Seriously I never leave reviews but this was so bad I had to. I would give this place zero stars. Allen did my nails and they were truly horrifying. My fingers were cut to pieces, the nails were sideways AND lumpy. I got dip nails. Worst experience I have ever had. It took him 2 and half hours to get it done from when I sat in the chair AND they were horrific. I mentioned it to the lady at check out and she asked if I wanted them fixed but I had already been there 3 1/2 hours total and had to leave bc I didn’t have any more time. Oh and after he was done with my nails he just went to the back and didn’t check me out I had to wait until another lady was there to check me out when she got the time to… He just ran away 🙄

Cant say Id ever go back. The guy who did my pedi was nice but for the price I paid i should have left satisfied with my feet but I most definitely didnt. I left with rough feet and toes that were bleeding from being cut when my nails were being trimmed. Highly disappointed

My wonderful Nail Tech went above and beyond! I only wanted my toenails painted. She trimmed them and got rid of the hangnails and painted them it beautifully! I felt very pampered. And I love my nails!

Teresa did my set of acrylic nails this afternoon and she did the best job ever! Theyre so beautiful. I will definitely be back and next time I will bring my sister too!

This place is awesome! My nails are so gorgeous and Katie is so talented! They always take good care of me. They offer drinks with my pedicures and make sure Im comfortable! I will definitely come back!

I went and asked for a specific design which they apparently did not know how to do but did not say this to me. Instead, they got a man to watch a video on how to do my nails WHILE he was doing them. Right off the bat he had an incredibly poor attitude with me and was very aggressive with me (my nail beds are still sore two days after) and he burned me with the dremmel on every finger (I said something and he ignored me). On the first nail he did not do the design correctly and I politely showed him the picture and asked him to mimic that instead of what he was doing and he said “ehh” and shooed me away with his hand. He kept having to go in with acetone to fix the already incorrect design which took about two hours overall to finish. When he was done he said, “whew that was hard work!” Mind you, the design was not actually that complicated and I’ve seen it done on my friends many times.I went back today to see if it could be fixed. I did not ask them to start over, just paint over the mistakes they had made, and they wanted to charge me another 20 dollars which would have totaled at 95 dollars for a set of nails. My nails are lumpy, have bubbles in them and the design itself looks amateurish at best (because it is). I feel as if my money has been stolen.

I went here cause my normal place was full. The nail tech made every single one of my fingers bleed because of the Dremel. No matter how many times I pulled my hands away so he knew he was hitting my cuticle he would go right back into the same spot. All of my nails are now uneven and he put globs of nail polish on my nails making drops of it dry out. Then took forever trying to fix it and ended up ruining it more. literally the worst nail tech I have ever had to deal with.

I spoke too fast I change my review from good to bad .. I payed 60 so Im not understanding why 2 of my nails are coming off 🤔 waste of money and time .. its like the nails you buy from Walmart smfh .. not worth it save your money

Our normal salon was closed so we decided to try posh nails. My daughters tech got EVERY CUTICLE with the dremel, my daughter was bleeding. He then dipped her bloody fingers into the dip powder. When I went to set by her, I saw what happened and confronted him. He showed no concern. We asked for the owner and I refused to pay. I suggest In Style if you want a tech that can do nails without destroying your cuticles!

Quiet and relaxing place. People are nice and professional as well as courteous. I love my powder dip nails! My only small complaint is that she didnt seem to understand when I was trying to explain that I wanted more of the darker color on the tips. Still very pretty and overall pleased!

A Delight! Brought my husband with me and he enjoyed a fabulous pedicure too. Owner and staff were so very polite. I have brittle nails and they were able to “dip” mine perfectly to get ready for our sons wedding. I AM SO HAPPY with my nails! Give them a try!!! You won’t go elsewhere 👏❤️

It was horrible I sat there for over an hour people that signed in exactly literally one minute before me were already sat and started on before I was ever set in a chair where I continue to set up for 40 more minutes meanwhile the people that were there exactly one minute before me were almost finished and were leaving at this point I finally walked out without having anything done

Everyone is so nice and welcoming to every customer. The salon is very clean and well-kept! Teresa is so sweet and does such a great job every time! My nails still look great after 3 weeks of wear.

Posh Nails is one of my favorite places. They are an outstanding nail salon. I am from out of town and I always come here with my niece and look forward to coming here. The owner and staff are immaculate and always provide an amazing service. The owner is very friendly and personable. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for excellent service!

I stopped in for the gel polish and will never go back. I usually pay $20. and leave a $3 tip. They charged $35 and it wasn’t even the color I picked.

I enjoyed a pedicure there on a busy Saturday. The atmosphere was clean and friendly with good service...but unfortunately I will have to look for a salon with better quality base/top coat. I got them done on a Saturday and on Monday I wore socks and shoes. When I took them off that evening I discovered several of my nails had chipped already. When I take the time and money to get my nails done, I need it to last longer or its just not worth it. I mean, I have cheap polish here at home!

Went in today for a fill in and to fix my horrible full set I got done at a salon near my house. Joe greeted my husband and I at the door and immediately got to work fixing my horrible nails and by the time it was over, I was walking out with the most beautiful acrylics I have ever had! It was such an amazing experience and I could not highly reccomend more!! I am very excited to visit again!

This is the worst place to ever come to. I have been here twice. Only because this is the only place that will do my daughters nails. I made an appointment both times, and took us 4 hours to get our nails done the first time. This time they started on my daughters immediately. A woman walked in 20 minutes after I did, and they sat her down, and started her nails before mine. Worst place ever. The one lady is rude with no patience what so ever. Never again will we return.

The reason that they even get one star is because I went to get a nail fixed and the lady was quick and nice. I went back two weeks later and they were packed so I grabbed my color and sighed in. About 20 minuets later a man walked to the front where everyone was waiting and said “ GO TO THE PLACE BY PUBLICS! LEAVE! I DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU” multiple times looking everyone in the eye. So my mother and I left and will NEVER go back. Lien how to treat paying costumers!

The people at Posh nails couldn’t take no for an answer. I was trying to get my mani and pedi for my wedding, and the lady kept trying to upcharge me. I told her that I didn’t want the dip at least five times!! Today is day 3 with having my pedicure and my toes have already chipped. Not to mention that I was there for over two hours and I could already spot where they screwed up on my toe nails. I will not be going back there. The inside may be nice but the place is really not all that.

Came in on Saturday and had an excellent experience. Definitely recommend Heather. They are understaffed but she still took her time on my nails even though I kept her over. She ended up finishing at 9 PM even though they close at 8. My nails have never looked this great and I have tried just about every salon in Cleveland. Definitely will be returning to this place! This place is terrible! I went to get a full set and as soon as I walked in the girl was very rude, then the woman who did my full set cut 3 of my fingers, cut my nails too short and when she put the acrylic on my nails she also put it all over and up my fingers. My nails look terrible. There is a reason you pay more for better service and I know I will not be back!

Went with a friend on her recommendation and was not disappointed. We both had a great experience with the BEST customer service, Huy was very friendly and courteous, he also did my pedicure and I will have to say it was one of the best pedicures I have ever had.

Worst service Ive ever had at any nail salon! Got a pedicure and manicure with gel polish. The pedicure lady was ok.The girl who did my manicure after was rude and rough on my nails. She didnt seem to want to be there.The gel paint is bumpy, uneven and has a nasty film on it! It was so far away from the cuticles, it lools like they were done 2 weeks ago. When I asked her if she could fix it she sighed and told me it will peel too easily. That was the only time she even spoke to me. I will NOT be back and am extremely disappointed. Now I have to go get my nails redone at my regular salon for a wedding tomorrow after trying to share this time with the wedding party. Absolutely ridiculous to have that kind of customer service!

My boyfriend and I went in for a pedicure and the pedicure itself was great. And the young lady who did mine was great, but she missed several spots on my heels and she made both of my bug toes bleed. And the lady didnt even ask if My boyfriend wanted clear or anything on his toes. She just finished the hot stone and left. The water was hot so I didnt even open mine. We was only offered water or wine once.

This salon gets 2 out of 5 stars...One for the “new” owner. He was courteous and professional. The other was for the condition of the salon...the cleanest one I’ve seen since relocating. However, I have NEVER had a top coat (on acrylics) start peeling off after 3 days. My daughter ended up walking out with something that, in the light of the next day, was an all over white nail (acrylic also). Not what was asked for (we provided the tech a photo). And as far as having a “guarantee” on your work...what good is it? Who wants to go back to a place that can’t deliver on a simple request and provide an expected (and not very cost effective) service? Sorry Posh Nails...the search continues 🤨

I would never go back to this place. I went to get a fill in after a new set was applied 10 days ago. The tech said because she had to replace two nails, I needed a whole new set again. I said I really just wanted a fill in. I told her that if I got a new set, I wanted them soaked off as they were just applied ten days ago. She said sarcastically, You mean you would sit for 30 minutes with your hands in solution?! I said, Yes, that is better than a ripped nail bed. She then proceeded to do a fill-in. She clipped two of my tips with clippers when shortening the nails. You can see the cracks through the clear gel finish. She also filled-in over dirt on one nail. She just seemed to hate her job and clients. She said something a couple of times with her face mask on and I could not hear her. I said, Pardon? and she just shook her head (like never mind) and looked down. She would not repeat what she said. I would never recommend Posh Nails. I will go back to Instyle Nails and wait an hour if I have to. They treat their customers with respect.

Okay first off this lady made me get on the dryer for about 1 minute. Said my nails were dry and then i got my wallet out of my bag and my nail polish came off. Then she redid it and it did the exact same thing. My friends nails are crooked short way way to short. There also incredibly rude.

They seemed to be rather understaffed, with only 2 people working and the salon busy. I had to wait a while to get my pedicure, but they did such a good job on my nails, Im not really all that bothered by it. Be prepared for a wait, but they will take good care of you.

If I could give no stars I would..I will never go back here. They use to be really good when they first opened but now not so much. My mom and I were both over charged for basic pedicures and the workers were rude.

Got a pedi here today. Cost $25 +5 for french tips. The atmosphere was very relaxing BUT the lady who did my pedicure was not very attentive and talked to her coworkers the whole time which was kind of annoying and my chair didnt function properly which was also annoying. They had a high sanitation grade though, so that is nice. Im not going to back unless I cant find any where else to go.

My friend and I Just left Posh Nails. We had a great experience. One of the owners Huy...exceeded expectations. I had the BEST customer service I have ever had at a nail salon. He was very friendly and curtious.Do yourself a favor go to Posh and ask for Huy. You will be glad you did.

I first walked in and picked my color and I waited for at least 20 minutes...the first girl was doing a younger girls nails, as She was finishing a older woman came in (with no appointment) wanted to get her nails done so the girl that worked there came up to me and told me she couldn’t do my nails because she didn’t know how to do acrylics well I waited another 15 minutes for the next guy to do my nails and they look ok but I went to go pay and he told me $42....I gave him $60 and was supposed to get $18 back well he scrambled around for change and he handed me $17 and I said it’s supposed to be $18 and he said no it’s $43 now.....

Went and got eyebrows waxed and usually a man does them and they are great. A lady did them this time and one eyebrow is a different shape than the other

I went in with my mom for a late mothers day treat and I got a manicure and pedicure. The nail tech cut my big toe and now it is swollen and infected. It hurts like crazy and on top of that she messed up the designs that I paid an extra $10 for. I paid $62 for my design to be messed up and my toe to get infected.

This is the only nail salon in Cleveland that gives me a perfect SNS manicure. I moved here from Minneapolis and was having a very hard time getting a decent manicure. I only do SNS, but the other nail salons I tried here in Cleveland used cheaper dipping powder system products mixed in with SNS powders, and they always gave me a bumpy manicure. If Im paying to get my nails done, I want it to look smooth and perfect. I have been very pleased with Posh under two different nail techs and I will only go here from now on.

Just came here for a pedicure, got upsold to also include a manicure. I was told it would 35$ for both, which I knew was cheap. Because of that I asked them several times to confirm the mani AND pedi would be 35$. They assured me THREE TIMES that it would be. When I went up to pay it was $35 a piece(which he now says I paid $65 so ok whatever). I should have known they would screw me. And the mani is only ok.Adding to this due to the horrible experience this has continued to be.I would give no stars if possible.On Sunday 3/11/18 my mother in law and i went to this business for our nails and toes to be done. I did not have a great experience but the problem doesnt end there. I left there and did not use any products, I was not exposed to sunlight, and did not bathe until I woke up the next morning to my nails yellow. I immediately posted a review telling them this happened and when I did not get a response I called them and spoke with the owners wife who stated she would fix them, i told her i didnt want them fixed I wanted a refund, she said she would give me one I advised I would come in the next day. Later that evening (3/12/2018) the owner contacted me online to say he would fix my nails but no refund would be issued. Today 3/13/2018 I went into the business and I asked for my money back. He refused saying he doesnt give refunds to people who put up bad reviews. He stated he only gives them to nice people. After I left he replied again online telling me he could sue me if he wanted to and again stating he would give no refund but would fix my nails. I informed him again that I did not want his faulty product and I wanted a refund for only my nails and toes.He also refused a detailed receipt. We payed 107$ total, at the time he stated my nails and toes were 35$(which was more than the quoted me before services were rendered btw). But when I went today he says I am lying online because I paid 65$ not 70$. I said 35+35 is 70, he says you paid 65$ and I told him I would take the 65$ then but he has still refused. He has treated me very unkindly and would not honor his work. I would avoid going here, there are too many other salons in town to support a business who treats paying customers this way.

If you have 5 hours to waste to get your nails done this is the place ! I came in @2:40 pm to get q pedi and fill in, they sat me at the pedi chair at 2:48 i sat there with my feet in the water till 3:40 my feet were wrinkled, she really just took my nail polish off an slapped some lotion on my legs after she took her precious time to get the utinsels. Basically it took an hour and a halt to get my toes painted . They werent busy they had maybe two customers .Then i came back today to see if maybe I could get the fill in sat for 30 mimutes them they told me to move to the table after the guys disappeared he had his wife come back 7 minutes later to tell me to go back to the waiting area so he can do someone elses nails ! Like seriously if u dont have time or want to do my nails please tell me i will gladly leave but to waste your time ! While there’s employees sitting there on there phones ! Worst place ever .

The lady that did my dads feet didnt talk to him the whole time had a serious attitude problem slung her chair in to my dads and just rude !!!
