. The younger woman did her. She was quick, but you can tell the clarity of the nail has some small air bubbles. I got a gel mani. It was quick... a little too quick. My cuticles were cut in three spots, which isnt a major issue, but my gel wasnt smooth at all. It is extremely pitted on every nail. My mother, who is a retired nail technician, said she would not have let a client walk out with gel nails that looked like this. I was very disappointed as I have gotten gel nails many times and never had an issue like this. My mother is currently fixing them.The pedicures we chose were hot stone pedicures. They have nice massaging chairs and they were very cleanly! I enjoyed the amount of time they spent massaging, and the products they used were nice. Again the young woman painted my moms toes and they looked nice. No issues. I got French toes and they were okay. My left big toe looks much pinker than the rest since it was the first one that got painted and the smile lines are not cut cleanly.Overall, it was a luke-warm experience. They do have nice points in their service, but for the price I paid, I expected better.

By far the best nail salon in Cleveland, atmosphere is fantastic and the attention to detail is phenomenal!!!!!

One other person there having pedicare, it took 30 min for her to ask which mani i wanted i said the express which said 35.00 after she did it would be 60.00 because I wanted gel, i said oh no I can get one down the road for 35.00 I had to leave, too expensive for a express mani for me :((
