Update to my review the manager was kind and told the tech she had to redo my nails and toes here is a picture of the toes and nails that match. I would give a five but the tech complained about it the whole time she made the correction. Thank you to the manager I am satisfied with my nails.

This was my first time going here and I only went because I saw they were opened on Sundays. It hasnt even been a week and my GEL polish which is supposed to last longer then regular nail polish has already began to lift. I was able to just peel it completely off. I dont even do any hard labor with my hands I work in a office setting. The older lady did my nails and they literally looked a mess but instead of making a huge scene I paid and decided I just simply wont return. Also As you can see I chose yellow. The lady polished my toes first then when it was time for my nails there was enough yellow so as Im trying to tell her I’ll just get white or something she’s like no no I have it. Here my toes and hands are two different colors my toes are a darker yellow then my hands🙄

The pedicure was fine, basic nothing fancy but turned out nice. My acrylic full-in looks so sloppy… polish is lumpy, shaping is off. I tried to get the lady to correct it but she swore she didn’t see what I was talking about. So unhappy with my nails. Will not go back here for future services.*I would like to update my review to say I called and spoke with Andy, he was very polite and told me to come back and he would fix it for me. (He was not the one who originally did my nails) He acknowledged that was an ongoing complaint regarding the person I had and he would fix it no problem.

DO NOT COME HERE !!! I’m telling you ! Go else where!!!! DO NOT!First- the guy I had at station 6 or 7 had a bad attitude . He yanked my hand and Told me to hurry up. They do basic designs there... I recommend going to a local nail tech. I was so disappointed in my nails. They charged me 95$ for a short set. My shaping was off. He was just aggressive and supper impatient. I will not return. The actual nail didn’t match my nail bed.

The owner Andy is a very disrespectful owner he do not know how to respond to customer complaints. And this salon say it opens on Sundays BUT NOT EVERY SUNDAY I just come by every Sunday to see if they are open. His wife Tee is a very caring tech she always gives me thee upmost in services. And I find her apologizing to customers on his behave. Its crazy because crime has been on Asian in some cities and for him to talk to customers any type of way is UNEXCEPTABLE. I am also a licensed holder and been one for 11 years and how this goes. Andy doesnt have anymore chances with me I paid $70 several weeks ago for him to do my nails and returned the next day because they were very sloppy it was closing time thst day and he was very loud and disrespectful and began talking in they language to another nail tech and they both began laughing as I sat there I refused his service and got his wife to do them after signing in at 11:30 I did not receive service til after 4pm. And til an additional $140 on top of the $70 refuse to give back or add it to my current service. I am reporting Andy to the BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY. WE HAVE THE SAME LICENSE.

Terrible. I went to get a fill and gel and the shape is all different, the polish and acrylic is on to thick and the person cut my cuticles on 3 different nails and they wouldn’t allow a refund. I don’t recommend at all. I’m very upset and not please at all with the place or management.

I used to come here all the time and never had a problem. I just went to get a full set to treat myself and they turned out terrible. From the acrylic application to the polish application to the shape. I literally had to go home and fix them since I normally do my own nails. I hate to leave a bad review because the lady who did my nails was very nice. But I would not recommend at all. Paid $65 for medium length square with gel just for reference.

My third time going and it was a beautiful experience the second time, until recently. I only had my nails done on Thursday and the GEL overlay has popped off, like the nail itself underneath didnt break, it simply popped off. Ive never seen anything like this. Ill also take a picture. Id also like to make mention that the first time the tech was kind but her skills are way off, I had to have her fix the nail iberla uhany times and it still looked a wreck. It was hours in there so finally I had to go. The second guy was actually amazing but his attitude was very unfrienly and off-putting but mine the less his work was nice. Younger guy, and then theres the third guy, friendly but my nail has popped off like it was a press on nail

I had to tell the lady to massage my feet with my pedicure…I thought that’s what I was paying for….she wanted to rush the process…no leg rub not nothing…and my bill was 113 dollars….if I’m paying that type of money make me feel that it was worth it…..then got an attitude when I had to tell her how to do her job…

I have been going there for years (Andy)does my nails and normally does them very well but the last 4 times they have been rushed, painted sloppy, acrylic sloppy and very rough to the point my real nails are broken and ruined and hurts badly my nails lift more frequently now I don’t know why but I wish he bring the old Andy back who did my nails great !!!!

They were professional and pedicure was excellent.

Was waiting 2 hours for a fill and toe polish then was hit with why I don’t want gel polish for toes only $5 more… because I don’t want gel. Then said it was 25 for toe polish. Refused to pay that. 1st time experience and I won’t be back.

This used to be my go to nail salon when I lived in Shaker Heights. I happened to be in town September 25th and had a Gel Mani and Pedi done. My nails were chipping by day 3. I fixed what I could and returned 10/3 to have one nail which chipped badly repaired. I thought all was good except the nail I had repaired is lifting today 10/6, 3 days later. So disappointed!

LOVE IT HERE!!!! Theyre always so nice, they get the job done and they get you out in a decent amount of time! And the massage chairs are an AWESOME bonus! I dont go anywhere else!

Terrible place of business do not go here. Not worth it. The older woman did my nails and she is terrible and rude I’m shocked she even has a license. I could of did my nails better then she did. And I’m sure the owner knows how bad her skill is based off all the reviews about her and for that one star is given. She is causing your business to loose money. Put her on register duty or something else but she should not be allowed to do nails and for that I will never go to this place. Sticking to black owned businesses.

This is the best experience of me ever. Ill be back. I walked in and was instantly greeted by Kenny. He was friendly and sweet. Good prices. I asked them to paint 2 layers of color on my nails and he did very well. This place has exhaust fan so its very clean. They even have the phone charger next to the table and chair.I love them! Definitely come back!

I typically wait for my usual nail tech, but needed my very-grown-out nails to look nice for a weekend event so i decided to give this place a try. Rose who did my pedicures tried talking to me and was very personable unlike other salons i have visited in the area. She worked very hard and as a result, my pedicures came out perfect. Also, the space is super clean. And the colors here are super abundant ( about 2000). To sum up, Im addicted to this place!!! Im looking forward to returning!

I don’t usually write reviews but I must tell you how TERRIBLE these nails are. Great pedicures but I would never let them do my nails again. 2 of my nails cracked in the middle ! tore through my real nail and made it painful to get a repair. Rush job . Terrible job laying acrylic and the polish is CHEAP. Prices don’t match service.

Paid almost $100 and a couple nails didnt even last not even 2 weeks. When I went back and told the tech who did it she acted or i was to believe that i would get a discount and then got charged regular price. WOW

I have been a client for over 16 years. I love perfect nails they are very professional and strive to treat every client with respect while providing quality services. I don’t get nails done often or pedicures but when I do this is my only choice. Also T does a fantastic job waxing eyebrows.

Service is good and fast however they add extra services without asking you and then charge you for it. Next time I will pay extra close attention to what they are doing.

Dude I seen so many reviews about the older lady and I should’ve looked at the reviews before I went. She totally rushed me... me and my friend started getting our toes done and she was done like 30 minutes after me. She let paint drip off my nails, didn’t insure that my cuticles were clean. She hit me several times with the drill on my cuticles and I almost walked out then and there. My mom whole finger nail underneath is lifting and we just went THURSDAY . And the polish is already bubbling on my finger nails.Imma go back to Best Nails on Buckeye

My sister and I were driving past and decided to give them a try. I wont be back. Besides being very expensive, $21 for a regular manicure, the nail tech never spoke to me. She was very rough even when I repeatedly would flinch and ask her to ease up. The polish chipped off two days later.

Ive come here before and had a great experience but when I went Saturday for a fill and one repair I received 2 repairs one on a nail in which no expert nail tech should have laid acrylic on because my nail had broke on skin and I told the lady this but by the time I noticed she laid an acrylic tip on the nail claiming that the powder would stop the pain or something to that extent. Laying my acrylic Very thin I asked if she could make it a little thicker but she couldnt she caked it on I figured shed fix it once she shaves them down but she didnt. I didnt like what she was doing g so I asked if someone else could finish the job the gentleman completed that task not completely satisfied but not in any mood for a full soak off. Monday came and I had a strong pain in my finger that the lady put the acrylic on that she wasnt supposed to so I had to soak it off in order for a doctor to examine it. I now learned that I have an infection in my finger from which the lady applied chemicals to basically an open cut I will never come here again and yes one apple spoils the bunch

I used to patronize this facility years ago and I like to go to One tech because not only was he fast he was very good. But years later it seems like his main concern is just being fast. I also think that they are overpriced. And for 8 years ago them to be the only nail salon that I went to I dont believe that Ill ever go again.

This place is a rip off. I was visiting from NYC. They charged me 60 dollars for a full set. No fancy designs or nothing. my nails wasnt even all that. Just regular nails. In NYC I could of got them for 30 and they would of looked much better. I will be reporting them

I waited over 40 minutes to be serviced and it wasnt fairly packed...there were children/teens handling the sign in and translating for everyone...yet when I thought to leave I was serviced and Id like to say it was worth the wait

I came for a pedicure and manicure...4 hours later my cubicles were cut, four toes were bleeding. The tech that did my pedicure polished like a six year old, it was very messy along with my nails which also bled. I paid $80 No free lotion and no apology from management and I went home and redid everything myself.Poor service and I felt really bad about spending my money. Honestly I never bad mouth anything but this really upset me.

I used to go to this salon years ago faithfully and get my nails done, and loved them, but the last two times I’ve went recently were horrible. The first recent visit this older lady gave me the most lumpy full set ever! And just a couple weeks ago me and my best friend went to get mani/ pedis and they half polished our toes! Like the polish didn’t even cover the entire nail, I had to keep asking the nail tech to polish the sides of my nails because they were bare, AND the next day our polish was chipping! NEVER again.

I went in last saturday for a gel manicure. Being new to the area, i was looking for a local place to get comfortable using frequently. Although the price was a bit higher than i usually pay (only an $8 difference) i was willing to give it a shot. When i sat down the nail tech seemed very friendly. During the course of my manicure, she made a few mistakes( dropping globs of polish, painting my skin around my nails and not cleaning it, filing the nails and not cleaning the ones next to them so they had flakes in them... etc) that i asked her to correct as i asked her to correct them she became more and more frustrated. While she was fixing one of my nails she hit my finger several times with the drill causing a raw red spot on my cuticle. Even after all that, i paid, left less than satisfied but, was looking to go back an give it another try to see if this was just a bad day. Unfortunately, less than a full week after an almost $40 gel manicure, every single nail is 100% bare as if it were not polished at all. The gel peeled up and popped off. What a waste of time and money I will not be returning and i hope that this review helps them to realize that they need to do a better job

New African American young lady..did my nails..pleasant attitude..did a great job on my nails

If you are NOT particular and simply looking for convenience, this place will be fine. However if youre looking to actually interact with your nail tech and desiring attention to detail, you will be less than satisfied.

Stay away! They work FAST to get you out! And God forbid you ask them to fix a crooked nail, globed on polish or all the gel they leave on your skin! That’s when the service really gets bad, but don’t worry they will only talk about you in vietnamese, while cutting their eyes at you.

DON’T GO HERE! Employees were rude and place is SO DIRTY. They don’t even have good nail polish brands. Showed them a picture of what I wanted (sqoval) and they made my nails completely squared. The older man was SMOKING INSIDE. He went into the back room and smoked. Disgusting. My friends nail broke off 2 days after going here. Not to mention the prices are just as much at an actual nail salon like anthony vince or zen.

They were 5 minutes late opening. Other than that very professional, speedy service, Good work.

This place is more about getting people in and out than service. The nail tech did not know how to polish or listened to any of my request. He made me feel like I was wrong for asking for something different than what people normally ask for. I paid for the service that I regret even a week later, but never again will I patronize this shop.

THE WORST NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEN TO. They overcharge and the service is TERRIBLE. I was there OVER AN HOUR being serviced for a polish change on my hands and feet which ended up being $40. I wouldnt recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Ill never go back. It looks like a child polished my nails and she put my tip and acrylic on crooked so I have this caked up acrylic on one nail. Just completely Unsatisfied.

Never EVER again! This was by far the worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. I mean several nails are not completely polished, they were not shaped and there’s polish (no chip) all over the cuticle. Complete waste of my time! I askednthe nail tech to fix the nails that were messed up but I think he made it worse. No management was available and any policies should be clearly posted and communicated to customers. Fortunately I was visiting home so I’ll know else next time to go elsewhere.

Back in the day this was my favorite nail shop.. Over the years they have definitely changed for the WORSE!!! I think they remodeled and made everything look good, but the service had gotten worse. They have so many new people working in there and do horrible jobs. I went on a Tuesday for a fill-in 2 days later it looked like my nails had been done for 2 weeks. Polish chips and fades fast, acrylics chips and practically falls right off your nails. Id never recommend them to anyone!!! If It wasnt mandatory to give them a start I wouldnt.

Went with a friend for pedicures. We had an appt, we both sat in the chairs, they put both our feet in water to soak, but then he tech did my friends pedicure while I just sat there soaking for 20 mins, the another tech came over to do mine but my friend was already done. The tech that did mine went so fast she finished only ten mins after my friends. My friend got a great pedicure, I got a crappy, late started terrible pedicure and over paid. I feel cheated and ripped off, so I wont go back.

This place is terrible. My nails are gross. The owner was so rude. The service was overpriced. You have to pay taxes on every service? Extra for regular polish? The acrylic is thick and unnatural. They are really high, I was charged 89.11$ for a simple pedicure and full set acrylic manicure -gel nails. The guy that did my feet did a good job BUT when he lut the sponges in to seperate my toes it rubbed off some of my toenail polish, he saw that but didnt redo my toe! He just said be careful when I walk then when he did my manicure he laid down the foundation correctly, so bravo to him for that but shaping my nail and length he did it terribly I told him two of my nails on my other hand was to long he filed it down too much! He didnt take my other hand to compare the length and size, I got coffin shape. Then he didnt put the matte coat over my nails properly I could see some of the regular paint on the sides! Dont go there if you do request someone else to do it, instead if the young guy. It was also empty when I got there and it was a Wednesday afternoon around 2:00Ok this is a different post from a different time visiting the shop 7/14/16. Im not out to ruin this shop but I visited the salon again and what can I say another horrible experience. The only reason why I visited the shop again is because I had a broken nail and I needed it be fixed asap and they were the closest nail shop. FIRST OFF the guy took another acrylic nail and dug it up under the acrylic nail that broke, bending my real nail in the process! It hurted really bad and I kept saying ouch, arent you suppose to soake my nail off (Ive never had a broken nail before) !? He paid me no mind and continued. He didnt correctly Apply the fill in gel, you can still see my nail underneath! Then he had a girl worker file my one new nail down and she made it look like a sharp edged coffin style, instead of going around to fix up and file the other nailed to match the broken thumb nail she didnt and left him to the rest. Then after washing my hands I told the technician that my other thumb nail looks thin like that one could break soon to . So I said can you PLEASE FIX IT he said no no its fine it wont break and tapped on it some. He then painted my nails, and I had to tell him to go over my nails more then twice because he missed pretty much all the edges. He kept having an attitude as if he didnt want to, but did. Then after being set up under the dryer I told the girl who filed my new nail the first time if she could shape up my other thumb and she did but with such an attitude as if she doesnt feel like it! I didnt even ask her if she could do them all but just the other thumb. WORST SALON EVER! I swear I only went in for a simply fill in and to get a broken nail fix and I was treated as if I wasnt worth there time so they did a half ASS job. These workers seriously need a reality check and need to know that your taking peoples hard earned cash and not giving them a quality product in return! I felt awful Im a shy person but I spoke up and said what I want but they all had the audacity to scoff/complain and not do what I asked. Lastly the guy made a mistake and charged me 23$ instead of 28$ and I told them Im not paying the 5$ difference because they did a terrible job once again, it wasnt about the money trust me I have plenty Im no thief but I did not get quality service in the end.
