Studio Palmieri is fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone living in CLE or visiting. I have been to visit Vanessa twice now for tape in hotheads hair extensions and shes fantastic. The first visit Vanessa removed and reapplied extensions Id already had for a little while and then this most recent visit she removed my old extensions and put in a completely new set of hotheads. They look amazing and Vanessa is extremely kind, gave me great placement and volume with the extensions. She really knew my hair.Both Vanessa and the staff bent over backwards to order my new extensions and get me squeezed in for a last minute appointment before I was leaving town. Thanks Vanessa and everyone who helped out at Studio Palmieri! Ill be living in a different city but will continue to come back and see Vanessa at Studio Palmieri.

Kara is amazing! Always takes great care of me whether its cut, color, or both. And she is so fun! I feel like Im with a friend. The reception staff are all so lovely. They offer to take your coat, get you something to drink, and truly greet you warmly. The whole experience is wonderful. You feel pampered. Like youre in a salon or spa. I highly recommend them. I searched for a new hair stylist when I moved here. The search ended when I met Kara. It seemed like she knew me and what I wanted for my hair. 5 stars!!!

Ive been going here for a few months now. I see Dena, and shes absolutely amazing. She does a cut, color and tone (platinum) every few weeks. I always am amazed by how well she does. I definitely recommend seeing her. Drew is another amazing stylist who does specializes in men cuts. You cant go wrong with anyone here.

I had a wonderful experience with Kelly. All of the staff are very friendly and am really enjoying the hair cut. I would definitely recommend this place for a downtown Cleveland haircut.

Love Crystal. Great stylist. The air conditioning situation needs to be fixed. I have been in the salon over the past month three times and the air is not working properly. It is very uncomfortable in the salon at times. Please take care of the issue. Love the salon, the heat, not so much.

Had cut and color done here. Kelly did a great job. I absolutely love it, beautiful. The salon was clean, well kept and all staff were professional and kind. Excellent experience!

Rob IS THE BOMB! My regular beatician is Nikki who is amazing but when she isnt free i will def see Rob again. He knew what I wanted before I even said it- very friendly ans extremely courteous and his prices were very affordable!

I havent had a haircut I liked in over a decade. I had completely given up on the notion that I every would again. Im always disappointed. I freakin LOVE this haircut. I dont know how, but it was like Crystal, my stylist, was in my head. She exscexec my vision perfectly and Im now heartbroken that I cant make her my regular because I live in Denver. My husband and I were just in town visiting for the holidays. He found this place on a whim because we were sitting around in tower city waiting for my family to meet us and had time to kill. I had told him before we left CO that I needed a decent haircut while we were on holiday. I havent cut my hair since the summer. Im so glad he found this place! Thank you again Crystal for the outstanding service and my new favorite haircut!

The staff here is friendly. The space is clean, they always offer a beverage when you check in to help you relax. The appointment reminder system is helpful and texts you a day or two before.

Kelly does a fantastic job here, and overall nice experience every time I go to get a cut.

They fit me in at the last minute 7pm night before an important day. So awesome!! Great salon.

Cannot recommend this location enough. In addition to the best haircuts Ive ever had, Studio Palmieri also has an excellent atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ive had Kelly as my stylist for almost a year and could not have asked for a better experience each time.

Dena did a practice updo for my sons wedding. She was great!! She made both the MOB & MOG feel relaxed and comfortable!!

Had my hair done here for a wedding. I showed my stylist 2 pictures of what I was looking for. She proceeded to curl my hair with a flat iron. I had kinks in my hair from the iron and had to tell her to fix it. As she continued to style my hair it looked nothing like what I wanted. I told her and she told me my hair was too short to do what I wanted. Mind you the picture was about the same length. She attempted to do the style again after looking at the picture. Total failure! I can tell she was fed up and tired and her work showed. I was over charged for a style I can do myself and all those curls she worked so hard on fell out 3 hours later. Not to mention the 4 pins she put in my hair didnt hold either. I went home to redo my own hair as well as 4 other girls in the wedding that had their hair styled there too. I would rate my experience at 0 stars instead of 1 if it would allow me. I feel famous hair could pull off something better than this girl did. Keep your money and or go somewhere else.

I was testing out a new hair salon, and decided to give Studio Palmieri a chance. I wanted to get a partial ombre, and since my hair tends to get pretty brassy when lightened I warned the woman doing my hair. I showed her several pictures before we began of similar hair to mine with partial ombre that I liked, as well as pictures of partial ombre that I did not like.I ended up with orange throw up hair. The bottom layer of my hair that is slightly longer in the back is much darker than the top layer. It looks like the stylist just threw a bunch of coloring on, leaving me with a massive ring of root color around the top, and then the bottom layer the same color as my roots as mentioned above. Definitely not a partial ombre.It was an abysmal job. I would not go back. The worst part is that I filled out a survey afterwards stating this and was never contacted even though I said I would like to be.

Its very difficult to find a great salon, and when you finally do, you stay! Ive had my hair cut and colored by Dena and Tamra, and each time Ive visited Ive had a stellar experience and gorgeous style. From all-over, high and low lights, ombre, and balayage, they can do it all! I also has the pleasure of getting my wedding day makeup done by Raven (I felt like a princess!) and Tamra styles my hair beautifully. Nothing smudged or flattened even through the August heat! Obviously I cant say enough good things about Studio Palmieri. My hubbs got his hair cut here and loved it, but appreciates the barbershop atmosphere and prices more than the Salon experience.

Came in for a hair cut at 7:15 pm and I was turned down because I didn’t have an appointment, despite the fact that the hair salon was empty and that it closes at 8 pm.
