Wow! First time I have ever had my nails done by a professional. She was great. Got a hand massage, nail trim, etc. I asked for just regular polish and 6 days later they are still good. It was a gift from my son.

Great nails and amazing tech at fair prices. I got my nails before Easter and they lasted for 2.5 weeks before one broke off (I have very weak nails personally). Straightforward and professional, which I like. And beautiful work! Only four stars because its cash only. I carry all my money virtually, so that was a hassle, but its worth it over an over priced salon, inexerperinexed technicians, or over indulgent salon.

It’s our first time. We came in was greeted. We was on a wait list but only waited about 15 mins me and my 7 year old enjoy the hospitality and the easy unwind of the environment the staff is really nice. We were able to pick our colors while we waited and the gentleman that works there even made a few recommendations for us.! We enjoyed an will be back. Thank you

My nails look awful! They look like a child painted them. The lady rushed through them with no regard to shape, my cuticles, or the paint job. I do not recommend at all.

I loved the environment and felt welcomed, but I was over charged for a fill in. My nails also were coming up by the second day. Their credit card machine was down so I paid cash and got no receipt. I called to get them re done. They took my number down and said I would get a call to come back in. Almost a week later...No call.Can I get my $81.00s back please!?

Not only isthe quality not good! Its been a whole year and they are still saying there credit card machine is down and now charging customers $3.00 to use a credit card or debit card. Im definitely going to contact the Ohio attorney General on this issue. They continue to try their best to get over on ppl in low income neighborhoods. Ill be getting to the bottom of this practice today!

We arrived and only had a 15 min wait which wasnt bad. I wanted a pedicure chair massage AWESOME!!! HOWEVER i notice that there is no consistency with the pedicure routine. We all received different foot care here. They clean clip massage your legs however you would think the actual foot would be part of this process.. not at all. I was amazed how they sanatize all the tools for your feet but uses the same emory board to file your toes down. This place is ok if you are looking for a quick get in and out but bot for people who pay and knows what a good pedicure service is...Forgot to mention credit/debit card machine down so it will be cash only. Like the neighborhood this place has went down hill.

Hannah been going for 4 months the 2 last time nasty attitude. This last time 4/6 because I changed my mind and wanted gel she did one layer!!!! And so NASTY POOR THE OIL ON MY HAND TOLD ME TO RUB IT! Instead of her giving a massage as usual. You are nasty person that if it’s to much if a client wants something else go get another job. I guess she doesn’t need my money! And that constant talking on there language is so RUDE!

I called for my sister. Dude hung up. I called again told him I was calling for someone else not my self and even if I were a dude wgaf if I wanted to get them done. We walk in at 5:40 pm to get service the shop doesn’t close til 8pm they tell us they can’t service us didn’t give a exact reason I wouldn’t recommend going nor trying a place who doesn’t honor their hours posted nor give a valid reason to refusal of service

Most of the technicians are quick & courteous. Limited regular polish selection, seems like they are trying to transition to mood & gel colors. Most of the time, Im in & out quickly for my service. Rarely long wait times. Nothing fancy but they are good with all services and very fair with prices.

Best nail salon I have ever been to!!! Excellent customer service. Quality pedicure is hard to find, they did amazing. Great selection of colors. Both times I went got seated right in a chair. Very relaxing. Open on Sunday a major plus.

In the Cleveland for the weekend and needed nails done for special occasion . I just happened by this place in shopping center. I was greeted right away and was asked what I wanted then given all options with prices. I got a gel manicure and it was great. It is still flawless almost a week later. I have never received a manicure of this quality in my hometown. Still flawless almost a week later after dishes, chores etc. Highly recommend and will go there whenever Im in town! Well worth the money.

My daughter Jamelia and I enjoyed our visit to this nail shop. They were very friendly and kept my grandson busy while my daughter and I got our nails and feet done. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone if you want friendly surroundings with good service and conversation.

If I could then zero stars I would. I went into the with my sister so she could get a full set. She waited 1hour and half to even sit down. Then when she sits down she asks the tech about designs. The tech begin to say dont show me design I can do my own! Im confused as to why she wouldnt want my sister to show her the design she wants. Never the less my sister sits there to get her nail done. While my sister is getting her nails done a regular customer comes in. Her nail tech and the customer start arguing back and forth and whether she has an appointment. The nail tech give in and makes my sister gets up in the middle of her getting her nail done to do her regular at this point I go off on how extremely unprofessional that is because of the business mistake. I inform the tech we are not paying for the work she did... keep in mind she not finish and walks out!!!!! What kind of mad house are you running here?

Horrible! I can’t speak for everyone that works here but the person I seen today made me never want anyone to touch my nails again! She cut my skin in 8 different places.. made my nails all misshaped uneven and crooked and managed to do this in about 10 minutes.. my nails and skin are so sore it’s throbbing in pain! I’ve never had such a horrific experience. Clearly she seen I was bleeding but kept doing it fast to the point she grinned the nail down on the side to the skin and my real nails. I didn’t start a problem cause I just wanted to honestly get out as fast as I could.. this women should not be working there and I just want these nails off and my fingers to stop hurting! In the one picture i am posting the middle finger is the worse you can see the grinding to the real nail as well as the big cut that you can pull open the rest are pretty bad to. First time coming here. Very long wait, and they need a better system for keeping track of whose next in line, and they are rude if you try to help them. If it wasnt for my nail tech being so nice, Id refuse to come back.

In real-time, i just got my nails done, acrylic on the skin, lumpy sides on toes. The tech was nice, but cant do nails. No smooth finish. Just bad, all bad. Shop elsewhere!!!! Terrible! Nails were all uneven and she cut up my fingers with the drill. My fingers hurt the entire day. They charged me 30 something dollars and when I left my nails werent even finished. Best thing I did was leave and get my nails fixed and painted at Nail Cafe 9905 Lorain!!

NAIL PROs MY A**! NEVER GOING BACK! DONT RECOMMEND! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! Not greeted, was there for a soak off and new set but after the 1.5 wait just the soak off. Was sitting in a mini crock pot for another hour and with acrylic STILL on my nails in patches, she drilled it down told me to wash and charged $10.90 for incomplete work! 1 star is to much for this place! They refused me service at 715 because they said they had one person waiting and didnt want to stay late they close at 8. They could have at least asked to reschedule with me.Ive been here a few times and wont be returning. I called and asked to speak to a manager and the man refused. I suggest taking your business elsewhere. Absolutely horrible customer service and not to mention unprofessional.

I visit this shop quite frequently but I wont anymore the employees are rude One skipped right over my name because I requested someone else the one I requested had an appointment so she couldnt get to me at the moment and I couldnt wait. She explained that to the lady and she flat out said know I wont do your nails.

The lady broke my real nails then try to turn it around and say it was ready almost broke witch it was not. Then how she painted my nails is like a 5 year old did it. I went in yesterday 12/30/18 with my friend for Mani && Pedis and it was absolutely horrible! We came in together so hoped to be serviced together and that didnt happen. They started my friend 20 min prior to even getting started with me! Then when they started on me I received the oldest and slowest tech in the shop! It took her 2 1/2 hours for a simple pedi and a mani!!! Which is absolutely ridiculous my friend was done and waiting a whole hour for me. Then when it was time to do my manicure the tech thought she was just gonna put polish on my nails rather than giving me what I was paying for and waited for a MANICURE!!! It was horrible Ill never ever go back! Not to mention she clipped the skin on my big toe and it has been in excruciating pain since!!!! DO NOT GO TO NAIL PRO ON LORAIN I WOULD ADVISE ALL TO GO ELSEWHERE! GREAT NORTHERN MALL IN THE FOOD COURT NAIL SHOP WILL GIVE U AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

This place is very expensive you told me one price when I got there and I took me and my daughter and then they gave my daughter price I paid with one credit card and they how much charge my card $150 for one nail polish color for each of us and then also they made her one nail look crooked Key West on the physical fixed it they act like they dont want to its really sad when we sit there and spend almost $130 140 to get your nails done and they dont care cuz its all about the money

I always went in just for a nail fix which was ok. But I went to get a full set 2weeks ago & omg nails came out terrible. I couldve literally did the job she did MYSELF, my nails were lumpy an all. They started to lift atfter 2weeks why??? I just went else where to get a fill and they had to damn near take my whole set off.. I dont think nun of them can do nails expect for the male that everyone seems to make an appointment with & they r expensive for no reason.

She rushed the whole time didnt know how to shape, had acrylic all over my fingertips and paint all over my hands, then rushed me while I was drying sprayed my nails and told me it was ok to leave as soon as I walked out I ended up walking right back in because they werent fully dry!!! Horrible! They also use mma products that are illegal and can cause a lot of harm google it even can cause birth defects if you smell it and are pregnant think about it why do they all cover their faces with masks this place needs to be shut down! I will be reporting to nail board!
