If I could give zero stars I would. My nails were long and healthy when I arrived. I had them cut them lower. They kept complimenting the health of my nails. Now I have to cut them all down bc they are splitting on the nail bed. The polish is cracking and lifting, and my cuticles look like trash. They charge extra for everything even to remove polish although you’re receiving service. Do not waste your money!!! My mother & I both are ver upset about the outcome of our nails

My last experience was not very pleasant. The tech that did my nails cut them to short, abs shaped them wrong and when I said something she said its best I can do. The texh that normally does my nails was apologetic and said I know these arent right. My normal are long and square.... she cut them short and pointed.Ill be trying another salon.

The ladies in there are very friendly and listen to your preference to the style of nail that you want. Also they make suggestions for the nail polish. Gel nail polish is much better looking.

They were polite but the quality and technique simply aren’t there. My shaping was off, the acrylic chips and wares very easily and it’s SUPER thick. It’s been 3 days and it’s my $105 mani/pedi is falling apart. They are really kind, but it’s not worth the money!

Gave them a 2nd try as I was in a rush & couldnt visit my usual salon (if you get serviced regularly, you know thats always a tough decision). I asked for a simple gel fill-in on my medium length coffin shaped nails. The tech asked if any of my nails were lifting, which they were not. She spent an hour and 30min to reshape my nails which were in good condition. She took at least 30 min to polish, kept messing up, taking the polish off with her finger wiping it on her apron then trying again. Long story short.....my nails started lifting after TWO days!!!! I went in and told them & said its my fault because Im rough on my nails & sent me away. I dont work with my hands or do manual labor. It.s a week later and ALL of my nails are lifting. HOW?! I was charged $67 for a fill.....which I now have to soak off & get another full set. Its just not worth it if you are use to qualify sets. Ill stick to the East side from here on out.

I love this nail salon, always quick and does a great job. My pedicures are sooooo relaxing. Been coming to this same place for almost 4 years. Linda is doing a great job at keeping the business going. 😊

On Saturday I came in for a full set and pedicure. So the lady sent me down in the pedicure chair and asked me what color I wanted to do my nails. I said actually, I have a specific design in mind and she asked me to show her what it was. After looking over the design, she told me that she could do it. So I trusted her and then she painted my nails and my toes blue took me over to her chair and before putting anything on my nails she looked at my natural nails and said “Your nails are very crooked. Like they’re really crooked.” So I laughed uncomfortably saying that I knew they were crooked (because I have an eating disorder). She laughed and repeated herself saying that my nails are crooked. She goes in to the two accent nails and starts putting the gel on. She then goes in to the liquid and then into the powder then into glitter painting my entire nail glitter and it looked awful. After doing that she then dipped into a different powder after dipping into the liquid and started to put clouds on my nails but they took up my entire nail because she used powder. The whole thing with awful and she did two fingers before she realized that it looked horrible. So she then filed the nails down instead of putting new nails on (I can still see the glitter underneath my polish) and chose my glitter polish for me instead of letting me choose. I’m just puzzled why she would comment on my nails but not that my legs had hair on them. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and I WILL NOT ever return there. If you can’t be nice or tell your customer the truth if you can’t do a service be honest instead of messing up their nails you just worked on.

Clean establishment that has a great variety of dip & gel colors. There is hardly ever a long wait time. However, there prices are on the expensive side. Compared to the same services at other locations.

Employees were rude to my little sister and I the whole time, They rushed my nails and none of them looked the same shape or size I asked for coffin style and they still gave me short and Square but charged for long and charged for The polish and then at the end added a $10 tax on each of us and all together our nails were 130, 65 each when they have acrylics listed for 45.

Linda told me that it would be a waste of my money and time to do my nails because shes not Heidi (my regular nail tech, who is awesome)! Im going out of town and today was the only day that I had open for mani/ pedi! I left disappointed and I wont return!

Very poor quality of work. I hate leaving this bad review but I think if they charge so much for their services, the work should also match. I filed my nails and corrected nail polish myself. So disappointing

Absolutely terrible! Took my daughter to get her nails done. The lady charged $5 extra for coffin shaped nails and the lady did NOT shape them properly. They all look more square shaped(if that) and all uneven. The acrylic is bumpy and uneven. And she charged extra for matte top coat instead of regular top coat. I will never go there again and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to as well. I just paid almost $70 for a set of acrylic nails that I could have done better myself! Terrible!

This nail salon is not professional. I payed $80 for a full set that didn’t even match the picture I wanted. And just to let you know the price sign said $35 for a full set. The nails were not the length I asked for and they were also thick. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I would recommend allure house of beauty.

Came in for a mani/pedi before I went away for my birthday weekend. Staff was professional and friendly enough, but my nails were uneven and she didn’t even paint all the way down to the cuticle. There was a gap about the size if acrylic nails grew out for about a week. Somehow I didn’t notice before I left or I would’ve had her redo them. Plus she got polish all under my nails so it felt like there was stuff stuck under there for days until it chipped off. Annoying! Also, she charged waaay more than what was listed on their site! I paid almost $100 and could’ve done a better job myself at home.

Let me start off by saying this shop provides outstanding customer service! I had an absolute wonderful experience getting my fill and pedi here. They took me at 6:45 p.m. My tech was pleasant, friendly and never made me feel rushed. They closed at 8:00 p.m. and she stayed until 8:30 p.m. to finish me up in the middle of a storm. Much respect and a very large tip was given as a token of my appreciation.

My technician was very down to earth, and professional. The place is very clean and nice. My nails are light, and look and feel great. I am satisfied and will definitely go back. Pricing is reasonable too.

*****UPDATE***** MY DOCTORS OFFICE JUST CALLED AND SAID IT IS POSITIVE FOR A STAPHYLOCOCCUS INFECTION. DO NOT GO INTO THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT USE CLEAN TOOLS!!!!!Went for a pedi and full set on Friday May 10, 2019. For a funeral on Saturday.JUDY was her name.She rushed through my pedicure, cut the cuticles around my toes and ended up cutting my Right big toe. It is now infected. I have not been able to wear shoes all weekend and I just made a doctor appointment because of my toe being so red, warm and so sore. I marked it to keep an eye on the redness it has spread since yesterday.Obviously the tools were not clean!!! I will not be returning to this place ever in life!!!

My normal shop was closed and I thought I would give this place a try. What could go wrong??? Boy was I wrong!The lady in the front is so rude and does a TERRIBLE job. While doing my nails, she cut them too short even after being told that I wanted the rest a little longer. She then refused to shape them neatly and natural looking. After asking her to smooth down near the cuticles so it wouldnt be that lump, she refused and said she cant do that. She then had her friend try to fix them and gave up servicing me even though I was kind and not being a difficult customer...This place is the worst service I have ever had. The lady lacks talent and does what she wants to do and not what the customer wants. Go down to ridge and snow.Dont go to this place!!! Unless you want to leave unsatisfied.

This was an absolute nightmare. SHAME ON THEM. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS SO CALLED NAIL SALON. I waited an hour for a simple manicure with a clear polish. Price shows $12.00.. She charged me $16,20 for a 14 minute disaster that a 5 year old could do.Then she claimed that I only gave her 16 dollars instead of 17. Funny part while waiting for my appointment 2 other clients were disputing the cost of their service at the counter.. Im not exaggerating when I say this place was filthy.

Lovely experience. First time ever having nails professionally done. Cindy did an AMAZING job on my French tip, gel acrylic nails. They look elegant & natural. Will definitely go back for for a fill in a couple weeks.

Pedicures are just not their specialty.. It was rushed, I had nail paint on the side of my toe, I had to point out to the lady spots that she missed, it’s still some spots missing but I was being rushed and she gave me a very dark look when I didn’t tip for those reasons ..

I’d like to start off by saying that I am a licensed cosmetologist (I’ve been trained in hair and nails) and the experience was not bad, the quality was just less than satisfactory and there were some things I noticed there that made me uncomfortable.About 2 weeks ago now I went into Bella nails for a full set and pedi. The first thing that made me question the place is when they pulled out used nail clippers and files and used them on me. But then they pulled out a box from the pedi station that contained a cheese grater (illegal) and used Scrubbers (also illegal). THANK GOD they didn’t use the cheese graters on me cause I would have lost it but I felt disgusting after the used scrubbing block was used on my feet.Now my set, was done at the pedi bowl which I thought was weird but it’s fine. But they cut off my natural nail to put a tip on, and then didn’t make sure they were all the same shape or length. Anyway, she lays the acrylic so sloppy that when I got home I had to fix multiple nails because there was acrylic all over my fingers and under my nails. (I’m still fixing this 2 weeks later.) now that they’ve grown out some the tip applied is lifting and the actual acrylic is so thick at the top (where it should be the thinnest) that I’m scratching myself with them.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I spent $87 dollars here and my toe nail polish is already chipping (usually a pedicure lasts me at least a month) and my set has to be soaked off and redone this weekend because I can’t handle this one anymore. They’re overpriced and doing illegal things in this salon, if I were you I would go just about anywhere else.

Customer service okay, first time I came here it was great the young gentleman did a fantastic job on my gel manicure but when I came back an older gentleman did my nails & they started to peel within a week & he just was rushing sort of crabby. Since my first experience was so great I came back to have another older women do my nails & she kept answering the phone & my nails didnt last long either. Dont think Ill be back lots of nail salons in the area even in the same shopping plaza plus once I saw a lady complain about the pedicure bowl being dirty & my manicurists just laughed

I went to have my acrylics, and one nail fixed. Not only did the lady not realize that my natural nail was exposed, but continued to rip my nail out of its nail bed. I then began bleeding without a apology or anything. She then continued to buff and grind this tender nail very harshly. She also burned two of my cuticles with the nail tool. My nails are not smooth and you can see all the lines from the buffing. Still was charged full price. Would not recommend.

My normal nail place was closed and I NEEDED a fill... this place was HORRIBLE!!! the nail tech CONSTANTLY hit my skill with the file, cut me numerous times and then acted like it was my fault! She got acrylic ALLOVER my skin and now I cant get it off. They told me they couldnt do gel top on regular polish because it cracks and looks bad.... funny cause I had gel top on my regular polish when I went in! Then I heard them lie to another person asking for the same thing, they told her that they dont have am just gel top coat! Really?! Cause Im pretty sure gel polish is base, color, the TOP! The tech had NO people skills, had literally ZERO conversation with me, but was laughing and speaking another language to another tech in the establishment! RUDE! THEN, she tried to force me to pay before the service was even finished! Never shall I EVER get my nails done here again. I already need to go get my color redone cause of course, regular polish without the gel top dings and gets messed up and they dont provide an adequate drying station. Honestly wish I could give ZERO stars...

Wont be going back. Simple mani and gel yet the polish had little air bubbles when dried. I had 2 nails gel peel right off literally after 3 days. She didnt do my daughters nails like she wanted them, her way was better. And for my sister the gel barley covered her whole nail. So not worth it- at all!

Way over priced for sloppy work. I paid 82 dollars for a basic Mani pedi with gel. My nails are different shapes and lengths and they are rough where she filed them to shape them but didnt make sure the edges were flat. On top of that the Polish doesnt even go to base of my nails..

I had a $30 gift certificate that had expired 3 days earlier.Bella Nails would not honor it and provide me with nail service.The manager was not even nice about it when I spoke to her.She did not care when I told her they would never have any future business from me nor would I recommend them to friends and family.Obviously Bella Nails does not need the business or care about customer satisfaction. There are plenty of other nail salons out there providing polite, good service.

I was hoping to make this my home nail salon since i live so close, however, upon walking in i was greeted with an eye roll,which i ignored, from a tech giving a pedi. I walked up to the desk and shopped around their menu to decide services I wanted. I had a few questions and wanted to make an appointment. After about 5 or so awkward minutes still being ignored i just left. Maybe because i was in my hospital scrubs? Maybe because they have horrible customer service skills? Idk. Either way, it doesnt seem like the place I would go to if thats how my treatment is after just walking in. No thanks.

I took my 6yr old daughter to get a mani and polish before school started. After the salon at walmart was rude to us and refused to wait on us we found Bella nails. They were great and took care of her like she was a big girl. We will be back she loved it.

Service was terrible !!! walked in and went up to the desk and the only worker who didn’t speak english well was on the phone for 5 minutes while i stood there and then finally handed me a book with gel manicure colors and prices but that’s not what i came in there to get so i told her what i wanted and she told me one minute while she finished her phone call & i stood there for 10 minutes while i listen to her whole call and finally just walked out RIDICULOUS

I paid close to $60 for a full set with gel polish, there was gobs of acrylic under my nail tips, my nails werent smooth and started lifting at the cuticle within a day. The people were rude and store was dirty. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointing service. The shop was dirty, and the individual station had old water sitting there when I was seated. The manicure was incomplete and they did not use the proper procedure to remove my shellac. She tried to finish with leftover polish still on my nails after the shellac removal and did not even push back my cuticles. The manager took over, but even then she skipped the top coat on one hand. I do not recommend using this shop. I will not spend money there ever again.

I literally sat there for 50 minutes only for you all to attempt to take someone back to a seat that had just come in. I asked the woman If she had an appointment and she said no. Sad! Ive been coming there for months and never once thought racism until today. But the fact that the non black was taken back prior to the two blacks that had been there before her, was not only hurtful but offensive. Again, Ive been coming here for months. I guess I just caught you guys on a bad day huh? Oh and by the way.... I own a home right here in parma and have been here for over two years. You wont see a dime of money again. Im a licensed cosmetologist myself so this level of unprofessionalism by a licensed board member is appalling and embarrassing.

Worst experience possible. The woman would not let me get them the length I wanted. They were all different shapes. The one nail was completely crooked and she told me my finger was crooked. They were the worst nails Ive ever seen in my life. Someone else offered to fix one but said she cant fix anymore so I told her to take them all off, while taking them off she cut my fingers which seemed to happen on purpose. Never ever ever again will I return.

This was the worst service I have ever had. The price on the board says $25 then I was charged $30.25 bc it was a special pedicure.... idk what was so special about it I put my feet in the water she cut my toes, scrubbed my feet, painted my toe nails and put lotion on only one leg..... definitely not worth $30 plus a tip.

I arrived at 2 p.m. and was assisted immediately. I requested a full set with gel polish, thinking that an hour and 15 minutes would be plenty of time to complete this. Ive been to other salons and, honestly, it never takes over an hour. When my nail tech hit the hour and 5 minute mark and wasnt finished filing my nails, I let her know that I would be happy to pay now and come back later to have them painted. I still ended up sitting in that chair another 10 minutes before being able to pay. Their sign said they take Discover, but they told me no when I gave it to them to swipe. Long story short...I didnt get to leave until 3:45 p.m. and my nails still arent painted. Several of the nails are crooked. I will not be visiting again.

Got acrylics put on a week ago and they are already popping off. The woman that did my nails made them so thick. Especially around the edges, didn’t take them down to the cuticle so they look like they are 2-3 weeks grown out. And left acrylic all around my nail so I had to pick it off. Will never go back.

The first time I ever went to this place I had one of the women repair 2 nails and give me a fill, the nails she repaired looked awful and she left acrylic from the previous broken nail on my nail and put a tip on top of the acrylic. I tried 2 other techs and they did a poor job as well. So my final attempt I went to the last tech and she really did a great job. So today I go back for a fill and that lady wasnt there. I was in a rush so I asked could another tech do my nails and they all said no. With an empty salon, ZERO other clients they refused to service me for absolutely no reason. instead they sat in the back of the salon and watched videos on their phones and laughed while I sat in there for 15 minutes. And when I asked why couldnt any of them do my nails they said just wait for Linda needless to say, no one should ever go in there and spend their money. TERRIBLE customer service.

Did a terrible job on my nail. Did not paint nails to where cuticles were removed. Looks like I will need to get them done sooner. Whole nail not covered) Looks like they will need to be done sooner now then expected. They stated dont want cutlicle to push up polish and peel. Again old cuticle removed and nail cleaned. Never heard this in my many years of getting my nails done. Nail wasnt completely covered either. (Sides) Nail polish has flaws in color when hit by the light. Really disappointed!!!! Just beware if you do go and want to get your nails done. This was just one of the ladies in the salon. One star for being polite.

I had Neale do my nails a while back, however I lost him for some time. I found him at Bella and he does a FANTASTIC thorough job with his wife doing my pedicure. It is worth the time and money. They are also very kind and friendly. Try them and you will agree. I also read someone said the pedicure bowl was dirty. I have watched them clean the bowls immediately after the prior customer is done.

If no stars was an option I would have given that! The owner did my nails and she was horrible. I showed her what I wanted and she did a powder dip it was soooooo bad! Not only did it not come out how I wanted she took forever doing them 2.5 hours. After she messed up she admitted to it and still charged me. I didn’t want to pay but I’m sure a black women fleeing for bad service would have resulted to a call to the police. This happened Thursday april 19 and by April 22 half my nails had fallen off. Never never never again am I going here. If you decide to I would only recommend a pedi and a mani that’s about all they are good at!

The place was not very clean. It was dusty and looked like it hasnt been mopped in a long time. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. A bit expensive. Just visiting so I wont be back.

Beyond rude, my nails were slanted yet apparently your nails cannot be all the same? The whole point of acrylics were that theyre all the same. Went twice to give them a chance gems came off and they tried to convince me it was my fault yet it was literally 45 minutes after they were done. Second time my nails came off within two days. Awful service

I came in for a mani pedi and my daughter got the mani and I got the pedi and instead of giving me the special which was 40 $ they charged it separately and not to mention they aren’t really nice about anything I’ve been coming here for years and I’m finally fed up I will not be back

This place is right down the street from me, so I went to try it without checking the reviews, which was a total mistake. Theyre the worst salon Ive ever been to-- they just dont gaf there. My deluxe pedicure was over in about 20 minutes; barely any massage, and the tech kept complaining that she had to de-callous my heels/that my feet were so dry. Like, thats WHY I get pedis, lady. She refused to go all the way down the nail bed with the polish because she did not want to have to clean up my cuticles if she got polish on them, so both my toes AND fingernails looked uneven until I made her fill the bottoms in, which she did NOT want to do. Now, a day later, my gel polish (which costs like an extra $10) is already chipping, but I hated being there so much I dont even want to go back in to ask them to fix it. On top of that, they had this weird religious programming on the whole time, so I was forced to listen to some old creep beg people to give their gross alternative clinic charity money to force pregnant women to get ultrasounds or something-- it was really offensive to me personally. Just... trust me, avoid this place. There are better salons out there.

Horrible!! Made an appointment and still waited for an hour becasue they were taking walk ins. Then he was in such a hurry he cut me twice and I was bleeding becasue he was using the tool to fast.
