I was happy to be seen quickly. My tech was aggravated with someone on the phone and late for my appointment which was fine I understood. Life happens. She did my nails everything was fine. But I notice a few minutes later that one hand is darker then the other. It was addressed but I was charged for HER mistake. A week later my nails started to lift so I was disappointed. Wont be back.

This place charges too much just for a long set, They don’t even have prices on the wall they’ll just name a price. Left my nails ashier then when I came in 😐. There were 97.40 together with no details to it just one color ... I would recommend you to get press on nails💯

Last time i was there i had an 11 am appointment with Jenny. She Apparently over booked so i had somebody else do my nails. But i wanted designs and this lady did not do designs. So when she was done i was to wait for Jenny for designs. I waited 2 hours and watched her take care of 2 other people. By the time she got to me she rushed them. Paint chipped in 3 days. Ive been going there for 5 years. I wont ever go back.

I went here on 7/17/2021. A girl at Palm Beach Tan recommended this place because I liked her nails. When I arrived I was asked my name and a girl told me where to sit. The manicurist was very unfriendly and barely spoke to me. She never even told me her name or said anything pleasant. I have acrylic with regular polish and wanted a fill. She began taking my polish off with polish remover, but then got frustrated because I had glitter tips and started just using the electric file and was filing the polish off and one fingernail began to burn and I told her it was burning and she did not say anything and just finished. I told her I didnt want them cut down, just filed and shaped a little and she got the cutters out and was about to cut them, and I said NO STOP I said I didnt want them cut down. Ok, well anyway, I asked her to fix one fingernail that was crooked by adding a little acrylic on one side and when all was said and done that fingernail was so short that it didnt match my other nails. I was charged $38.00 for a fill, which is about $10.00 more than I usually pay. When I left I looked at my nails and the lengths were all different. All in all a horrible experience. I will never go here again and would not recommend this place either. Also the place was not very clean.

The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the cleanliness could have been better. But it was honestly one of the best pedicures I have ever had, it took quite some time but was well worth it and very fairly priced. They fit myself and my mother in last minute on a Saturday, and got to us pretty quickly when we got there. The nail tech who did my pedicure was very sweet and very easy to talk to.

First of all they let me stand in the front for 10 minutes before asking what services was needed.The lady that did my pedicure didnt even seem to know what exactly she as if she was doing! She was all over the place. I only came here because it was last minute before my vacation and because of working!! But Ill be sure to let everyone know how it is here.They dont sterilize there supplies alcohol doesnt get the trick done! I asked for regular polish and felt like I was forced to get gel polish! My pedicure was rushed and not done how I wouldve expected to be!! I definitely will not be back!

Walked in wanted full set and pedicure, sat in pedicure chair for over an hour, super hot no air conditioning, multiple people walked in and got nails done while we sat in pedicure chair getting NO service when our nails could have been getting done . After 2 hours the receptionist claims she didn’t know we wanted our nails done and they were closing soon . Worst service and worst nail Salon I’ve ever been too !!!! Way over priced!!!! The owner is snobby. Maria knows what she’s doing and hooked my nails up . But my step daughter got hers done by the white girl with blonde and purple hair and they were very see through and sheer and bubbly for 70 dollars. And one of them fell off the next day ans all she did was lift her comforter up off her bed . Her whole nail came off😞 so basically it depends on who you get. The girls were very nice besides the owner.

Made an appointment for a group and arrived early just to wait an hour and a half and watch a group of walk ins enjoy our spot. Then uneven nails and bubbles in the polish. All the nail tech said was idk what happened they just walked in We paid $305 not including tip and Im highly disappointed

The girls who did our pedicures were very personable and professional The owner however was more worried about squeezing in $10 or $15 more tweezing/waxing and its obvious she has her favs but you never get a second chance to make a first impression and she will never make another $200 fron my us since a full set and a pedicure took us almost 4 hours due to her running around and lack of trust for her employees which definitely are competent enough to take care of her business if she would allow them to do so.

Got a full set a few days ago top coat already chipping. Also to mention if you like your shaping to be nice don’t go here I got coffin and it looks like I got oval. Will never waste my $75 dollars again! SMH!

My girlfriend told “Maria” that her nail was lifting from her old acrylic nails and asked her if she could do something about it. Maria just went over them and three days later her knew acrylic nail was lifting and ripped her real nail off.

Walked in with me and 2 of my ladies for a last minute mani/pedi. They took us immediately on a Saturday afternoon. We enjoyed our time and our nails look beautiful! The ladies are amazing and really nice. They took there time with each finger. I came back a different time to give my daughter a polish change for her birthday. She enjoyed it and it turned out nice.

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m very unhappy with my nails it’s only been two weeks Annnnd they look like this...First of all I didn’t really notice until I started examining them (because the acrylic is chipping hardcore at the bottom) that the ombré is terribly done, one side doesn’t even look ombréd 😐 now about the acrylic. it’s chipping so bad at the bottom I thought maybe my nails were just growing out super fast, nope. And two of them are starting to pop off.... I’m going tomorrow to see if I can get a refund

I scheduled an appointment for 2 o’clock and sat there waiting until 3:45. Over an hour and a half wait. I would of walked out if I didn’t have an event the next day that I needed to get my nails done for. The place was dirty, there were nails lying all over the floor that I noticed while sitting there waiting. One of the workers daughters was there and they did her nails before the customers that had appointments. Unprofessional and I will not be back.

I wont be going back. First, you need an appt, I was told that wasnt necessary when called.Ended up waiting 2 hours. They used the Dremmel so much it burned my fingers. I had to pull away a few times. My nails arent smooth. Bumps in acrylic and sloppy paint. Im very disappointed, because this used to be my favorite place.

A friend and I went today and got full set acrylics. The nail tech over files and can’t shape to save her life. We had a appointment at 1:30. The lady didn’t come in till almost 2. Then she supposedly forgot that we asked for Matte finish. Which another lady finished my friends and she had to come and finish mine since they lady got up and walked away and we was left waiting for 15 more mins. Never again!! Save yourself the money and go else where...

Got my mom nails done too be honest they need new nail tech because they suck at it. They dont fill your whole nail. It looks like someone took nails tried too glue them on. Once they get better nail techs they be just fine.

My friend selected this shop, to get our pedicures done at. You must make a reservation for them to prepare Before you arrive. The shop looks a little run down. The bowls on the chair, couldn’t maintain the hot temperature. My top coat chipped within 2 days . I expected a massage on my legs or feet . Also there was no hot towel provided either.

This is third nail salon I have gone to since I decided that I wanted my nails done on a regular basis. They say third times a charm. Jenny was great and did a wonderful job fixing the botched up job from my previous experience at a different place. I made a reoccurring appointment with her because I was so satisfied with the service, the environment, and professionalism. And the prices are soooo reasonable. Highly recommend.

I get my nails done here every month by Jenny. She does a fantastic job and generally can mimic any pintrest image I bring here. My nails last a solid month without any lifting and my polish looks prastine until the point I get them filled.

If i could give no stars i would! this place was horrible start to finish. i could not make this story up if i wanted to, so bare with me as it may be long. i started out by calling serenity nail down the street 5 day before to schedule an appointment for a fill, she said we could do 11am friday, perfect, the day comes along i show up at 1050 i walk in and the 2 techs there looked at me as if i was a ghost! said do you have an appt i said yes 11 am, o r u you so n so friend i said who? she said hold on, gets up looks in her book finally ask for my name and states oh it for 1130 with so n so i said o ok maybe i miss heard no problem then the girl behind her said that not my 1130! well thanks for that lady, so she then said let me make a call and see if i could get someone to come in, she makes her call and approaches me and ask if i have ever been to there sister location, and that when allure comes to play, i said no but im sure i can find it why, she said there is someone who can get you in now if you like i said fine its right up the street like less than a min away, i drive there and i walked in and am looked at again like a ghost, she said nothing to me just stared, i then stated hi im here from the salon down the street they told me to come here, o ok um ok, another girls comes they start talking in front of me, well i have one coming, well this one aways no shows, ok fine whatever ill take her just let me know when this one gets here, then she start walking toward her table and tells me to come on ill take you, i sit down no hi, no friendliness nothing complete silence toward me, while im sitting there, the group of tech sitting behind me just talking away about how bad a client was and how they hate taking care of her and how she is so damn picky and how they tell her to just leave and she always comes back just really bad hateful stuff (in spanish) they must have had no idea i speak the language, and my tech just keep chiming in while doing my nails, not only that, at one point she stop doing my nail and began texting on her phone in front of me ( so rude and unprofessional). once she completed her job the nails looks so bad i could cry, im not into calling ppl out i just will never go back, but the acrylic was so thick i could put my nail around it if i wanted to it looked like a blob of materiel, the paint job was sloppy as well. i thought i was being a little much so i took pictures and sent them to a huge online group of moms that i am part of every single one including nails tech thought my nails were weeks old or done by someone who never went to train. never the less i wouldnt send my worst enemy there i cant wait for them to be redone!! worst 33.00 i have ever spent in my life!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN EVER!!!!!!!!!

Jenny the owner she keeps the nail shop very clean and everyone is friendly and jenny does my nails all the time and she is very good.

After calling and confirming that there were 2 spaces available for a pedicure at 5:45, we arrived at 6:00 for service. Upon arrival, they swore no one called and seemed disinterested in having us as customers. They had us sign in and we were the only ones waiting. 20minutes went by without any check in. We confirmed space was available at Nail Pros down the street and happily moved our business.

Walked in. Nail tech looked at me and said nothing. One of the pedicure workers looked up and said nothing. Stood there for a few minutes and left. Unprofessional as ever. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT there

Only place opened on a Sunday. Went in a young lady greeted me. I was sitting down watching one of the girls doing nails and I asked her if she can fit me in with her. She smiled and said yes she asked me to pick out my colors and I was in love with my nails she took her time with every detail that I wanted on my nails. I will be going back to her and she only changed me $45 dollar on a set that would cost $80 ask for Tanya she is amazing

I made an appointment for me and a friend. We had to wait a little bit for the techs to finish their current clients. No problem. My friend starts to get her nails done. I am still waiting. Another woman walks in claiming to have an appointment with my nail tech (the owner). Okay, its still early, maybe she is after me. Nope...my nail tech took her instead. Fine...maybe I will just get the next available tech. I waited an hour and a half and NO ONE gave me any other options except to sit there and wait. Finally, because my friend was almost done, I made a new appointment for another day with someone else. I was super irritated because I was getting my nails done for special occasion.

Jenny is great. However, when a customer schedules an appt and the worker doesnt show up, thats not professional. I should have been called to let me know not to come. I am handicapped so its a major effort for me to go anywhere.not sure what happened with Yvette. I have been coming here sincec2012. Thats a long time. Most customers would tell the salon, go to hell.yvette should have let the customer me know that appt is rescheduled. I have only specific off days from work!!!!

I scheduled an appointment for 2pm. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, near 1:50. It is now 2:40pm, and I’m still waiting for my fill in. I am considering walking out. It took 20 minutes for anyone to even greet me. Awful service.Update: I left. Horrible place.

The place was a little concerning because the nail tech had pulled cuticle cutters out of a drawer and I dont believe they were sanitized. Thats kind of gross. She eventually got a new pair because she said they were dull. Thank God. The service was very friendly and my nails look good. I dont know if I will be back just because of the cleanliness, I dont want to risk my health. Who knows what could happen to your fingers if the cutters and other utensils used to manicure arent sanitized.

I do not reccomend going to this place! The girls are very nice but the service is not up to any standard! I only received half my pedicure and was still charged full price! The women made me bleed and each toe nail is a different shape! She did not buff my toe nails either! The manicure was bad she said she didnt see any cuticles that need to be cut and I had to point them out to her! Again nice people but do not go there!!!

Jenny does the best eyebrows! I get so many compliments on my brows, after she does them. They do great nails, also. Never had any problems with their work. Love this little gem on Ridge Rd.

I left this place without being served because they decided to serve several people before me. No they did not have appointments. I waited for at least 45 minutes and no one said anything to me. Finally I asked one of the girls if they have a first come first serve policy and she confirmed that they do. I shared with her my concern and she said she would do my nails. I thanked her kindly but left anyway because I will not spend my hard earned cash with people that do not respect me. Btw I am black and all the people taken ahead of me were not.

Received the worst gel manicure of my life at Allure. My nails are jagged, the polish was sloppily applied over my cuticles, and the polish is already chipping after just two days. The girl that did my nails was extremely sweet, but had no idea what she was doing and needed guidance through the entire process (which took almost 2 hours). If I hadnt been so crunched for time during my visit, I would have asked her to start over or requested someone else. I understand that everyone has to start somewhere, but staff should be fully trained before providing this kind of service, especially if charging full price.

Went to just get a polish change and reshaped because i knew i would be going to get a fill next week anyways and just wanted a different color for christmas. she told me they were all the wrong length and had to file them all down. they end up all being completely different lengths when they looked fine before. then i had picked a deep sparkly red and she claims that that color only comes in gel...which is a lie to begin with and then tells me the color is ugly anyways and paints them some bright red that i would have never picked myself???? there’s also still dark blue all over my cuticles from the previous color. definitely not going back to this over priced salon

My nails were a mess! I went to allure for the first time. The tech spent extra time to make them perfect and pick colors with me. I did not feel rushed to get out of her chair and my nails are perfect now!! Thanks Eva!! I will definitely keep coming back.

They really dont know what theyre doing when it comes to nails. I called to make an appointment and was told me and my friend didnt need one, I got started and my friend waited as she kept getting skipped over. Jenny was nice, but doesnt seem like she knows what shes doing, we got the Stelio and coffin nails and they look horrible. We will not be coming here anymore. 😒

I will NEVER go too this nail salon again they are over pried and did a horrible job on my pedicure and acrylics....I was getting my nails done and the woman who had done my nails glued two nails on crooked and she removed the one nail and told me the other one was fine when it wasnt and also glued the same nail on crooked again! Then too top it off the owner of the store disrespected me and told me too let the nail tech do her job and said too deal with the way my nails look and that I dont know how too do nails the woman is trash and so is her salon I recommend never going too this place unless you want too get ripped off plus she uses illegal razors for your feet I know this because I went too school for a nail tech so think twice

I got my 7 years nail polished, and fullset acrylic for myself at Allure by a girl name Sam. She was great with my 7 year old, professional and very friendly. Other salons Ive been to have been very unwelcoming and rude, my experience and my daughters were great! We will definitely be returning to Allure!

My nails look terrible. They look like the nails we use to wear as kids. This was my first and last time going here.

Worst nail experience of my life!!!!! Nail tech I think was the manager of the salon who did my nails for my WEDDING. I ended up taking them off the next day!!! Nails were shaped horribly and paint sloppily. Instead of the nail tech telling me and my maid of honor that she had no time to do our nails, (we came in as walk ins) she did a rush job. She even nicked me while filing which has never happened to me before. The salon is outdated and didnt look the cleanest. I should have left but due to my maid of honors past experience with a different nail tech I gave them a chance! Worst nail salon! I dont reccomend especially if you have a major event, their clearly amateurs who need to step their game up!!!! Always go with your gut feelings, as soon as I walked in, I just knew my nails would be a mess and I was right!!!!!!!

Will never go back to this place!! I went in and asked if there was anyone available right way for an eyebrow wax (because I was in a hurry)1 . The young girl said yeah, sign in. Once I did, she told me to go to the chair where they do shampooing for hair. So I did and sat there for 25 min. Nobody said a word to me during that time and the young girl that told me to sign in was nowhere to be found..and no communication from any of the other techs. I decided to walk out after 25 min of wasted time. If they had no availability, then they should have told me from the get go. Ugh!!! Waste of time!!

My daughter went here to get her nails done. They looked terrible. Very choppy and uneven. She came home and i told her to call them. They wanted to charge her to fix the nails THEY MESSED UP! Wouldnt suggest them... at all.

This place is trash, the wait was only 45 mins. The lady that competed my full set did not know what she was doing honestly. The nails do not even cover my whole nail, she ended up cutting me because she chipped one of the fake nails and instead of just replacing it she continued to try and cut my real nail that was showing. I told her that it didn’t look right, she gave me the biggest attitude. This is one of the worst places I’ve ever been to, will not be returning here again.

I went to get a full set done. When i was almost done i notice my real nails and fake nails had a gap between most of them. So i told her i didnt want them because there was no fixing them and they had to be taken off. Long story short as im sitting there soaking off the nails they mess up another lady comes and tells me i have to pay for the soak off because she has to charge me something. What company messes up something and has the nerve to try to charge the customer? I told her im not paying for anything and left. Not to mention i had an appointment at 430 and they didnt get to me until almost 6 pm dont wastenyour time going there

Went there today and was kinda skeptical, but decided to stay. Im glad I did. Amy was the one to dd my nails and Im so happy with the out come! I even told my sister about it and she came and got a fullset too. The price wasnt bad at all. $28 for a fullset and free regular polish(2 colors). Will be making this a regular place for us. The 4 stars are only because it was a tad long on the wait and the space is small.

Never have I ever had my nails look this bad. Even after I had to go back twice to get them fixed. Theyre botched uneven and chipped with gel bubbles and pealing off. Ended up having to get a whole complete new set and the old ones taken off. Worst experience Ive ever had! Ill never come back or recommend this place and they are dirty and use equipment that wasnt cleaned or used and not disposed. Reusing with out cleaning=fungal infection- MRSA-Staph ewwww

I called early in the day to see if they could accommodate 3 ladies for pedicures, then we wanted 1 gel nail fill manicure, I full set manicure & 1 plain Manicure for my 13 year old niece and then the two adults wanted our eyebrows waxed and 2 haircuts shampoo and blow dry and style. Spoke with Jenny the manager whom said yes come in we can take care of everything. I explained that we would be in in about an hour and a half and that I would call when we were on our way because I wanted us to have our pedicures at the same time and manicures. Jenny again answer the phone and assured me that everything would be fine and to just come on up so after I picked up my sister and my niece I called and said that we were on our way and probably would take us 20 minutes to get there and Jenny the manager assured us there would be no problems. When you get there at 3 oclock we are told to sit in the last three pedicure seats then after were all comfortable they changed us to the first three pedicure seats two of us got very good pedicure of the third verse was rushed one of us, and my toenails looked like they were painted by a second grader. Then I remembered that in salons they are not allowed to use the razor tool for pedicures and of course it was used on my niece and then when I mentioned it it was totally brushed under the rug like I didnt know what I was talking about. What are pedicures were done we thought we would have our manager started but we were told by Jen the lady that does the hair that since there were only 3 nail technicians working and they at all just started with a new client we should go ahead and at least get one hair cut done and start on the eyebrows until they were ready to do our nails looking at it today if not very straight and my eyebrows do not look like they should when it came time to ask about our manicures Jenny and the manager started taking other people who had walked in well after us and I said to her that we have been waiting while Jenny who barely speaks English started an argument with me and did not want to Service for manicures now we had been in the salon over 3 hours which their tips what has been very good had everything been done I took care of the lady who cut my hair and did my pedicure but now we dont have a manicure so well have to have our toes painted again to match the color of whichever nail polish we get where we go this place is nothing but rude and inconsiderate worker one had to stop doing a pedicure so that she could go eat her dinner that they ordered while another worker complain that they didnt invite her to order with them this place is machine do not waste your money go elsewhere I think the state needs to go in and check them out disgusting work habits and I do not treat customers with any respect so after I wasted $167 and I didnt even get everything we went for its disappointing that my nieces first experience had to be and unlleasant one. Shame on you Jenny. Learn to speak English please if you are going to Manage a business here in America..

I used to love this place. But the new women they have in there are horrible. Reception doesnt do anything except walk around and look busy, in between smoking. The techs take forever, mostly gossiping. Went to get a soak off on my nails, sat for an hour and left with half peeled off acrylic all over my hands because I couldnt wait any longer. Worst service Ive ever had here.

Acrylic Nails lift just in a week. They are very un even. Its $32 for a full new set and $20 for refill but if you get designs it goes up to $30. They dont even do your acrylics right. Very rude also.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE .

I havent been here for a while so I thought I would try it again. Went in for a pedi and acrylic full set.Pedi was good, but I never asked for gel polish on my nail as I wanted a french manicure. I was told that was not in style. What?? So I let her pick the color (grandma pink) and asked for some bling. She did 2 nails a simple line of gems. Oh boy big deal!! Two hours later she charged me 80.00. When I got home and took a good look at my nails, shapes and widths were all different sizes and 2 fell off two days later.Keep my money, clean the place up and hire better help Jenny. NEVER EVER will I return to that place again. Shame shame. Sorry!!!

I broke and nail and needed a fill I waited for 15 that’s fine .. I couldn’t even Describe this woman as a nail technician that was beginning to help me because she was so unprofessional. She asked me what style I would like and I told her ballerina and she told me not to do them because she was like doing those types of nails because they whatever for whatever reason she didn’t want to do that. She started to replace the broken nail that was just bear nails she put the plastic meal on top of that she glued it while it was drying she started to file down my other nails with the drill. She drilled so deep into my finger that I was bleeding so I pulled away because it was hotSo then I gave my finger back to her and she did it again and I started to bleed she told me it was because I was pulling from her when I was really because she was grinding to the skin of my nail. I had to get up and walk away.She could see the blood to continue to drill at my nail. I’ve never in my life been told that it supposed to hurt she said it was supposed to hurt honey. I wouldn’t recommend this Place to my worst enemy I am so awfully frustrated I had to find another I drove all the way to Brunswick.Not one person tried to intervene or ask what was going on or why was screaming and crying that my finger was bleeding I had to get up and walk out and never again will I ever return to this place and I pray for those of you that do

Dont even deserve one star waited 5 hours to get my acrylic done didnt even get my nails painted had to walk out because the wait was to long then she tried to charge me and didnt even finish the job....Jenny always walkin away answering the phone every time she do your nails was called cheap because I didnt want gel polish they very nasty and unsanitary here they use dirty razors for your feet ppl rude my nails always uneven I recommend DO NOT GO HERE!!! You been warned if you do

My daughter called before going into this place and inquired about having her dark coloring stripped and re-dyed to dishwater blonde with blonder highlights. They said they can do it, have the supplies, come on in. She went... The lady had no clue what she was doing. Had to ask the employees where things were located. and they DID NOT have the stripping chemical. She told my daughter shed be right back. (my daughter thought she went to the bathroom).. but she actually slipped out the back door and went to a store to buy stripping product, came back, put it haphazardly all in her hair and my daughter was so scared, she LITERALLY stood up, walked out of the place without paying and the store-bought product still in her hair and went immediately to another salon which then charged her 250 dollars to fix what this other place had done to her hair color. (different shades ranging from white-blonde.. to orange... to dark red) RIDICULOUS. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEYRE DOING WHEN IT COMES TO DYE JOBS.

I went there on super bowl Sunday and they were PACKED I had a two oclock appointment but I knew that wasnt going to happen so I went somewhere else to get my nails done. Well that was a HUGE mistake because they did my nails horrible! Needless to say Monday morning I went back to Allure as soon as they opened! I normally ask for Jenny but she wasnt available so Ria took me, she fixed my nails and painted them to PERFECTION! Sorry Jenny but Ria is my new nail tech!!!

This place deserves a 0. Got a mani pedi way over charged, and both sets chipped, with in 24 hours. Not to mention i couldnt relax because another customer lady screaming on top of her lungs, while they attempt to take out a hang nail in her toe. She yelled in agony and dropped her phone in pedi water. Then the nail salon worker says she can use his phone of needed 😕. Would never recommend this place.
